One to recommend for sure!! Fantastic food and service! Tried out a new restaurant in Hatch End which id noticed as I'd passed by a month before. The building caught my eye as it looked more like a bank than a restaurant. I was soon to find out thats exactly what it had been! I peaked in and saw the plush, brightly coloured furniture and unusual decor and the menu ... it all looked so good. It was now on my to do list. So Saturday night, myself and 7 friends went there and were not disappointed. Loved the quirkiness of the restaurant, the food was excellent, service (thank you Keely) and attention to detail was wonderful and the cocktails 🍸 were amazing (thank you Rakesh)! Ill come back to food recommendations in a minute but have to say, loved the wine room behind the old banking cage doors and they even have a private room which they told me can be reserved for groups that want a bit more privacy. Also important, the toilets were beautifully designed and felt plush. So now to my favourite topic ... food 😋 To start, I had the seared Scallops on a bed of pea & mint puree - beautifully cooked and a delicious blend of flavours (do ask for a teaspoon so you dont miss out on any of that sauce)! For main, I had the Seabass fillet on a bed of mixed vegetables which again was perfectly cooked and the saute potatoes with it were amazing and seasoned to perfection. As you will see from the photos my friends all had different dishes and i got to try the truffle fried roll sushi, the king prawns with garlic, the truffle fries and my only decision now is when to go back and what to try next. The owner is Manish and made us all feel so welcome and special. If you happen to call to book, id appreciate it if you said you saw this review as im a woman of my word and told him id do an honest review and id like him to know that i kept to my word ... bon appetite and please do come back here and tell me what you thought 🙂 Ps. The group of youngish girls in the photo (dont know them) did agree to me sharing this photo as it shows the size of the private room really well

Visited here with a friend last night. Positioned in Hatch End, where there are certainly no shortage of restaurants. This eatery is in the old Bank on the corner of the 2nd parade. The decor is tasteful and unique and makes you feel like you're somewhere special. The service is second to none, they literally couldn't be more helpful, more welcoming or more knowledgeable about their menu. The food was served quickly and was presented in a beautiful way. My opinion is that the sushi, although top grade, may appear too complicated on the otherwise, comprehensive menu. I don't think you should mix fruit with sushi, so that might need a rethink. Maybe even offer the sushi on a separate menu, and combine with sashimi? For my main I chose the duck, which was delicious, however, it needed to be served with vegetables (maybe Asian inspired) and definitely sticky rice or something to bolster the dish. It felt very expensive for a portion of roast duck and a couple of salad leaves with diced mango. To be honest, I felt short changed. I did order a side of Truffle Chips, but they didn't really match what I was eating. My impression would have been entirely different if something else was added to the meal. I really enjoyed talking to the owner, hearing about the conception of Fusion 3-8-1 and the parking at the back of the restaurant certainly adds to its appeal. I genuinely hope he does well and this restaurant is a success. But I do think he may need to refine the menu just a little.

Lovely atmosphere, fine food and attentive service. The items on the website, such as coconut ice cream, and a Japanese dessert, and printed menu (sorbet) were not available. I hope they expand the menu to what they originally intended but they are new and they are changing the menu. I had sake. I would have liked a sweet or off dry wine. Another family member wanted mustard with steak and there was no coffee or hot drinks but ice cream parlours and coffee shops are nearby. I liked the sweet potato. Dessert was really chocolatey.
