A little disappointing and expensive. We went for lunch and we were told sandwiches weren’t available. (A shame at lunchtime). We all chose wraps, two barbecue chicken and two chilli chicken with chips. The wraps were ok but not worth the price and the chips were extremely poor quality. It was served with the tiniest of salads. I sadly compared it to a popular burger chain where I had exactly the same items a few weeks before, just the same quantity, probably even more chicken for a third of the price. As we were waiting for the food a supermarket delivery van arrived and brought a quantity of ready made McCain's fries, so we realised then why the chips were so poor.

Lovely little bistro with quaint, clean, quiet, hideaway patio away from busy sidewalk. Pizza was extraordinarily delicious. Has professional pizza oven that cooked the thin crust perfectly. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. We are Canadians just in the area for a few days but if we lived here, we would make this a first-choice restaurant. Loved the ambience and the food. Highly recommend.

A lovely spot however let down bu the quality of the food - we ordered the platter which was OK but could have been better if offered some flatbread or pitta to mop up. The salad was basic and again could have been better of they ditched the iceberg and added olives etc - I had an elderflower soda that was merely a well known cordial added to water ( no fizz) and frozen berries - for the price the water should have been fizzy and fruit fresh The toilets were not clean Will definitely not be returning sorry

Wasn't impressed, we live local and we have tried every place in conwy but never here and we were left disappointed. The meal we ordered was in correct and chips came after we had eaten our pitta sandwich. No children menu nothing a child can eat my son just had to have some chips. He liked pizza but £15 my son could only eat 1 or 2 pieces so a waste of money . The drink menu wasn't great either and quite expensive for a lunch menu. It's a shame because it's a lovely spot and nice sun trap . The service was all over the show didn't run smoothly with the meals. We had all eaten ours by the time our friend had his pizza . Should of all come out together.

We popped in to Garden Bistro 22, because we needed a change of scenery from our usual haunts in Conwy. A few hundred yards from the castle and a few steps from Lancaster Square and you’re at the steps down into the outside decking of the restaurant. The weather was changeable when we were there but there was cozy intimate seating and tables through the once lower floor corridors of the building, now a quirky characterful bistro. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and provided us with a menu with a nice selection of Mediterranean dishes. The waiting time for food was very reasonable and the food was well presented and tasty. My feeling was that the decor was of an older era, and didn’t compliment what the Bistro was trying to achieve. BUT, decor isn’t everything. The service and care was spot on, and reasonably priced. I can see this restaurant being packed out in the summer and well worth a visit.

We called in for lunch and ordered Turkish style Meze wraps with salad. We were presented with doughy under cooked wraps that contained a thin smear of tomato paste and small bits of iceberg lettuce that were brown at the edges. Nothing else. No aubergine. No falafel etc. Priced at well over £8 each. We told the waitress who then made things worse by insisting that there was nothing wrong with them! They were inedible and total rip off. We refused to pay for them and left .

Out on a colleagues leaving party, pubs were pretty crowded then we stumbled across this place. Lovely service, quiet (until we got there!) and food was lovely. Had a ham sandwich which eas well presented, then shared a couple of pizzas which were divine. Get off the beaten track and find this place next to the Erskine, go down the steps to the patio area. Will definitely be back as I live local

We were walking through Conwy looking for a Coffee with atmosphere . All the cafes were crowded and queues everywhere but opposite the station we came across some steps that led to a sunken patio area. It was quiet probably because it is not obvious. We had a good cup of coffee and a warm welcome. The snack menue looked good, although it was too early for us. The owner was keen to please and deserves to succeed , we will definitely go back.

Just had lunch here as we wanted a nice fresh Med style lunch. The Mezze platter was amazing great value for money. The Feta was creamy, Babaganouche excellent . I had a Prawn and Egg salad very generous portion. My wife’s wine was nice and chilled and my Hot chocolate was good too. All for under £30. Well worth a visit if you’re fed up with fried brown food.👍👍
