Fromajio in East Renfrewshire

Ordered from here good few days ago now, close to a week..got a call says there not open but it was card so asked about my money to be hung up on and can't get through to them on the number provided.. so wouldn't order out this place unless your in the mood to hand away free money

Order never arrived. restaurant refused to answer the phone or respond to messages. avoid.

Order was placed at 8pm and delivered at 9:45!! The food wasn’t as hot as it should be and we were very disappointed

This is the most frustrating experience I have had ordering food through JustEat. This item has not been delivered. I called the restaurant who confirmed Just Eat drivers are not available. I have had more than 1.5hrs wait for my order. Totally disgusting and below par. Much so, as the APP has ticked this off, telling me to "enjoy my food",which was never delivered.

Third time we’ve ordered from here and can say we will definitely be back soon. Fries hot and crispy by time delivered for the second time which is no mean feat and both pulled chicken and beef philli steaks live up to the hype. The chicken tendies with honey garlic are currently my death roe meal request. Serving suggestion: mix the fromajio and garlic mayo sauces on the fries 12/10 so good!

WOW! I have been looking for a place that does American food well that isn’t a sit in restaurant with mortgage prices. The food was sublime. Delivery was early. Everything was simply delicious. Will 100% be ordering from here more often and I hope this first impression continues. Excellent folks pat on the back tonight

Terrible quality of food everything was soggy due to sweating in containers chips, wings nachos. Terrible. Nachos the cheese was like rubber. Chicken wings where a, soggy mess. The nachos where worse than home made microwaved nachos. Never again

When my order finally arrived my food is cold, chips are inedible, burger is cold, soggy and greasy. For the price I just paid I expected it to at least be warm poor excuse about not finding door nobody has ever had problems finding address not happy

order was supposed to be here at latest 805pm , then when didn't arrive chased them on the app to be told 825 and finally arrived at 840 food was overall good apart from the chips and onion rings soggy as went cold

Few times we've swung by here. Late at night when most likely your options are basically McDonald's. This is a far better option The food is astoundingly good. Good price and roasting hot. Made fresh and fast, everyone should try this. Staff are top too.

Order 1 and half hour late, freezing cold, driver said nothing at door, food was £25 and gave £30 waiting for my change he just walks off and comes back with £1 and says sorry no change gets back in his car and drives off. U actually can’t right it 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Ordered delivery tonight for 2 boxes and a portion of curly fries. Very impressive. Food was excellent quality 👌 boxes were well packed with a decent variety of different items. Burgers were lovely. Delivery was fine, no problems. Would definitely order from again.

I recently ordered from Fromajio, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and arrived piping hot. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and the portions were very generous. A special shoutout to Shabaz for his exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I'll definitely be ordering from Fromajio again soon. Highly recommend!

Shabaz is always great and food is amazing. They don't cut out either, always more than you bargain for. Great staff and easy to get a seat. Parking pretty good as well, wide variety of food selection.

Got uncooked chicken not happy

Placed an order to collect and was very happy with the food. Shabaz was really welcoming and friendly when we arrived. He chatted to my young daughter and she commented how nice he seemed after we left. Thanks!

We come here regularly and Shahbaz and the owner always look after us. We usually get the beef sizzler Philly steak and a chicken pizza, which are very good. Our relatives in London still talk about their memories of Philly steaks and loaded fries.

Philly steak fries were great. Shabaz (put chef/server was really friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Very good pleasant atmosphere. At the moment they are getting some refurbishments done on the adjoining unit, but they keep consistent on great food, service and atmosphere

Ordered over the phone for a chicken burger, ready in 15 mins to collect. Burger was freshly made and tasty, although think next time i might order the mexican chicken burger for some spice. Serviced by Shabaz who was very pleasant

Shahbaz is lovely! Fabulous service from him, and great chat! The Teriyaki Beef Cheese Steak was absolutely delicious and the spice sauce we got in a separate tub added to the brill flavours. 10/10 will be back! X

We ordered around 5pm and waited about an hour to ask where food was. It did take quite a while to get here although we do stay in EK. Having waited, we weren’t expecting much at all but were really blown away by the quality of the burgers, fries, onion rings and especially the wings as I’m someone who’s fussy with wings. Would absolutely order again but would probably pick up food instead.

this was extremely poor. Ordered food, took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get here. Got an alert that it was delivered, it had not. by the time the food arrived it was freezing and i had to wait an extra 20 minutes putting it in the oven just so it was edible.

I love fromajios! The buffalo chicken tenders are some of the best I've ever had, and Shahbaz is always super friendly!

Food was missing and order arrived late tried phoning restaurant but the phone kept going to voicemail, had to eventually sort with delivery driver

Ordered my food at 8:30pm and came at 10pm, Food arrived with multiple missing items and was told at the door they had ran out of their onion rings in which they could’ve let us know when ordered. Order was missing can of juice, onion rings and dips. The cheeto burger was an average beef burger. Ordered from this place 3 times now and every time it has been late with items missing. Will definitely not be ordering from them again, the driver however was very understanding and came back with missing items and replaced what was sold out.

Delicious food, my son is so fussy on which chips he'll eat, and chicken, however he loves the little kid boxes, in comparison to a happy mean, the chicken is fresh and not processed. Adults food, is just all full of flavours and very packed, whatever you buy. 2nd time buying and driver's are always very polite too. Well done fromajio.

Ordered Halloumi Fries, agreed to accept Mozzarella Fingers instead. Ordered Honey & Garlic Chicken Tenders, received over cooked, dry and tasteless. Ordered Red Bull Gourmet Fries, arrived without Pulled Beef, received Mince - still looking for the Sauteed Onions & Peppers. Overall everything appeared to be Flash Fried. Very disappointed.

Booked on their website for a delivery, estimated time given was 30-45 minutes....called after 90mins to be told the order had just come through as there was a problem with their system. Food arrived 2hrs and 10 mins after initial placing order!! Had ordered diet irn bru as I as type 1 diabetic, but they sent regular as out of diet... So ended up with sloppy burger and no drink, as I didn't fancy falling into a coma on their assumption regular irn bru would be an ok substion....why not call to check???? Will not use again...

The quality of food provided was excellent. However the delivery was very poor. We placed our order at 16:30 and didn’t receive it until 18:00 when originally was meant to arrive at 17:15.

Very late arrival of order with no explanation. Tried calling but only got a driver who was apologetic but not helpful. There was a missing item (our bottle of coca-cola) but it didn’t ever arrive and we didn’t get it refunded. No reply from the app/help contact either. I guess once they have your money they don’t care! Won’t be using Just eat again.

Just wanted to write a little review, as it is warranted and this wee place deserves the recognition. Firstly the food was fantastic, I am a fan of this type od cuisine why I picked it , so admitting i can be fussy of its not up to excellent standards, but it was. All food Full of flavor, the steak was succulent, the large loaded fries, I almost struggled carrying as so heavy and full ( could feed 3 - 4) I didn't know it was in Clarkston and I am in East Kilbride, still the food was hot and prepared perfectly. The driver was very polite and told of heavy traffic, not his fault. ( phoned at rush hour) I know how bad traffic can be there, so we are grateful we got our food and it was a 10/ 10. Thanks and well done

Estimated delivery time was 1815-1830 food was delivered eventually at 1940 where I had to stand outside in the street to meet the delivery driver, couldn’t contact the restaurant as it went straight to voicemail, half of the food that was delivered was cold what wasn’t was nice enough but sadly we won’t be ordering from them again

The food is fine. But the processes and service are absolutely dire. Takes ages. Even if you order in advance and turn up to collect after a more than reasonable waiting time the food is never ready. Then app is crap. And although they deliver to the address in order from the app doesn’t recognise this and have to phone if want delivery. Which then takes an eternity. Sort it out guys. Your food is decent (people say that it’s too greasy must have ordered from here by mistake instead of the Ritz - realistic expectations people). But your approach to everything else is terrible.

Food was cold on arrival. There were no drinks included in the burger meals. Impossible to contact resturant as they use a mobile phone number which goes to voicemail.

The meat to chips ratio on loaded fries was not in proportion. All the sauce at the top which left half a box of dry cold chips. Would have expected more especially for the price of the items.
