Ordered my food at 6:48pm and received it at 8:15pm if I knew they were going to keep delaying it and take that long i never would have ordered. This is the second time i’ve had a problem with this shop in particular! Terrible do not order from here!

I was quite disappointed with the hygiene standards I observed. The person working at the cashier was handling the payment machine, then immediately going inside the kitchen without washing his hands. I watched as he touched the food directly after using the payment machine, which didn’t seem hygienic at all. It made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness and food safety practices in place.

I ordered through Uber eats and it arrived missing 2 portions of chips. I tried to call them and went straight to voicemail clearly un bothered to answer. It seems they can’t get a simple order right. I didn’t even receive a refund for the missing food. Would not recommend this branch.

the beef doner was amazing but I wouldn't bother with the vegan offer - tasteless and chewy . I think it's quite pricey for yhe propionate sizes. but the spring rolls were amazing

I gave him a token of 20 pounds, it became 15.10 pounds and he did not return 4.90 pounds.What happened to me has happened to many people.

Honestly was quite good. Good prices too. One of the best food spots I’ve had so far at box park (isn’t saying much though)

We enjoyed GDK and food came on time and courier was friendly and very understanding as waited for me to get the delivery code

I went to the store before 2 days and I got the best experience amongst all the GDKs I have visited in London. It was a young Asian girl who gave us amazing customer service and made our GDK experience even better. Highly recommended whenever !

Food was cold not fresh at all. The bread was overcooked. The meat was overcooked and it was very stiff and dry not freshly made and food was very cold.. waste of money not recommended

First of all, the nicest kebab I've had in ages. Unfortunately, it was VERY expensive so I doubt I'd have one again, despite it being very nice. Had to order off one those self service machines rather than any staff serving, and the staff weren't all that welcoming or friendly. A bit more customer interaction, the odd smile, and a few quid cheaper and this place would be 5*

I recently had a Doner box meal and was half way through, when I realised I was eating raw chicken! Would expect much better from a national chain. I informed the server, but no refund was offered.

I’m very unhappy that I have to give u less than 5 start review but only this way you can improve. I love your food however this is second time when I wasn’t happy of the way it was prepared. I ordered box with cheese plus extra cheese and there was just a little of it on the top. Please don’t decrease the amount of anything you add as u ruin your reputation!! People love warm and plentiful food and not dry one!

Fries and cheesy bites were great but burger with nachos was awful. It was my 4th time to order it and this time bus was dry, I didn’t get extra cheese sauce, nachos weren’t crunchy and it seemed to be added only half of everything. Just Eat wasn’t helpful and didn’t get a refund. Very disappointed and would give only one star for the burger if not that other stuff were good.

Ordered twice both times added a sauce that wasn't listed as a part of it. Seems the kitchen staff aren't aware of the differences between items

Delivery driver was waiting downstairs, even though there’s a lift for him to come upstairs and bring my food to my door absolutely rude, ignorant man with no manners, being rude to pregnant women Just Eat. You need to do better with your drivers!!!

We have tried the first ever German Donner Kebabs And its worth the hype , the price point is slightly higher for the Quantity of food, and for a restaurant chain. Have tried the 2 variants and both are tasty

Did not receive the order. Called the restaurant and they were useless they said to contact just eat to get a refund. I ordered at 12:11pm have a screenshot of it wasn’t delivered and still being “prepared” at 1:40pm. I want a refund as I was forced to buy food from another restaurant! Didn’t have lunch until 2:30pm and had to eat in between my patients! Absolutely ridiculous

Food wasnt fresh the Burger had gangreene mould. A customer vomited on the table surface and they used a mere Napkin to clean it Never again 🤢🤢🤢

Disappointed to order a chicken quesadilla to be served tortilla with a hint of chicken and cheese. The card I used to pay was thicker than this "quesadilla". Would not recommend. £6 for warm tortilla.
