Fusion Vibes in Harrow

This was our second visit (the first visit was a nice pleasant family dinner with great service by our waitress and even the manager) and felt completely let down. Everything we ordered had to be checked, starters came out Luke warm, one drinks order came in three parts (only 5 drinks ordered) over 25 mins, and customer service really wasn’t great with every server on their mobile phones literally the whole time. The bill wasn’t cheap either so unfortunately a terrible rating for fusion vibes, has gone downhill since our last visit last year. Will not go again

My favourite new Indian. Have always gone to Regency but decided to give Fusion Vibes a go as it’s close to home. Thoroughly enjoyable meal. Starters and mains all first class!

I visited here in Aug with a group of friends - we were a party of 10, mostly vegetarian diners. The service was great, and food was very nice. The masala mogo in particular was a hit. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive.

When we got the restaurant we were greeted by friendly wait staff and seated straight away. We ordered food and drinks and they arrived in good time. The drinks were refreshing and the food tasted great, particularly the daal makhani and the naan.

I am curry lovers and Fusion Vibes have authentic flavoured Indian curries. Every curry taste different and our whole family loves their fresh naans. Services are good and there is scope to improve.

Good local Indian restaurant with modern decor and bar area. Good selection of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Extensive drinks menu. Excellent desserts also both Indian and alternatives. Busy on Saturday night with multiple groups. couples and families. A welcome addition the local restaurant scene and will hopefully be visiting again soon

We visited the restaurant on new year eve for dinner and just not busy as yesterday like 7:00 pm. Our starters arrived cold and decided not to order mains as got put off by attitude from the staff. Imagine sometime I order take away from a mile away and starters are warm and edible.

love the food and service and we had good time to visit this place. this was very nice experience to go.

Not sure why this restaurant is rated so low... I have just been with a few friends, the ambiance, cocktail menu and food was amazing, as was the service. North West has some of the best indian food in London and that goes without saying, In Fusion Vibes the food is different, it wont be the same/similar taste you get in every restaurant in the area but that's what makes it nice. Happy Foodie over here!

We went for dinner last evening to Fusion Vibes. The food was not nice at all. It was not fresh, it seemed like it had been reheated from frozen. By the time the starters arrived on the table they were already cold. There was no taste in the starters or mains. The rotis were very hard. Stomachs not good this morning 😒 The service was okay but we will not be returning again.

We went to this place last Saturday and will not go back again ! Food was tasteless,not sure how did the chef manage to make them. We sat for atleast an hour for the mains. The waitresses were cheerful so no complains there. But the most disappointing thing was the food,terrible! Go to the next door restaurants bnova and chilly lovers,their food is amazing !

Went here for a family dinner. Food was good but a little over flavoured (the chef loves to throw too much garlic and onions into everything). The main restaurant area is very draughty and cold - they only have a single door rather than a double door like most restaurants (even though they could fit a double door as they have a redundant porch area) This place is style over substance - it is trying to be too many things (a fusion restaurant spanning at least 6 cuisines but with no cohesiveness; the fusion menu is not actually available; it is therefore an Indian bar and restaurant; if it is Indian it is trying to be North Indian / Bangladeshi and Gujarati and Jain all at the same time - who ever saw Bhuna and Madras and Vindaloo in a place like this?) Service is at attrocious: - asked for water for the table (we were 8 and they only bought 3 cups) - staff have no training and spend most of their time chatting to one another - food does not come out at once; some starter dishes came out after we had finished our starters - they grab your food away before you have finished - there were at least 5 tables comparing and unhappy with service, but the staff did not clearly care or think there was anything wrong - fundamentally, Managenent and staff are there for a joyride rather than caring at all whether their customers are happy

Family dinner with two young kids, we were placed on the sofa’s towards the back of the restaurant. The decor is great, very sporty and fresh. The food was average. My complaints Iie with the service, the staff need to be trained, they have no idea how to do their job. We waited a good 15 minutes and no one came to take our order, I had to get up and call someone, if your eating at the back it’s very hard to get the waiting staff’s attention. The food takes ages to come out. They brought out the children’s food last, when we had informed them it should come out first. When they bring the food out they don’t clear the table, they don’t remove any dirty dishes or glasses, meaning we all have to pick up dishes for them to place the food down. They serve food in bulky dishes meaning there is not enough space on the table for our dinner plates as well as the food, either you put your plate on your lap or choose a starter plate to eat your mains. As the mains took so long to come out, we had to leave without dessert. If the service in this restaurant is improved considerably it would be a nice place eat, until improvements are made, I would not recommend it.

I enjoyed the food. specially kaju curry and paneer lasuniya, absolutely loved it,highly recommended,you can't go wrong with that. Thank you

As a family we decided to try Fusion Vibes - Indian Restaurant and Sports Bar in Stanmore on a Sunday evening. We did not have a booking but upon arrival were told that we could either sit at the front or towards the back of the restaurant. We decided to go near the back as football was on the screens. The waitor showed us to our seats. That was it, from that point on we were ignored, no waitor, watress, or even the duty manager came over to us to offer drinks or menus. The staff were just ignorant. Maybe you have to be a regular to be served or that they just rely on their existing client base for business. The restaurant was not busy at this time. After waiting for over 10/15 minutes we walked out. No one said anything apart from the manager who said 'thanks', I can only preseume that they did not want our business. I said this to him on the way out. This is the worst service I have received at any restaurant and would recommend not visiting this place. Poor service, poor staff, poor experience.
