Friendlies Chinese Takeaway in Fife

We ordered our normal order which isn’t far from £40 the staff are nice the food used to be good til 1 month later the food tasted different tasted dry and preheated

Ordered 4 meals, everyone was super sweet with next to no spice. The beef satay I had was a sweet beef gravy, nothing like any satay Ive had before. The fries we ordered were also half cooked and inedible. We bought this on the way home which was another 10 miles away or we would have taken back. We wont be going back to this place again.

hi just went in to friendlies and ordered a large boiled rice and curry sauce and over heard this person on the phone invite customers in this very small place with 4 or 5 people all ready in the shop and not getting the right food i ordered and got verbal abuse for there mistake

Had a delivery recently and as per usual the food was delish. order was all correct and didnt wait to long on our delivery. The menu has alot of choice for u to choose from.

Good prices average food. Satay sauce was quite poor but would definitely go back if I’m in the area.

I used to use Friendlies all the time but recently, the food has gone downhill and the food has been taking about 2 hrs to arrive, arriving cold. Last time they sent the order tp the wrong address and when I complained, the attitude was shocking! I will not be back!

Ordered food, it was sent elsewhere. Had to call and ask where it was. Rude staff, not worth the hour and a half wait for the average food which arrived.

We are regular customers here and the food is always great! Never any complaints. Until our most recent order which we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for. When the delivery driver arrived we had no apology (which would have been nice) and when handed the money for our order he said "thanks" and walked off without giving me any change! So I'm still due £1.30. I would have tipped if there was an apology of some sort. Maybe a wee passing word to your drivers about customer service would help! Thanks for the lovely food even though service is poor.

Used Friendlies here for ages. Used to give great portions, then reduced amount of shredded beef & Chicken. Went back later,and it was back to normal amounts, but, last visit, got home to find wife's meal piping hot, and my one STONE COLD !! Never complained as its a drive & costs me money to return it, and get a meal you've paid for anyway. Plenty of Chinese in Area anyway.

Ordered a takeaway. Was ready within 15 minutes. Very nice meal and all delicious. Quite well priced and great service

If you want average food delivered over an hour after the order was placed then this is the place for you. According to the delivery driver they weren't even busy!!!

Have used this place for years. All the food is cooked fresh, delivery is very quick and prices good. What's not to like. Menu is large and varied. Well recommended.

Delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable price, the food was delicious, we couldn't it all as the portions were generous.
