First visit and I was very impressed. Friendly staff who obviously enjoy their work. Good selection of food and drink at very reasonable prices. One little niggle - loo very clean but perhaps needs a lick of paint,just to freshen it up

Made a rare visit to Dudley today, chiefly for Holland and Barratt, but...discovered some new shops in the arcade, including this absolutely lovely café! We decided to have a bit of early lunch there, best jacket spud ever, and a decent big lovely salad with it, great prices, lovely cup of tea, clean friendly place, really pleasant staff....what's not to love! Please folk, make a visit, we are going back very soon, regret not trying the lovely cakes....next time....

I have visited this place twice now over the past few weeks and have had the best Cappuccino I've had in years, really nice and very well presented. I saw some of the food coming out and it looked lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful and there really is a nice atmosphere going on. There are sofas and chairs to sit on with art on the walls. I noticed they have live music in there as well. Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back. Great place to go when in Dudley.

Lunch time treat,always have jacket potato,generous lovely fresh food,it makes a change to get generous portions ,fresh generous salad ,nice atmosphere,great selection of fresh yummy cakes,decent prices & friendly pleasant staff,best place in dudley town centre I guess,and even better because got vegan options,👍will return..

Nice friendly Family run place, recommend if you want a place to Go for a coffee & have catchup with friends.

Just finished scrambled eggs on toast with mushrooms. Simple meal but so tasty and served with a smile. Forget the social support angle, which is excellent, the food is first rate, and the staff pleased to see you. I’ll be back

Dissapointed. Have never been before but they no longer serve breakfast. Tea was watered down and bag was split. Don’t think I will return. Ha

As a regular here, the food is always exceptional, the coffee- always beautiful and smooth. A social enterprise with a heart as big as it’s attention to detail hosted in a welcoming and friendly way. Highly recommended for food and drink and to get involved in local projects.

Popped in this cafe with my son for breakfast. I was pretty amazed at the place. The atmosphere was so relaxed, music was chilled, staff were super friendly and they have an great menu with good options for vegan/veggie with great coffee! I love what this place is also doing supporting the community.

Me and my partner love having hot drinks at this cafe , the hot chocolates are to die for. Overall the staff are friendly and polite and the cafe is very family friendly .

Best cheese on toast in Dudley. Door stoppers. The breakfast is fab just don't have the big one as massive. The ingredients are not cheap and can tell the difference. The guys are so friendly and they help the community in so many ways. As not a cafe lover as over priced I love this place as food above and beyond

Visited here for lunch with no knowledge or information about the place , but had lovely meal in comfortable and laid back setting with great service . A great find and a surprise to find in Dudley as 'Gather' would not look out of place in Camden , Islington Walthamstow village , and other cosmopolitan areas of London !

This is a lovely cafe. With a very chilled atmosphere and really helpful and pleasant staff..after having a lovely breakfast my friend and I were quite full..lovely start to our day x

Great place 2nd time going here for a breakfast it's so quirky the food is excellent the ingredients they use here are top notch always very well cooked even the toast is awesome ! Really nice friendly staff and the prices are good also .

Yes afternoon tea for two and cakes very good food. Staff are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Relaxing place and clean. We will call again.

I go regularly here, Great independent coffee, loyalty cards, amazing staff, veggie & vegan food / milk alternatives, lots of events on, free books, incredible community atmosphere, one of my favourite places in the world. Dudley both deserves and needs a place like this.

Needed to chill and found the perfect place.A very warm welcome to everyone who walked through the door There was a menu but I only read one side We had crumpets and then teacakes with jam and real butter They actually do other light meals What you see you can take away Bacon Sandwiches different things on toast next time I go i'll read the menu properly Julia brought the food to our table and I think Stu helped another lady to cook.The cafe is different Hessian sacks for the ceiling cover art pictures all over the walls which also had drawings of people too they even had a brownie box camera.

We meet here every so often. The people who run it are so friendly. I hate meeting coffee shops normally as rip off. But here its so value for money. They help out the less fortunate aswell. Had a few snacks really nice. But even the toast door stoppers esp with the marmite and a pot of tea

Met up with some friends for coffee having heard such a lot about it. Comfortable atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Very impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff and recommend that you pop in and check it out. Beverages and food excellent.

Only went for coffee and cake and a meeting, but I was welcomed very warmly - and the coffee and cake were good.

On Dudley High St near top church this coffee shop/cafe is situated. The interior is sofas , tables comfortable and inviting.

Family friendly, great food, amazing coffee & fantastic value. Only popped in for a beverage & stayed for lunch, with a one year old who loved her tuna sandwich! Don’t change a thing. Loved it :)

I found this gem of a place recently and can't fault the ambiance or the quality of the food. The service is great, the music is spot on and I think this is the best eating establishment in Dudley. Keep up the good work! Jen.

Such an amazing place to meet greet business users , friendly, great atmosphere, fun for family's. So much going on in this wonderful community cafe , where everyone is welcome....love it.

This cafe is a little gem in Dudley. Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and the food is beautiful. Very generous portions and cooked fresh. There is a nice vegan selection - the tofu scrambled eggs are divine. There is a great selection of hot drinks and cakes too. Highly recommend this little independent cafe, and so good to see a varied vegan choice.

There is only one reason to go to Dudley - and this is it! A great atmosphere, relaxed and very friendly. Certainly not a 'greasy spoon' (thank goodness!) Fantastic coffee, food and cake! And a great ethical approach to giving something back to the community. The great people who run 'Gather' deserve every success.

Gather is a lovely space. Warm, cosy and with lots of wood (Stu who made my coffee can tell you where every former pallet on the walls was rescued), sofas, art and a decorated piano which sadly no-one played I was there. I was meeting someone there but got to see the whole place and hear the story of how this CIC got started. The coffee itself was excellent. I'll definitely be going back.
