Shocking service and really bad quality my shish kebab was burnt to a cinder. Food arrived 20 mins late and cold. Never again !!

This use to be a good place to go for a kebab, not anymore, this was our second visit where it’s been poor first one the chicken wasn’t cooked and had to go in the bin! I should have gone back to tell him but I was tired so left this. We thought we would try this again! The chicken was cooked but they now cut this in very thin pieces which are obviously very dry as it’s so thin when cooked. You have to wait a long time to get this as well to get your food! It’s just not worth it now plenty of places around to eat out. We use to really enjoy the kebabs here, not anymore ours was thrown together!! A very disappointing experience. The staff are nice though but not sure what’s going on with the food.

For the last three years it's been really good consistent food that has been delivered on time. Recent management changes have meant the last 5 orders have had issues from a vegetarian pizza coming with chicken to each order being delayed by over an hour and the owners confirming it has left the takeaway and would be there within 2 mins which has resulted in orders being delayed further. Its a shame as the food is has previously been good but I will look for an alternative takeaway.

Really disappointed. Used to be the place we go to but lately there is over a 2 hour wait each time. Everytime we ring they say they’re on their way. When ordering we asked how long delivery would be otherwise we would pick it up And they said 45 mins however 2 hours later we still haven’t received it

Nice food and we will use again Burger / kebab / pizza / chips. All very nice. A very busy place, so had to wait a while, buts that fine. Keep up the good work.

We come on holiday to Beacon fell every year and we always order thre here to get our dinner. We often order the kebabs that we recommend. Really high quality and tasty food.

Has been our go to for a few years and was amazing. But past three times we've ordered have been average at a push. If we order for delivery we pay in advance through JustEat. Delivery guy came to the door, READ the receipt which mentioned 'paid via card' and tried to charge us! After we took the bags and said no thank you we've paid actually, he didn't even flinch and went! Turns out that weekend he'd been trying this with many other customers! The most recent time we ordered ahead to collect. On arrival our food was ready yet I had to remind them that what they'd handed over wasn't our full order. All 4 staff were staring at us in a nasty manner and we walked back in to get our two cans which they refused to pack for us initially! Many people are now collecting to observe how their food is being made. Disappointing!

I order two kebabs, disappointed tonight asked for the salad separate on two kebabs as sometimes when they are busy kebabs need to be heated in the microwave so just asked for the salad separately and was asked to pay for a salad bowl total rip off. I contacted the takeaway and was informed there was nothing to be done it's disgraceful told I couldn't speak with the manager. I am so angry as I have ordered regularly from them

Portion sizes have gone smaller, lack of filling in kebabs, pink chicken and tough meat. Used to be a good takeaway but standards have slipped recently

Got a good deal for 12.50 donner kebabs was delicious I ate every bit... kids enjoyed their burgers...

Come here all of the time. The staff are very friendly and you can watch your food being cooked fresh. If getting a delivery the waiting time is very good. Very clean and would recommend.

Been a regular weekly here for year. I had to complain a few weeks ago directly to he manager onsite. Did so as the pre telephoned order was not right plus many lacking main ingredients!! As always the manager rectified it when I went in to complain as he knows my face and that I’m a regular. Too many mistakes have been made of late, Missing some orders, lacking ordered items, new rude staff, kebabs lacking normal salad and measly portions of meat. Just to mention a few!!! Today we ventured away from our regular kebab and pizza and choose shish and chicken kebab. We got 3 pieces of lamb (which was extremely tough and tasteless) and 5 pieces of chicken In the kebab. Which does not really live up to a mixed shish and chicken name. Also the salad was lacking, lots of shredded cabbage, some onions. However no cucumber and two lonely slices of tomato. What has happened to Genos?? Very disappointed. Despite making my complaints to the manager a month ago. It remains the same. Such a shame as I’ve now lost my faith in Genos.

Average takeaway not the worst but definitely not the best the pizzas didn't taste that fresh the garlic breads were good but the other pizzas not so good

I am a regular shopper here. I love the kebabs mainly for the fresh and crisp salad. Donner for a quick bite, Chicken or shish for a better flavour. Fast service. I buy in person, not delivered and I don't do pizzas.

I have been coming here regularly for 3 years. It is my choice for pizza, kebab and chicken strips. Good value for money, always fresh and quick waiting times, (we always call for collection) and have never been told more than 15 mins wait. We especially love the Turkish kofta kebab, mixed kebab and Mexican pizza. Infact the pizza is the best for miles. I have had some issues like ordering a kebab and getting it with no salad. However I took it straight back and it was resolved straight away and they were very apologetic. The only downfall is their salad. It is always fresh but mainly consists of shredded cabbage, onions, 2 slices of cucumber and tomatoes. Very little lettuce. Other than That which isn't bad. Best fast food in longridge

food alway prepared fresh to order, much nicer if you collect rather than have delivered as it is always nearly always cold when they deliver it.Kebabs very nice not grissly and greasy salad always fresh and pizzas best in longridge

Had a home delivered pizza. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery was quick. The pizza was too greasy for my taste but there was plenty of it.

My choice for a kebab in Longridge is Genos. Always bob on for a meaty feast of a kebab or burger. Pizzas are proper post-pub efforts as well; great for soaking up a night's excess!
