Very good chicken shop I enjoyed it

It's hard to find a good, simple, cheap chicken place nowadays, but whoever's running this place now is off to a great start. The price was fantastic; the people were nice and friendly; the food was served in less than 5 minutes, and it all tasted just right. We'll have to keep going back to try different parts of the menu!

Delicious foods for very reasonable price. I had a Biriyani and it's super tasty. Staff also very friendly, specially the two indian guys. Will definitely visit again.🙂

Food is absolutely delicious. First time been there tried a burger and perry perry chicken wings and I can say they are worth of trying and different from others. Parking is always an issue on or around Radford road.

I've liked the new layout they have done but only bad thing is that the put too much pepper on the chicken

I have only been here once, so considering I was a new customer, I had higher expectations. When I first walked in, the lady at the counter was on her phone with her airpods in, and didn't seem to care much when taking my order. However, she was not rude so I didn't think much of it. I ordered the peri peri strips, which were very nice and flavourful, but she had told me it would be a 10 minute wait and instead it was a 20 minute wait. Normally, I wouldn't be very bothered by this, but the reason it took so long was because she was too busy talking and laughing around with the other workers, while I was still waiting for my food. She kept going on her phone and still had airpods in, which is unprofessional as you usually wouldn't do this in your workplace. Aside from the unprofessionalism and the long wait, I noticed she also kept coughing openly without covering her mouth, which is just disgusting. I will not be returning.

Delivery was 2 hours late and the food was also really bad. It was raw and the chicken had blood inside it. The doner was really thin. The burgers had no toppings on. Should've got a refund.

Food took too long, never ordering here again. Said it was gonna be here at 3.05 but had to wait an hour as the food still hadn’t come yet.

Worst thing ive ever eaten waited bloody 25mins for a bloody tiny piece of chicken that was so hard and dry bloody upper rubbish all went in the bin. Never again you should get shut down ! Yuck disappointing

Raw chicken not even cooked please look at pictures cold no heat what so ever only Warm sauce over the top of raw chicken so one will be killed Coventry council needs to visit

Awful food Massive naan bread. Not even cooked properly. Probably frozen. Kebab tasted vile. Peri peri chicken was ok. Won't order again

Poor service took longer than usual. Ordered a tortilla wrap and it was crusty and slightly burnt.

This place is a JOKE! I go there to get 3 wings and chips for the first time( as I normally go to the far better hickory chickory which is down the road) and I was told to wait for 5 mins, which was fine. 10 minutes later, I tell him where my order is, and he said he was working as fast as he could, as he was too stingy to pay someone to work with him. He does not wear gloves and sneezed like four times on my order. Something that takes under two minutes to make took 20 mins. The worst thing is, the chips were soggy! Never going again!!!

I sat down to eat at lunchtime. Three quid for three wings, popcorn chicken, mini fillet, chips, can of pop. Crispy and seasoned chips, flaky and spicy chicken wings. Great

I've been told it would take 15 minutes for a pizza, but the reality was, 30 minutes waiting. Unfortunately not the best place where to eat fast, if that's the condition.

Meals are always hot and are really tasty and the staff are always so very polite and friendly

My family and I ordered chicken wings, a chicken fillet burger (on its own), masala fish in naan and mixed donner in naan. The order was placed around 2pm over the phone and we received our order around 4pm. The woman taking our order needed us to repeat our order a few times before she had understood. When we called up to ask about our order (which was 3 times), the young lady told us that it would be with us shortly/10-15 minutes. The last couple of times we called up, the woman told us that she was waiting for the driver and that he couldn't find our address. He arrived after the last call and proceeded to tell us that our postcode was wrong and laughed in our faces. We told him that if the food was cold we wouldn't accept it. Fortunately, the order was warm. However, after opening up the masala fish in naan and mixed donner in naan we found that the portion size was tiny. This must've been a joke considering the price was around £5! The wings and burger were mediocre at best. I have ordered from plenty of places before with better food, better customer service and better delivery speed. Overall, I am upset and would encourage everyone to save themselves the hassle and disappointment of ordering from this place.

Didn't get along with this place, the staff were rude and I got food poisoning from the last time I ate here, would definitely check the food beofre you buy or eat it

What a fab wee business. The family are super friendly and eager to fulfill customers requirements. Despite a competitive chicken shop a stone's throw away, I was drawn to Fusion Chicken as it looked clean and even slightly up-market. The other takeaway was full of hungry school kids hanging out as far as the bus stop ,(which to be fair,is a step away from the shop front) Most importantly the chicken itself is fresh and cooked properly. I'm particular about the chicken I consume & greasy coated burnt bits of goodness knows what is not the way forward. I'd strongly recommend Fusion Chicken. Actually better than a KFC.

It was great food and a amazing delivery time. Kebab was very tasty. Would recommend anyone else.

Not sure why people complain. Decent price, decent food, has seat in, fresh food, quick service when I visited. Nothing to complain about.

Honestly, It was was unbelievable, i have never ever get this experience before, Food quality A++ Taste A++ Service A++ *I got a very tiny mistake from order, and the guy he was stupendous ,he send to me another fresh and hot food within 20 mins without any single pence, Oh god ! That was amaze.A perfection of good customer service I m really appreciate and recommend to all Cov try their food and service. Thank you.

One of the Best Wings never been overcooked always Golden in color. Reasonable prices. Mini wrap is a good option. Seats available to dine in. Never been disappointed with taste. Collection only deals are also available Buy 1 get 1 pizza deal from monday to thursday

WOULD NOT EAT HERE!!! I am pregnant and they know that as we used to eat here on quite a regular basis and they are our neighbours. They served us up pink chicken and when we complained they called me stupid and told me I just didnt know how chicken was cooked and that was marinate and spice but the chicken wasnt even spicy. They also made a pizza before this for my partner not long ago and it was supposed to be an Hawaiian pizza and the pizza looked normal but with burger cheese all over the top of it. There excuse was that they were busy and had lots of orders and were running behind. But how do you get such a simple thing like a pizza wrong? Sometimes when you go in there and ask for cheesy chips they are like what's cheese and then sometimes they give you cheesy chips. would NOT reccomend eating here. Poor food. Poor staff. Poor service! NO NO NO if I could give this no stars I would!! Be careful. They are also very nosey and ask a lot of personal questions. Would trust them as much as I could throw them! Want honest reviews well here's one!.

Delivery service is ridiculous. Placed an order at 8pm. Told it would be 30-45 mins which is acceptable. At 55 mins I call to ask on progress of my now late order. Told it would be a few minutes. 5 mins later I get a call to ask ME to confirm delivery postcode. To be told to allow him 15 mins. 30 mins from this final call I call back to again check the progress of my 'be there in 15 min' order. Finally turns up 45 mins later than original time given so now 1hr 30 min late. Order is incomplete with a few extra cans of pop as some sort of compensation. I told the staff I wouldn't be ordering again from there. Such poor customer service

Best place to have Chicken(much better than KFC),Kebabs,Pizza,Naans.... Have some friendly Staffs...I will visit here again...

Loved it a bit too much until today. New staff, higher prices and incorrect order which for some reason took over 30 minutes to prepare !!!

Ordered tonight they where late not normally like them when I received the food the chips weren’t cooked also on my meals I ask for sauces n salad nothing of what I requested it absolutely rank tonight

Fusion's new owners have ruined the good name, food was awful and gave me the squits... as much as I used to rate them, the new owners have destroyed its good name. Awful. Awful. Awful. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being ill.

Food quality has dropped. Used to eat regularly from here. But stopped for few months, recently went, quality dropped, mayo not nice at all, only thing positive about my meal was the cold Pepsi can. Would not recommend no more.

Fresh tasty food delivered within 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Only started using a few weeks back as becoming fed up waiting all night from another place, would definately recommend!

Been here few time and amount of chicken given as family pack is probably more then KFC portion Staff are friendly which is a bonus
