Really lovely authentic food freshly prepared by a small, family run business. The food comes out when it’s ready, but wow, it is worth the wait. They’re not licensed to sell alcohol but you can take your own. Treat yourself to a fantastic Greek evening!

Had a lovely meal here last night before visiting the theatre. The owner was lovely and all the food was authentic and home made.

This is a BYO restaurant but there is a Coop opposite for wine and beer. No corkage charge. I have never eaten better dips all home made; garlic minced for the yoghurt that gave it fantastic flavour, the cucumber in thick almost cottage cheese dressing with strong oregano taste and hummus beautiful coarse texture and crushed coriander seeds. Then minced lamb kebabs but dressed with roasted tomatoes olives and capers. Superb worth a try.

I can't review this establishment because they couldn't be bothered to open on a beautiful Friday evening in September. (Stll in season!)

One of the best meals Ive had in my life. Huge portions. They make the food from scratch whilst you wait. Lovely decor and music! A lovely dining experience, with excellent food and welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend a visit for superb, traditional home cooked Greek food.

Great authentic Greek restaurant that offers so much more than what I find to be the standard Souvlaki and Chips. No-fuss service and bring your own beer. The menu was brimming with Greek casserole options with some incredibly inventive options - I would have liked to come back over several nights to try them all, but sadly was on holiday and only discovered on our last night. Highly recommended

I LOVE this place. Everything about it is superb. No airs and graces, authentic, delicious, homely and so welcoming. It feels like going home with the added bonus of some of the best Greek food outside of Greek. It’s always the same one waitress and chef every visit, so I think family run. They’re attentive, friendly and both great at what they do. I come with work frequently and always eat here, highly recommend!

It was a quiet midweek evening when we visited. You can take your own alcohol (there’s a co-op across the road) which is handy. We shared a Greek salad for a starter, followed by lamb and aubergine stew, and mixed souvlaki. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and we enjoyed every mouthful. The owner and his daughter are passionate about their restaurant, the quality of food and service. We liked the little buzzers on the table to use when you wanted to order/pay/request something. Really enjoyed our evening here!

It’s been a while since we’ve been able to visit Roustas - but we were delighted to discover it is just as good as ever! Food is excellent and as imaginatively served as it is tasty. Both dad and daughter are welcoming and very attentive to the needs of their customers. We hope they continue to enjoy the success this outstanding restaurant deserves. Thank you and well done!

Good quality food with a lovely ambience

Rice, coffee, and meatballs are quite delicious, but barbecue and desserts are not so suitable for Chinese babies’ stomachs. In addition, the old man is a Greek old man Authentic Greek food

What a fun evening at Rousta's. The food was delicious and clearly cooked with care and passion. We had a fun end of service chat with owner Dimitrios and daughter on the ups and downs of running an authentic Greek restaurant in North Wales as well. Great family style place, come hungry and open to trying some more unique dishes on the menus and you will not leave hungry or disappointed! BYOB as well and handy to have the Coop over the road for wine and beer. We will be back!

The nicest greek meal I've ever had! The atmosphere had us feeling like we were on the greek coast having our dinner, some fun music and lovely decorations. The service was genuinely brilliant too, all the family were really friendly, service was rapid and you could tell all items of the meal were of a very good quality. We had some lovely olives to start, then the chicken & lamb souvlaki & chicken gyro mains. Both dishes honestly unreal. The way the meats were seasoned / marinated I'm sure I'll be dreaming about them in the future. Even the chips (usually a sideline for me) were absolutely delicious. I wish I was in the area more often, I'll definitely be coming back here, trying the pita next time!

Our second visit to Llandudno and our second visit to this lovely family restaurant. A warm welcome and traditional Greek food is what brought us back. No half measures here the portions are big and delicious! Very relaxed atmosphere and a lovely young lady that serves you. Will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting the area. After finally deciding which starters we settled on the three that just had to be tasted. WOW… each dish stood on its own and with each mouthful we compared tasting notes, picking out ingredients as they spoke gently to our tastebuds. Our main courses were chosen and we decided on dishes we hadn’t previously experienced ….. The chefs talent with fresh ingredients, touches of saffron, honey and berberries was obvious and a 60 yr affinity for food and the in the best Greek way, making sure everyone was well fed, apparent. A longer review than I have ever left before- we have had amazing meals in Llandudno. Roustas a definite highlight.

My partners first time in a Greek restaurant but not mine. My god, the portions are so generous we could have shared a main meal between us. My meal was amazing, lamb was cooked to perfection. A smaller portion would have been better so we could have tried the desserts

I would love to give more than 5 stars to the service and staff ,,apart from food being delicious , the courtesy of the staff and the chef /owner is beyond description,, they were very kind to serve us when I was running late and was wandering with my toddler for food , but the chef and staff even though when about to close the restaurant they served us with delicious take away and I loved every bit of the food,, would definitely recommend to everyone , the salads and pizzas where very delicious ,,

Bring your own alcohol Greek restaurant. Simple but effective interior. We had a tasty dinner and our own wine. The single person doing the Service was quick but very busy with the restaurant being full. We do recomment to eat here :)

The food was ok, the two ladies who served us were lovely but unfortunately we had the displeasure of being served by the angry little man who owns the place. He was very rude from the start and spoke to us in a horrible manner.

Not only were the two owners the loveliest people I’ve ever met and treated you like a friend as soon as you arrived, but the food was amazing. We had a Souvlaki meal and Stifado, and starters. The food was incredible! Huge portions- good quality food!

All i can sa is wow. Called in wth no booking and they seated us with no problems. Very polite and attentive even though they were very busy. Food was amazing. Portion size are great. Highly recommended.

Not just the best Greek food I've ever had, but THE BEST FOOD I've ever eaten. Honestly, the freshest, tastiest ingredients and every meal was clearly made with passion and expertise. Prices are more than reasonable for the beautiful food, fantastic service and gorgeous surroundings. Excellent service from Emma & Mo, the most dynamic father and daughter team. Happy to help you through the menu and make you feel like honoured guests, not just customers. The restaurant is beautiful, tidy, clean, warm and welcoming. If you have not been before, you are missing out. Truly a fantastic place to eat. Excellent for any occasion and will impress anyone you take with you.

We popped in to buy a takeaway chicken gyros, which wasnt on the menu, and halloumi fries. the staff happily and hastily made this for us for around a tenner. The food was cooked perfectly and of high standard, would definitely recommend!👌🏻

Absolutely wonderful! This was about our fifth time we’ve been here this year and it has remained consistent. The food was excellent - taste, quality and value for money. Service was great - there is an electronic call button if service required so your table is left alone as you please. We had the cheesey garlic bread, halloumi fries, Greek salad and courgette balls to start, Lamb Souvlaki and Chicken Gyro mains, followed by Baklava and coffee - all 6 of us had empty plates and will return. If you go, it’s take your own alcohol but there is a shop across the road - we would highly recommend.

What a great restaurant! There’s a great variety of meals including chicken gyro, as well as less familiar items like chicken with strawberries (I was slightly sceptical about this but it was delicious!) They don’t serve alcohol but there’s a Co-op across the road where you can buy a bottle of wine if you’d like one with your meal.

Best restaurant in Llandudno. Emma and her dad are excellent hosts. The food is amazing. We live locally and make a point of going every few weeks. It may not be in the centre of town but it is well worth a short stroll or taxi ride to get there. You can take your own alcohol, which is a bonus.

This was an exceptional experience in a new place. Our first trip to North Wales and we had the fortune to visit with such wonderful staff. Family run, great food freshly made from quality ingredients. We hand a late dinner and we’re the last patrons. Demetri came out and talked with us about food and Greece and we had a great time

There is a supermarket directly across road with a good range of alcoholic beverages . Food very authentic & best cheesy garlic bread I have ever had . This would be a brilliant venue for pre theatre meal . Definitely somewhere I would go back to .

This has to be one of the best meals I have had, such taste, cooked and presented so well and the portions too big to finish ( for me ) the owners so friendly and interesting completed the evening. I would strongly recommend anyone living or visiting this area, make a beeline for Rousta’s you will not be disappointed.

Such friendly family atmosphere, the owner would be my best friend if I lived closer, he was absolutely lovely. The food was amazing, the best garlic bread I have ever had, the aubergine and lamb stew, there are no words to say how delicious it was. Loved the bring your own alcohol, cuts the bill down a lot. Restaurant owner doesn't rush you because he has a next serving, you can just relax. Food cooked from fresh, nothing heated up, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

Avoid at all cost, food is awful not orthentic Greek at all, service is terrible ,opening times on door 5.00 pm, didn’t open till 6.00

Really tasty dinner was had when we visited. Really delicious. Service was warm and friendly (felt authentic) and my goodness my the flatbread and the hummus is so good. We’d go back just for that. Important to know they don’t serve alcohol but you can visit the supermarket over the road for a nice bottle of wine (they had loads already refrigerated too)

Writing this review whilst finishing my meal. Can't complain about the food. Good Greek food . But the attitude of the owner grates . I went without reservation . The restaurant was not busy at all. Table was given with great reluctance . I spent about an hour for the meal and left by 2000 hrs. The restaurant was empty til then . I always wonder why this attitude - is it related to race colour . The food was good . Shame about the attitude . Somehow this unconscious bias creeps in . Sad .

Disgusting food,food had to much salt in it,have had many a Greek meal this is the worst I’ve tasted ,think cheap meat was used, 19.30 on Saturday was empty, no Alcohol Licence,so it was bring your own, and when asked for ice, it was a pound, just Disgusting, the owner is a knob

Been around the world a dozen times and have never heard this one. Call to make a reservation for 2. Hostess asks if we have allergies, I reply shellfish. She yells off phone to someone, pipes back to me, sorry we can't serve you. I asked, you can't serve me because of an allergy. She replies back, yes we can't serve you, goodbye. I have lived over 10 years on islands with seafood the main staple. Travelled up and down the Med, never an issue. This is a great rejection.

Excellent authentic Greek food made fresh, absolutely outstanding, I will return here 100%, a pleasure to meet dimitri and his daughter, great hospitality, definitely recommend this place. don’t be put off because there’s no alcohol, there is a co op opposite which you can purchase drinks and take in to the restaurant

This is some of the best Greek food you’ll find in the U.K. Some unusual Greek dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. The ingredients are top quality and cooked by a passionate Greek chief! I can recommend the chicken with strawberries and the stifado. They come with saffron rice and a lovely salad. I’d recommend this restaurant as it gives you the chance to try some unique Greek food. It’s bring your own bottle as well. Nice family run restaurant better than the chains you find on the high street.

When me and my son arrived it looked like a high quality dine in we ordered our food we waited 40 minutes for our food whilst a couple who came in got theirs in 15 minutes we simply asked the chef when it was going to be ready and he told us to got McDonald's if we didn't want to wait and then continued to swear and be aggressive in front my son who is a minor and then told us to piss off

I can't understand how this place gets high reviews, 6 of us ate there 5 didn't enjoy the food, 1 of us didn't eat any of his main meal,have tried this place twice now and won't be returning .

We've been here twice once for dine in and second for a take out, both time's excellent! For the takeout I called up a few hours in advance as I had a large order and went to collect it, still really hot and fresh when we got home a good 20 mins away. Food is to die for, the meat is tender and full of flavour, the garlic bread is out of this world! Come hungry, the portions are massive! Thoroughly recommend this gem in Craig y Don you won't be disappointed! 🌟

Me and 2 friends happened upon this restaurant while away for the weekend in Llandudno, and I am so glad we did! The food was absolutely incredible. Clearly authentic, freshly made and so tasty. I'm just gutted we didn't have room for dessert, the portions were huge. It's a family run restaurant and the staff were very nice, I liked the buzzers on the table so made it very easy to catch their attention and there was no uneccessary hovering. Any foodies will absolutely love this place. If I'm ever in Llandudno again I'll be booking here!

The food was tasty and my family of six members enjoyed the food. I was not aware that this restaurant has a condition of mandatory main dish for everyone visiting here. I wish it was made clear at the time of booking itself. I had read previous reviews about large portion sizes in this place, so when I heard only at the time of ordering the meal about mandatory main courses for all, I had to sacrifice the starters and desserts. I love Greek starters and desserts which I couldn't get to taste unfortunately. Maybe I'll try takeaway the next time and get to taste the starters and desserts too.

This restaurant was absolutely beautiful and gave a true authentic Greek vibe. You can really tell they put so much thought into the design and atmosphere of the place. The food was just as gorgeous as the music and visuals of the restaurant, to think they import ingredients straight from greece, you are guaranteed to have an authentic experience. It was one of the best greek and Mediterranean experiences we've ever had. ( we lived in Italy for 24 years, and had so much good Mediterranean dishes, nevertheless this is one of the best) Me, my cousin and my daughter we found this little gem in a quite street, and loved it from the moment we went there. Warm and cosy place with great service and cheerful staff. Food was fabulous and all fresh. Yummy and mouthwatering dishes and best pitta I've ever had. Definitely come again and recommend every one to try this little gem if you are in Llandudno.

We were here on Thursday evening, what a lovely place to eat. The food was amazing, very tasty best meal we’ve had for a long time . The service was second to none. We will be going back. Two separate couples came in after us...

2nd time here decided to order lamb shank, hoping the portion wasn't as big as last time as hate wasting food. Meat was so tender I didn't use a knife at all. Rice was more than enough for 2 people that accompanied it. Once again...
