German Doner Kebab in Redbridge

Got the food delivered and I never tasted something so dry in my life. I ordered a chicken doner and chips and the chicken is so dry and there were bits of "meat" in there which I'm sure wasn't chicken. Even with all the sauce I used it was still so dry. Would not recommend anyone to get food from here. I have tried different branches and never had an issue with the food but chadwell health is a let down

I ordered my food at 7 my food was delivered to me around about 8:20, very very disappointed as when I opened my food everything was cold, it was so cold i had to reheat all the food I ordered, which made taste old and not fresh

I ordered the plant based kebab and it was delicious! It was all vegan and arrived nice and hot. All of my instructions and add ons were followed. Best vegan kebab I’ve ever had!!

Early closing. False advertisement that stor is open for eat-in till 11PM. Poor service, moreover have staff who clearly doesn't understand customer service or business ethics.

Absolutely delicious. Love their Chicken Spring Rolls (bit pricey but they’re really nice).

I don’t know why people can’t do their jobs properly. They forgot all the sauces for both of the box meals. Plus in one of the boxes there were literally 5 little chicken pieces. Dry and inedible chips for £10. Shameful!!

21st April 2025 at 7pm. I went there to order chicken doner and beef doner. Was horrified to see the man shredding and cutting the doner touching the doner with his bare hands. Really disgusting. Will be contacting management tomorrow. These workers need basic hygiene training. Untrained staff. He saw me watching him and still continued. Evidently untrained. Decided not to order.

this is the first time for me from German donner it was horrible to eat. I don't what happened it's was too salty and cold. we were no able to eat.

Always seem to mess up my order. Seems like staff cannot read orders. Ordered a plant based veg salad box and they sent over their veg pieces in a salad box. Learn to read orders correctly or train staff.

even so i live 10min away by foot my food on scooter arrived cold , service is unacceptable you order adds on witch you don’t get, instead of cheese fries u get flaming hot fries, very pleasant. also why u pay service and delivery charge. if delivery man pretending to be completely unaware of surroundings and cant ring intercom on number provided.

We ask the counter for the Junior kebab and she said 'that is sold out and if you want to buys it is 6 pound' i drive two miles to buy a food who you send me by offer but i cant get it tottaly mismanagement the item you advertise 3 pound but your selling for six pound.

First time in here. Staff was very respectful even though they were extremely busy. Would very much like to order again

I ordered theough Uber Eats, they literally added 3 slices of meant and a few chips in the box, wasn’t even half full! £10 plus delivery for this???

The food was good but they forgot to put the drink that comes with the meal. It was a take away so I realized it when I got home and didn’t have time to go back to ask for it.

I think they should have mention it for Chicken doner with chips (90% chips and only 10% doners inside the box)

Food was cold. Time of arrival kept increasing so, arrived 20 minutes late. Food was not wrapped properly and items damaged or not put together right. We will not order from here ever again.

The app doesn't work for certain cards. It'll force close. Don't bother showing that to any gdk franchise so they can override their system and give you any rewards. They'll refuse and tell you to keep trying. Gdk also didn't care for customer feedback or offer any resolution either.

10/10 would recommend, rolls had a bit of a kick but everything was so nice and quite cheap considering they gave me hash brown bites and doughnuts for free. No complaints from me

I don't know what kind of employees work there, but they don't follow everything you order, several products were not available and several were prepared differently than I ordered.

I asked to be removed the spicy sauce and I wanted a ayran and they gave me orange juice.Very disappointed and with stomach painm

food was cold, had to walm up in microwave, the guy who delivered the food didn't have a insulated bag, it was a bag for life. Not the falt of the restaurant though. food was still delicious.

Unfortunatley not up to the standards of the franchise. Staff, services, quantity and quality went up a bit for this location so I've raised to 3 stars. The new branded Ayran is not as good as the previous. Introduced purely to lower the costs unfortunately in detriment of quality

love how it was packaged and it had to come quite far. first bite of everything was a explosion of flavour. got the deal while it had 25% off but given the quality of the food I'd pay full price.

Very disappointed with the food that I got today . I ordered chicken doner box salad with fries and wrap mix kabab which was round 10£ each and we got literally 2 spoon of chicken and a lot of onions and salad in there . It’s like i was eating veggi meal . They put so much salad in there and less and fries.

The donner did not taste nice. There was not enough meat and the wrap was toasted too much. Other GDK's do not make it this way. Avoid this branch, they do not make it nice. They also forgot my donuts and gave some nutella sandwich thing that was horrible. If i wanted a nutella sandwich i could have made that at home myself

Driver stated original order was picked up by another driver and had to get restaurant to remake it. Order done at 8.05, delivered 9:55. Food also cold, hash browns crushed, no box for the food as previously received.

delivery driver lied about collection time of order as I contacted restaurant to ask why my order is getting pushed later and later reply was order has been collected by rider. he had decided to do another delivery before my order which was 25-30mins from my address. when I asked the rider why his so late reply was I collected order 25mins ago to which I replied your lying g as you were in rush Green 30 mins ago as I've spoken to restaurant already and your tracker showed me exactly where u was

he wrote me to give him the account and he didn't deliver my food
