food and delivery was good. I got a cheese burger meal, no can of juice was given with it but it says it includes chips and can of juice.

The chips are disgusting and really hard

The macaroni was excellent but the fries were terrible, over cooked. They should be embarrassed sending that out for delivery. Disgusting

Order was late, cold and burnt, delivery driver went to wrong place then I proceeded to buzz them in twice and appears not to know how a door works as I had to go down and get the food from him.... Been going here a while and have had very little issue but this is just terrible.... Won't be back

ordered a sausage supper potato fritters and a pizza and chips all the chips both the box and from the supper were stale the potato fritters had hardly any potato in them, couldn’t even pick up the pizza as it was falling apart due to the dough being soggy underneath the toppings the pizza wasn’t made properly and couldn’t be ate complained to just eat was told my photos/videos of the pizza wouldn’t get even just the pizza refunded even tho my whole order ended up in my bin disgraceful service

Got a fish with fries first class gand kids got the macaroni cheese they loved it with fries wife got a bit said it was really good

Pay £7.50 for a 10" pizza that is basically just naan bread with burnt Donner meat, a sprinkle of cheese and literally a tiny dot of sauce. Won't be back. Really went downhill

Mac an cheese bites were a 10/10 i really wish there was more than just 5 for £6, the actual mac and cheese was just sad, not even macaroni pasta used, the cheese sauce tasted like mix that wasnt mixed well enough and had what could only be 2 whole slices of cheese on top creating a dry layer of pasta then sauce at the bottom(easily fixed by mixing) so while i wont buy that again the mac and cheese bites (which did contain macaroni pasta oddly enough) i definitely will

Good quality was very poor donner meat looked as if it had been sitting for a week and there was next to none on the chips would not be returning

The kids meal chicken nuggets and chips the chips were looking like and tasted like been reheated few times. ( went in bin) The cheeseburger and chicken burgers were nice but them chips was a kids portion with both . So was disappointed with this meal not its usual standard .

Over £7 for half a smoked sausage and not even a handful of chips last time I'll use that place

Food was cold, handful of chips with the pizza crunch which was like rubber , the double cheeseburger meal came with a burger and no can or chips how is it a meal ?what's the difference between just the double cheeseburger the supper and the meal?

Food was late by 1 hour and delivered cold also had to re cook it and the plastic cheese slice is not good enough fresh cheese would be better

last time i had food from here i threw up straight after, thought i would try again hoping the food would be better weeks later. nope. dont know whats going on but the quality is downhill rapidly downhill.

Was recommended by friend have passed on recommendation to my mum, food was piping hot so fresh quality fantastic good value, will now be using frequently I will be ordering for mum as she doesn't have tablet and at least I know she will be getting the best so thank you

Not happy way my food tonight chips were all greasy and the chicken nuggets were soggy and mushy half cooked and the pizza supper was cold and pizza was all mushy and I only got 2 slices and it should been whole pizza not happy costumer I order all time on just eat

This review is for the chicken pakora only (rest of order was excellent as usual) the pakora was inedible, burnt inside and all dried up

Hard to find a decent chip in the supper. They were mostly what looked like the small remnants off cut potatoes. Not really chips. Cold when they arrived too and I only live a couple of streets away. Disappointing as they are usually good.

Called twice, was told the delivery driver had gone home with my order and I would get a refund. Was finally delivered more than 2 hours late, stone cold and inedible, So far, no refund recieved.

Although it was over an hour late, the lady I phoned did let me know how busy they were and also answered my other questions efficiently! Over all great service! Was just a busy night for them!

Waited an hour and then the time was pushed out. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes which I really don't feel is acceptable.

Ordered kids meal sausage and literaly got 1 battered sausage no chips not sure if still do juice with meal but none either. Would of been cheaper ordering single sausage . My fish and chips were nice though

2 hours late, absolute joke, kids already had a snack after 1 hours 45mins. I would like to request a refund. the restaurant kept changing the delivery time. I just called the restaurant and my order has only left 7mins ago. I ordered just after 7.30 its now 21.47

My only complaint is why kebab meat so hot is this a restaurant thing !!

Staff really good,service could be a bit quicker,macaroni needs to go back to Marshall as the thicker pasta let's the dish down nikki in captain St brilliant ,paige in cathcart st same.

Placed order for chips cheese Donna meat got charge for that when order came it was just chips and Donna meat what happened with your chips as they where not soft and tasty like any other time

Ordered Loaded chips and received a box of just the toppings on a pita bread no chips in sight and none of the sauce that I asked for. The meat in the Mixed Hoagie was dry and crispy as if it had been out for a while and the naan bread that the hoagie was on seemed similar to a store bought naan bread that you'd stick in the oven. Overall pretty disappointed.

Ordered large pakora and was very disappointed - was 7 average small pieces for £8! Chips were a large as well and looked like a small. Best thing about the order was the pizza - never fails!

Ordered 2 bottles of juice and only one came. Phoned to say that hadn't came and then was told it was in the bag. It actually was not. Person on phone just barley stopped herself laughing when I've phoned. Horrible service.

Freezing and box was soaking wet and bashed so much it had two holes on the top, right through to the pizza. There was also barely a handful of chips. Looked like it had either been opened and eaten or dropped. Such a shame given how tasty the food usually is.

Food is usually ok from here but this was a waste of £20, delivered almost an hour late and straight into the bin. Rock hard, cold pizza and chips.

The food is lovely, i just dont understand wht the only option i have to order from is here and not the bardrainney one 5 minutes away as i know ifs same owners. I think the delivery charge is way overpriced too. 2.50-3.00 sure but £5 odd.

Gravy burst all over the pizza, everything ruined. Delivery driver told me my address is wrong

1st time ordered from Gate of India had large chicken pakora and a pizza crunch between 4 people we where all stuffed, Thoroughly enjoyed it and will do it again soon 👍👍👍

Gave me a time then changed it claiming they were busy ,food was not very warm when it arrived,took an hour & a half from when it was ordered.🙄

Ordered a meal at 20.15 and at 22.10 still no food. Tried to call and no answer so have left a bad review as could have called and said what the problem was. Quite happy to take funds from my account and bad services especially at £4 delivery for 10 min drive a push in traffic 🙃

Food was 2 hours late. Called up and was apologised to (girl was lovely) however they had to actually phone the driver in order to locate our food which isn’t great. Really putting me off ordering again due to such long wait time and no communication between shop, driver or customer.

Gate of India has provided a great service over the past year. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious and the delivery ahead of the time projected. I've used them many times and have never been disappointed. It's a regular treat and very good quality for the price. When my mother stays with me, she loves their food, too, and she's hard to please.

Food was stone cold not even slightly warm it was as if it had been taken out of a fridge. Totally put me off re ordering from here.

Good food but wait far too long lost the notion to eat. Slow deliveries a massive problem in Greenock resulting in cold food puts you right off re ordering.

An item was missing initially, but was delivered in nano time. Always usually early delivering.

Was delicious. Would deffo order again we had sausage suppers and 2 had curry sauce... Was delivered fast and was piping hot.
