Food always excellent, friendly staff and quick sevice

Food was ok but the chow main was dry the meat was very dry and the gravy sauce was really salty if they made little tweaks for the chow main and the gravy and gave an extra rib for the price it would be better as you only get 5 ribs should be more for the price

Got food poisoning the next morning

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. When restraint was called was told the driver had just returned and meal would be 15 to 20 minutes. When the driver turned up to my door I was given a different excuse that their fryers had broken down. I commented that we should have had a discount due to long wait and asked my daughter to take the food down stairs as apparently the fryers had broken down at which point the delivery driver turned around and got aggressively confrontational. Friendly is definitely not the experience I had. Absolutely disgusting customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Edit: Gave this place a second chance. What I got was absolutely disgusting. Chicken noodle soup tasted like it had been peed in. Thrown out. Didn't even eat the rest of the meal and told my daughter not to eat hers either. This place needs shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

Hot and sour soup had far to much salt in it the spoon almost floated, just chill way the salt next time chef 👍

Got chips n curry sauce, hardly any curry sauce this time. only 20% curry. Had same order before and it was really good, maybe they were busy. Will give it one more shot as first order was good.

Reasonable prices, fresh and hot when delivered, tastes well immaculate when compared to other chinese takeaways, lovely wee lassie on the phone who was so helpful when i needed help with ordering - would recommend !!

Arguing over a request I put in their own website. Daughters food covered in curry sauce when asked for on the side. Thought it would be a simple replacement, which turned into a back and forth. Left without replacement or original. Will never be back

Usually order a takeaway from here, food and delivery is usually great. However we got two chicken curries yesterday and they were not good, the onions were off, you know when onions go off all brown on the outside and gooey. This put us right off our meal. Chicken not great either. Unacceptable in our opinion.

Best Chinese food you can get..Only wished they delivered to Milton Glasgow as the only time I can get them is when I stay in my Son’s in Cumbernauld

Quality food and great value for money!

Wish I could upload videos or pictures here! Ordered food at 5.45pm. Delivery was within the 50 mins quoted. However the food quality was horrendous! The chicken dish was the consistency of bland VERY watery soup, rice and noodles were stodgy and one huge stuck together mess and second chicken dish was pink throughout. Called to ask for refund was offered a recook which I declined. 8.25pm called to ask what on earth was going on with the previously promised refund to be told the ONE driver they have on hadn’t been back to the shop yet and was then hung up on. Food quality is terrible (was quite a regular customer and delivery time and order accuracy slowly going downhill) but you do get what you pay for I guess so lesson learned! Told umpteen different stories including a ‘you’ve tried the meal so can’t offer a refund as food isn’t untouched’ AVOID!!!

Great food and you can watch amazing chef prepare when visiting. 5/5 if they just did Dim Sum. If they did I am sure it would be excellent Dim Sum.

Have waited three and a half hours for a delivery to not turn up as of yet. They obviously only care for their friends and prioritise them. Girl on the phone keeps lying saying it will be only fifteen minutes. Owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Scran is always spot on, bit slow on the deliveries but always a decent munch, love it!

If I could give zero stars I would waited 2 hours phoned twice and was assured it would be 10 mins. When I phoned to cancel I am told sorry there was only one driver and one chef tonight. Can’t believe I gave this new place a chance 😂 First and last time one

I'm a very fussy eater but I love this Chinese! My whole family does. Even does kids meals that suit my little boy can eat (chicken nuggets that are not chicken balls). Their prices are very reasonable too.

Dissapointed to say the least, i got a flyer through the door so gave it a try delivery was prompt but realised our food wasnt the full order called them back and customer service was shameful ! so many fail with their customer service but the food wasnt great anyway just another typical chinese takeaway who forgot how to make real chinese food nothing special about their dishes no U.S.P cheap meat, bad customer service. Now i know why the flyer really came through the door.

Tatsy and quite an extensive menu. Really competitive prices and the portions we received were huge.

Very very good. Ordered a delivery food arrived piping hot and very promptly. The portion size was excellent and food was so tasty. Thay had sold out of the drink we asked for but phoned us back explaining and offering another choice in drink which I was impressed with their customer service and the delivery lad was very polite. I will definitely be using them again. Keep up the good work

Oh dear. I was encouraged to visit on the basis of the 5* reviews. Let me say, they're friendly. You can see the food being cooked in front of you. It's not expensive. But.... Now, I've been to China a couple of times - so I have a rough idea about how wonderful Chinese cuisine can be. Even a tiny wooden shack in the middle of nowhere can seem to create something really special. ...And Chinese people, they really appreciate good food. I mean, they really like to sit with family or friends and enjoy a good meal. So, I have no idea what's going on at this place. The food was... soggy, mushy, sticky, bland. I ate it... And, you know, it was edible, but, it's not good food. It occurred to me - that if you've got the option of getting some food from here - or getting a ready meal at the co-op, then go for the co-op. Or, go to KFC, get some popcorn chicken, then go to to co-op and get some black bean sauce and a pack of ready cooked egg fried rice. Mix them all together and there you go.

Used to go to the Cotton House but now wouldn’t go passed Friendlies. Food is better & cheaper. Can see food made in front of you. Best Chinese in the area by far.
