German Doner Kebab in Redbridge

Food was cold. Time of arrival kept increasing so, arrived 20 minutes late. Food was not wrapped properly and items damaged or not put together right. We will not order from here ever again.

Order arrived on time. However I wasn’t happy with the food I received. Hardly any meat in the donner in the order. Very disappointed.

10/10 would recommend, rolls had a bit of a kick but everything was so nice and quite cheap considering they gave me hash brown bites and doughnuts for free. No complaints from me

probably the most incompetent delivery driver I have come across. I came out of the house and he drove off somewhere else.

It was cold and burned doner kebabs

Quality absolutely poor. Food was freezing cold and meat wasn’t cooked. I also received wrong drink for my child.

I don't know what kind of employees work there, but they don't follow everything you order, several products were not available and several were prepared differently than I ordered.

I asked to be removed the spicy sauce and I wanted a ayran and they gave me orange juice.Very disappointed and with stomach painm

food was cold, had to walm up in microwave, the guy who delivered the food didn't have a insulated bag, it was a bag for life. Not the falt of the restaurant though. food was still delicious.

For kebab is really cold I can’t heat it up as it’s got salad in it can’t believe this it’s my birthday as well nice one and £27 for cold food chips were also stone cold very poor

It was at the shop for about 45 minutes before it’s delivered so most of it was cold

I ordered mixed doner and my doner was only beef ,it's not the first time happening this , when I order mix them make it mix.

Unfortunatley not up to the standards of the franchise. Staff, services, quantity and quality went up a bit for this location so I've raised to 3 stars. The new branded Ayran is not as good as the previous. Introduced purely to lower the costs unfortunately in detriment of quality

Very disappointed with the food that I got today . I ordered chicken doner box salad with fries and wrap mix kabab which was round 10£ each and we got literally 2 spoon of chicken and a lot of onions and salad in there . It’s like i was eating veggi meal . They put so much salad in there and less and fries.

love how it was packaged and it had to come quite far. first bite of everything was a explosion of flavour. got the deal while it had 25% off but given the quality of the food I'd pay full price.

The donner did not taste nice. There was not enough meat and the wrap was toasted too much. Other GDK's do not make it this way. Avoid this branch, they do not make it nice. They also forgot my donuts and gave some nutella sandwich thing that was horrible. If i wanted a nutella sandwich i could have made that at home myself

I ordered 4 doner and there are only 3 in my order

Driver stated original order was picked up by another driver and had to get restaurant to remake it. Order done at 8.05, delivered 9:55. Food also cold, hash browns crushed, no box for the food as previously received.

delivery driver lied about collection time of order as I contacted restaurant to ask why my order is getting pushed later and later reply was order has been collected by rider. he had decided to do another delivery before my order which was 25-30mins from my address. when I asked the rider why his so late reply was I collected order 25mins ago to which I replied your lying g as you were in rush Green 30 mins ago as I've spoken to restaurant already and your tracker showed me exactly where u was

Gdk when you want to do off on price why do you go less on meat.Its your decision to sell on discounted price and you save money by filling bread with salad and go easy on meat

The food was not good, it was dry and chewy and portion is very small not even enough for 12 years old but having said that if the food is not good then the size not matter

i asked for no salad as allergic to certain items and it was delivered with salad

Gave me 8 pound credit none of the food was eatable stone cold, I have little brother and sister that has mental health issues and I’m now left with nothing to give them as they will not eat cold food, their very distressed.

Rude staff, don’t know how to deal with customer. Started to argue with us when we ask for ketchup and mayonnaise. They said its paid. Never saw a takeaway where the ask extra money for these items. Also toilet is no working. Never gonna visit this branch again.

I want to start by saying that I am very disappointed and nervous! The food is not bad but a big BUT: every time I ordered 2- or 3 different kebabs through uber eat, they were never listed: example: this is Spicy... this is extra mix, extra chicken... Another enquire is: every time I paid 2.99 pounds for extra chicken or extra mix kebab was the same weight as the standard one I can confirm this because I weighed it! thieves and the unserious. you are making fun of people. Shame on you, very bad organization on the part of the Manager. I want to mention that due to the fact that the food ordered was not labeled when I ordered different kebabs, I went to the store and complained... they apologized... I ordered again... and surprise: the same problem. you gonna sorry again and after that your lovely Staff from GDK not gonna Care like always ...

The delivery driver start argue with me. I don’t want to be bad, but I’m doing full time job Just eat for long time and never see a guy like this. He tell me with his strong voice, why I didn’t come in the middle of the road to flash the light so I can show him the way. I was with him in the phone around 5 minutes explaining to him where I am but he was still mad on me. Very bad attitude. Very bad experience. Please let him know how to talk with the next costumers . First time I thought in treating myself to a GDK. Portion was very good, chips were hot, Donner kebab was cold no sauce and honestly no taste to it. Will I go again 🤔 probably not. I did not expect this.

Ordered OG box. missing few nuggests and hash browns and sauces.

Yesterday I was in this restaurant with my family and both 3 chicken kebabs in the box. The meat was not fresh, a lot of salt. I have first like this experience with this restaurant.

Went with a friend, first vist for both of us and the last. Half way through consuming my food there was a greasy hair flat on a peice of meat and one at the side on the chip. I call over a staff and she took it tk the back without a word. She didn't respond with a sorry or anything! I waited for someone to come to me with an apology but nothing. I went to the counter and again no one spoke just looked at me with embarrassed faces and blank stares waiting for one person or another to speak first until a guy at the prep section said, ma'am your replacement is coming... (again no apology). I said "I don't want a replacement, the hairs put me right off, not a single one of you came to speak to me where I was sitting. I want a full refund. It was obvious they didn't want to speak up because there were 5 customers waiting at the till and they didn't want them to hear....well all the reason they should have come and spoken to me rather than me having to go to the till, I will speak loudly as to inform other customers!

Extremely disgusting toilet! Food was alright except the fact they forgot to put extra feta cheese in my order that I paid for and after didn't offer anything refund or making a new one.

I ordered via Just Eat, and this is the third time I've received the same wrong order. I ordered a vegetarian kebab, but three times I've received chicken instead. I always order this meal when I come home from my long shift. I've made up my mind not to order again, as they left me without anything to eat.

Staff are soo rude. Terrible experience. Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful, no politeness or gratitude shown. Service is awful. Would not recommend!

Not happy with order, i don’t know why it’s repeated i have order two box but received one box and one in beg even most of the items are wrong both are chicken one instead I ordered one chicken and one veggie and last food was cold.

My chips were cold and my chocolate had melted so much it had to be thrown away 😳
