Fresh Cafe Restaurant in Newport

Food always comes fresh and hot 🔥 portion sizes are massive and are very filling. Staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming and have become like family. They welcome kids and always make a fuss of them. The cafe is always clean and has a lovely atmosphere. I love that it's a family run business. Would definitely recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Just eat delivery, delivery woman was lovely and polite Food is perfect, size is good and looks beautiful!

Had a chicken salad order and chicken baguette had food order in but had many food in the restaurant never fails to make me happy with there servis lovely people

Timing of visit: Wednesday 01/02/2023, 16:30-17:30. Order: Vegetarian omelette with chips and baked beans. Price: £6.50. Method of payment: Cash (this is the only acceptable method of payment). Quality of food: 5* (High). Note: My British friends make sense of my scoring system. Atmosphere: Because I like the frames in the wall, i will assign a score of 5. Customer Service: If the food would be served five minutes earlier, I would give a score of 5. But now, I will give a score of 4 (since in all my reviews, I make comparisons between similar restaurants).

So glad I decided to order from Fresh late one night this week, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, 27 yrs he’s been in the business he used to have a Cafe in the bus station donkey’s yrs ago and it would have the longest queues everyday!! Legends Anyway I couldn’t wait to get home knowing that, and it was absolutely delicious so tasty and very reasonably priced too. The place itself was spotless, everyone was so friendly I felt very welcomed. I really look forward to becoming a regular again.

A major refit and update to the café looks great but the service here from a family run business is the best. RECOMMENDED

I really appreciate their approach regarding allergens. I have tomato allergy,I informed their cook to be sure. Everytime checked to be sure my food will be safe. Great price and friendly staff is just extra bonus for me. I can really recommend this place!

We had a lovely breakfast and we felt really welcome, the staff are extremely kind will definitely be back!

I have ordered 2 pizzas, they said 40 mins, 2 hours later delivery driver arrives, this is after 2 call to the restaurant, which the person that answered was not helpful and quiet cocky telling me to cancel my order then, the pizzas delivered were cold and swimming in grease, I have tried calling back numerous time and it is clear they have unplugged the phone, I have emailed requesting a full refund and they can have their pizzas back, I have ordered previously several time and the service and food was great, the service and food I received today was disgusting and if they treat their customers like this they won’t be open for long, due to you bad practices and attitude
