delivery driver lied about collection time of order as I contacted restaurant to ask why my order is getting pushed later and later reply was order has been collected by rider. he had decided to do another delivery before my order which was 25-30mins from my address. when I asked the rider why his so late reply was I collected order 25mins ago to which I replied your lying g as you were in rush Green 30 mins ago as I've spoken to restaurant already and your tracker showed me exactly where u was

Food was wrong, not to mention extremely cold. Missed out part of my order. Avoid at all costs!

The food was not good, it was dry and chewy and portion is very small not even enough for 12 years old but having said that if the food is not good then the size not matter

Gave me 8 pound credit none of the food was eatable stone cold, I have little brother and sister that has mental health issues and I’m now left with nothing to give them as they will not eat cold food, their very distressed.

Rude staff, don’t know how to deal with customer. Started to argue with us when we ask for ketchup and mayonnaise. They said its paid. Never saw a takeaway where the ask extra money for these items. Also toilet is no working. Never gonna visit this branch again.

No cheese when i ordered doner box with fries and cheese. Disappointed

I want to start by saying that I am very disappointed and nervous! The food is not bad but a big BUT: every time I ordered 2- or 3 different kebabs through uber eat, they were never listed: example: this is Spicy... this is extra mix, extra chicken... Another enquire is: every time I paid 2.99 pounds for extra chicken or extra mix kebab was the same weight as the standard one I can confirm this because I weighed it! thieves and the unserious. you are making fun of people. Shame on you, very bad organization on the part of the Manager. I want to mention that due to the fact that the food ordered was not labeled when I ordered different kebabs, I went to the store and complained... they apologized... I ordered again... and surprise: the same problem. you gonna sorry again and after that your lovely Staff from GDK not gonna Care like always ...

the food unfortunately was cold

The delivery driver start argue with me. I don’t want to be bad, but I’m doing full time job Just eat for long time and never see a guy like this. He tell me with his strong voice, why I didn’t come in the middle of the road to flash the light so I can show him the way. I was with him in the phone around 5 minutes explaining to him where I am but he was still mad on me. Very bad attitude. Very bad experience. Please let him know how to talk with the next costumers . First time I thought in treating myself to a GDK. Portion was very good, chips were hot, Donner kebab was cold no sauce and honestly no taste to it. Will I go again 🤔 probably not. I did not expect this.

Ordered OG box. missing few nuggests and hash browns and sauces.

Yesterday I was in this restaurant with my family and both 3 chicken kebabs in the box. The meat was not fresh, a lot of salt. I have first like this experience with this restaurant.

Went with a friend, first vist for both of us and the last. Half way through consuming my food there was a greasy hair flat on a peice of meat and one at the side on the chip. I call over a staff and she took it tk the back without a word. She didn't respond with a sorry or anything! I waited for someone to come to me with an apology but nothing. I went to the counter and again no one spoke just looked at me with embarrassed faces and blank stares waiting for one person or another to speak first until a guy at the prep section said, ma'am your replacement is coming... (again no apology). I said "I don't want a replacement, the hairs put me right off, not a single one of you came to speak to me where I was sitting. I want a full refund. It was obvious they didn't want to speak up because there were 5 customers waiting at the till and they didn't want them to hear....well all the reason they should have come and spoken to me rather than me having to go to the till, I will speak loudly as to inform other customers!

Extremely disgusting toilet! Food was alright except the fact they forgot to put extra feta cheese in my order that I paid for and after didn't offer anything refund or making a new one.

I ordered via Just Eat, and this is the third time I've received the same wrong order. I ordered a vegetarian kebab, but three times I've received chicken instead. I always order this meal when I come home from my long shift. I've made up my mind not to order again, as they left me without anything to eat.

Not happy with order, i don’t know why it’s repeated i have order two box but received one box and one in beg even most of the items are wrong both are chicken one instead I ordered one chicken and one veggie and last food was cold.

My chips were cold and my chocolate had melted so much it had to be thrown away 😳

Very very disappointed. Firstly the food was cold. Secondly, I paid £3 for extra mix- but 80% of the box was filled with salad with hardly any meat. Poor experience. GBK have lost their standards lately. Used to be very good when they were first established. Sort it out management!

The food was not as expected as before it was, it’s dry, paninis have not enough sauce in it, it was dry to eat, infact I have to add some from my home and then I would be able to eat.

"50% off order" - Should have known this was too good to be true. Got 50% worth of chips/meat etc. Chips were cold and hard, had the feel of when you leave hot food out for too long. No idea why it takes so long and it was peak dinner time? 1.5/10.

I have ordered on Just Eat , I can’t believe the amount of food they give , that’s a joke , you pay 25£ for your order and in the end you still hungry , very less portion , basically they give nothing to eat but charge you a lot Not recommend at all , avoid this place

toastie was very dry ... quantity very very less... vegetables were very soogy.. ilford branch is very very organised and quality quality both are very good... but chadwell heath branch is not up to the mark.. very disappointed.....

I ordered the deluxe meal, food arrived cold and missing items (spring rolls, flatbread and they gave the smallest amount of chips). Sauces looked used. Either the delivery driver ate some of our food or the restaurant staff was blind enough not to be able to follow basic orders. Absolute shame.

I usually don't care for kebabs, but I recently tried a mixed kebab wrap at this place and I found it to be quite satisfying and delightful. The cashier was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. The service was very prompt, and the restaurant was really clean and had a great atmosphere.

Is not first time when we missed some items from our order,and never no one resolved the problem.

Mixed doner ordered with no salad. Received a cold lamb doner. No chicken doner. Soggy chips. £20+ each for a cold doner, cold chips and hot spring rolls. The doner I received was dry and cold.

Food arrives semi cold but it was still enjoyable. You could maybe improve the freshness of your salad and maybe your packaging so the food stays more hot :)

HORRIBLE - Half of the meat was undercooked and the other half was burnt. Everything was cold, except for the juice which was warm. I threw everything after 3 bites. The order was supposed to arrive in 20-35mins and it arrived in 1h.

I did not receive the tropicana drink I payed for .

Very nice but the waffle bread does not look as advertised i.e. perforated grid texture, even this hash looks more like the pics #
