Fryday's in Sheffield

This is a very lovely shop. The gentleman that serves me is always so friendly. I adore his shop , its so quirky and makes me smile when ever i visit. He kept going during covid and it was lovely to keep being a customer. I do have a few negative comments. I hope this will help to increase his customers. CHIPS!. They are not very good. I think this is because they are not very well cut. They are all sorts or shapes and sizes so you get under cooked and over cooked. Very often they are obviously reheated. They just seem to be randomly cut. The mushy peas are a 50/50 gamble. When they are good they are SUPERB ! but often too much vinegar is added. I hope he takes this as a suggestion rather than a negative. I will continue to be a regular customer and wish him well,

Hello Parking is excellent and if you are luck you can get it next to the door. Also there is side road parking which you will find a place to park. The shop is not big but good things come in small packages. The fish and chip are excellent and come in different size for big and small people. Also the shop does not use pork dripping so the chip are ok for vegetarians. The shop also offer lamb kebeb meat and Chinese food. The staff are very helpful and alway count your change and repeat your order. You can order ahead and the food will be cook fresh excellent. The shop also cook your food fresh depending on food required. Price of food is going up due to cost of living, please call ahead if you are worried. Wish this place was Halal and he could make millions. Hope this help.

Honestly the best f&c in the Handsworth area. Good Chinese food too! Wish it wasn't cash only especially given covid but I won't rate them down for it as the food is stellar.

Owner is a top bloke and the fish and chips are always great, large portions and amazing value.

Really enjoyed the food and thought the prices were excellent. Thought the portions were very generous and we were pleased that we were able to sit down- there is only one table so think it mainly operates as a takeaway, but we were the first customers of the day.

5 minutes away from Meadowhall Shopping Centre. After a heavy day shopping a perfect Oasis for quality hot and cold drinks. Diner type delicious food. Service with a smile here. not the cheapest but great menu and choice and whatever you choose you won't be disappointed

Been to Fridays for fish and chips before witch is very nice but then they started doing Chinese food which is very very nice all the food was fab only downside is they don't deliver but definitely worth going to get it

Just tried their Chinese food and was presently surprised, range is not great but it tasted great. Been going there for chips for years and never had a bad meal. Definitely recommend giving them a go.
