Last time, I ordered two shawarmas that used to cost £5.99. They were amazing—big, with lots of meat, vegetables, and everything. But now, when the price went up to £8.99, the shawarma became tasteless, very small, with barely any meat or vegetables. There was almost no sauce, so it was really dry. Do you think this is normal? After this, I don’t even feel like going to such places anymore.

I’ve been eating here since 3 months and i must tell that the staff is very polite and friendly . They always offer a discount as i am a student Their service is really good and even the ambience is great . They do maintain cleanliness and hygiene as well. Honestly a great place to dine in.

Doughnuts tasted like onions so wouldn't order them again. The OG kebab and hashbrowns were good.

Absolutely shocking place to eat AVOID if you can. Ordered their box meal….total for two came up to £19.99. When the order arrived there was a handful of fries (9 to be precise) and their donor was just full of red cabbage!….daylight robbery for premium prices on donor that is decent to say the least. I left still hungry and vexed. The audacity to charge extortionate prices for such a small amount of food beggars belief because of a brand name. Save yourself a pounds. Get three wings and chips elsewhere. Cheaper and will fill you up. Disgusted. Never will I visit that place again.

There was not much chips and doner in the munch box and the doner was too dry, think and overcooked.

They served our food quickly and greeted us with beautiful smiles, ensuring that everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. Their attention and kindness truly made our visit wonderful. The atmosphere was great, and we had a lovely time. I would give 10/10 for their exceptional customer service!

The OG Kebab meal with cheesy fries was delicious,flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly loaded. I opted for the mixed kebab with chicken and beef, and it was packed with flavor. To top it off, I enjoyed the chocolate waffle bread and mango juice, which were an absolute treat.

sorry but the food was absolutely dreadful. The plant based kebab was rock hard and couldn't be chewed as was the bread....very disappointing

The food arrived luke warm to cold. The kebab had far too much sauce poured over it which made it difficult to eat as the bread was failing away. Not enough meat content. Not good value for money. I have had better at other branches.

The foods are so so good here, i had a great experience. Specially, the Staff Shana was great with her service.

the food was so cold we had to put it in a george forman to heat it and cook it more as was not cooked enough they put the cans of fanta in with all the food

I ordered a Boss Box Meal from here via Uber Eats and the main wrap was with chicken. When I went to eat it, it was cold and then I found kebab shavings inside the wrap. When I told Uber eats about this issue they refunded me £0.79 for the delivery charge. I believe it was already made and they just moved some stuff around and set it out instead of making a fresh one. My mistake was not taking pictures of it. The only reason I have given this restaurant 5 stars for Atmosphere is because I was not in the restaurant when I placed the order so will give them the benefit of the doubt. This is another GDK I will not be ordering from. The West Ham branch is still the best so far.

I ordered KCal Kabab on last Monday after having the kabab I had a little bely problem but my son had a very bad experiences over night 4 times he vomited and it continue for 2days due this he had to call sick from work. It was last year we found a hair in the kabab . this time kabab wasn't cook properly I believed

My order was delivered to somebody else,I never got my food !!!How can they leave the food in a wrong plânge when they should ask for the code which the app provides for each order!Where is my food!???This is very frustrating and disappointing!Can t even reach the restaurant!!!!
