No longer the greasy kebabs you only ate after the pub.

Very nice but the waffle bread does not look as advertised i.e. perforated grid texture, even this hash looks more like the pics #

We order via uber eat a boss box as long as rest was good kebab him self was ogly. Meat was not fresh and there was no chance to chew that. Disgusting

Meat was very dry and parking in the surrounding area is a nightmare.

The best thing about this German donner is not only the food but also the environment. That's why this is my all time favourite.

I dont think it's value for money it's beef not lamb . This branch is awful at Chadwell heath.

The worst taste ever! I don't know who cooked it and what the recipe is, but it's disgusting. At least try what you cook sometimes, the combination of ingredients, and the taste of the product. I'm disappointed. This isn't the first time I've ordered from you, sometimes it's great, sometimes it's so-so or cold, but it was delicious. This time I was completely disappointed.

Hi I like the test of the kebab but it was really disappointing that we order 3 meal boxes and believe me we paid £26 but the quantity of kebab very very less just they full the box by salad and chips. So disappointing

Paid 11£ for the food but it was cold then when I complain only get a £6 credit. Wont be ordering again

What you pay for and what you get it is rediculous! It's daylight robbery! I don't understand the hype! I brought the gym box and there was barely any salad! The kebab tasted mediocre! I wont be spending £30 again that's for sure!

I did not receive what I ordered and instead received someone else’s food and was told that my actual order won’t be given to me so I’ve spent this money and received nothing as I gave the justeat delivery driver the other persons food back to him so now don’t have dinner and am out £13.

I ordered German donner box. With chips meat and salad. I got salad and chips! Where was the donner?! Absolutely shocked!

Everythink was cold waste of money

The meat was Luke warm when the order arrived. The kebabs were just wrapped in foil rather than the boxes they are usually delivered in. I have always enjoyed their kebabs but may not be ordering again

AVOID - paid 20£ for two doner with cheese box + drinks, the box was near empty, literally 8 bites, don't waste your money go to a propa Turkish shop not this louis vuitton doner brands, really disappointed with the quantity given.

This is the best restaurant in the city! The food quality is amazing, and the staff is incredibly humble. I definitely recommend that everyone try it at least once—you’re going to love it.

We are very impressed with the lavel of costomer service Zainab display when me and my girlfriend came to have lunch. She was polite, respectful and smiled all the time. We delighted and grateful 🙏

I attempted to place an order at the till and redeem the advertised 15% student discount displayed outside the shop. However, the staff at the till informed me that it was not working, and I had to use the self-ordering system, which charged the full amount instead of the discounted price. As customer service representatives, they should be prepared to address issues on their end. If the till isn't functioning, they should either offer an alternative solution or temporarily close the shop, not continue operating as usual. Additionally, the cleanliness of the shop's tables was appalling. After finishing my meal, no one checked to see if I was satisfied. This level of service is very disappointing for a GDK chain. Proper training in customer service is essential.

I had a terrible experience at German Doner Kebab in Chadwell Heath. I visited for the Tuesday deal and selected a table to wait for my food. The staff mistakenly handed me the wrong order and then, instead of apologizing, they began arguing with me. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. This incident completely ruined my mood. I ended up leaving without eating. The owner and manager should seriously consider training their staff in proper customer service and manners. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I ordered a OG boss box which comes with chips, spring rolls and a kebab. The only problem is there was NO KEBAB!!!!!🤬🤬🤬 Will never be ordering from this store again absolute shambles of an establishment!!!!

I’m not one to complain in most situations BUT We placed an order today in-store (no.43) for collection. After having waited for more than 25mins and paid more than £50 for the order we were expecting a nice fresh quality meal to be enjoyed by our friends and family waiting at home. However on opening the package at home, everything was stone cold, bread was stale, meat was cold and didn’t smell right. Having called the store - Chadwell heath, they simply apologised and said there was nothing further they can do. This is totally unacceptable considering the brands appeal and emphasis on ‘fresh’ food, but this really was shameful. The franchise needs to withdraw its licence as they are not representing GDK with justice. Trust me, this was a VERY bad experience, please don’t go there, many other food options available in the area.

Nice yummy kebab had try chicken spring roll first time tried new one this time nice yummy but the customer service is not too good ask something the girl not in good mood.. even buy the drinks again in counter she not in good mood because we ask to cut the kebab in first and that’s why we think .. but the chef help us he cut thank you ☺️ .. .. atmosphere should be good vibe too .. no music nothing but the foods are delicious we usually order online but thought today we go shop and try . The driver sat in his car across and about 10 houses down the road from my house and my son had to go and get the food and there was food missing and the rest of the food was cold

This is meant to be a gym box. Questionable fatty chicken bits with a soggy salad. Would rather of just ordered a box to be honest the cardboard would probably be closer to real food. Not much to say I’ll let the picture speak for itself. The lack of caring from staff is pretty clear.

Ordered the vegetarian kebab which was supposed to have plant based donner style protein pieces in it but instead i got a squished soggy vegetable burger in my kebab, thats NOT what i ordered and not what i paid for

Food was ok, 1st time trying gdk. 😒 🤔 it's over priced for the sizes provided fullstop. 2 large chess fries 🍟 was less than McD's & this was large??? The chicken donners were ok yet the veggie 1 left a slight after taste I assume is a charcoal /Chargrilled effect yet no actual char marks on the veggie patties itself. Disappointed 😞 & needless to say I Won't be feeding my family here again, Basic Standards MUST BE UPHELD. So if you wanna pay more for less & the quality isn't there? Then by all means go ahead & buy your large (3 fries) cheesey fries, if you actually want a meal go anywhere else as I was wondering why I didn't just Nandos with that price. Would've Preferred a Fillet o fish from McDonald's taste quality & size would be better. Wish I never bothered 😕

My experience with GDK chadwell Heath stores is outstanding. Especially the OG Kebab is so tasty and the staff is also so friendly atmosphere.

doner box fire & salad the Lamb meat was hard and dry. Doner gym box was not what my partner expected we added to have extra meat but he's saying it didn't feel like there was. we are a bit disappointed about our order.
