Ive left here before because the staff are horrible and rude wouldn’t go back. Ill stick to the one in the fort

Went here instead of the filling station, and asked for cajun wrap but wrte told no - not very accomodating considering the same resturant in the fort does wraps all day. Service wasnt great despite the place being near enough empty. Ordered a side of chicken strips and chips, ended up having to chase for the chips then my cousins missed a side. By that time we were both fed up. Dont think id be back in this branch.

My husband and I came in today for dinner with our son and his friends for his 6th birthday and were really impressed with Sam. He was so helpful, friendly and just generally great at his job. I phoned to book, then phoned to pre order and the staff I spoke to were lovely. Couldn't be more helpful. Sam couldn't have done more for us. I think he served us last year for our son's birthday with his friends as well and we felt the same. We felt very looked after. An absolute fantastic member of staff. See you same time next year Sam! Haha!

Great service from Ashley, got our food and drinks out quickly and made sure we were OK throughout the meal. Burger was fresh and juicy and the spag bol was flavoursome. Would highly recommend this place.

5 adults and 2 children. Waiter couldn't have been more helpful. Every one of our meals were delicious. Kids(3 and 5) loved macaroni cheese and garlic bread with chips. Salmon and steak spot on, pizza and burgers great. No room for desert. Definitely go again

I visited Frankie & Benny's last night, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, particularly thanks to Ashley, who was attentive, friendly, and ensured our evening went smoothly. She made us feel welcome and catered to all our needs with a smile. The mocktails were another highlight of the evening. Anna, the mixologist, crafted some truly amazing drinks for my daughter. Each mocktail was perfectly balanced, and you could tell a lot of care and skill went into making them. I highly recommend trying the signature mocktails – they are not to be missed! The food, prepared by Mirek and Pawel, was absolutely delicious. Every dish was cooked to perfection, with rich flavors and beautiful presentation. From appetizers to the main course, everything was top-notch. Overall, Frankie & Benny's provided an exceptional dining experience, thanks to the combined efforts of Ashley, Anna, Mirek, and Pawel. I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience. I arrived with 20 people today on the off chance there would be a table to accommodate us. We hadn't booked in advance. The team were more than happy to welcome us in and they could not have looked after us any better. They were all outstanding. We had 10 children with us. The staff were lovely and attentive to us all. The food was delicious and service was fast. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We will definitely return.

I had a great dinner here, I was dining on my own and some places in the past I've felt quite awkward. But, Ashley was great! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She really went out of her way to see that I was happy. I had the the bbq chicken wings and the mac and cheese, which she had recommended both. All in all all a great experience. Good food, great service and a relaxed and easy atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I was here with my nana for her 90th birthday she loved it she said the lady Jacqueline had exceptional customer service and i’m assuming supervisor Javi was brilliant to us he made sure everything was alright and the food was piping hot it was the best birthday she could imagine for she says.

Had a wee spillage by my two year old son and the lovely Jacqueline cleaned it up and was so nice about it she didn’t mind cleaning it up at all and thank so javi aswell making sure everything was all right and got us a new drink

Despite the restaurant being super busy, the staff and management could jot be more accommodating. Nothing was too much of an ask. Incredibly friendly and polite. Service and food superb, special thanks to April, Xavier and our waitress whose name escapes me, for an unforgettable night with some overseas friends. Thank you!

Food was delicious, so tasty and arrived quickly as well. I've been there with my family on Saturday(around 4pm) to celebrate my son's birthday. Restaurant was quite busy. Waitress Jola was fantastic, so happy, polite and very helpful girl. When we ordered desserts she put candle on my son's dessert. He was very surprised and happy at the same time. Everything from start to the end keep on the highest standards. Defenitely come back.

My daughter and her girlfriend visited your establishment on the 19/1 for dinner they said that their meal was nice but the girl that served them was very abrupt and cheeky to them when they were splitting the bill my daughter felt very awkward as she is only 14 a child and didn't know how to deal with her. Please sort your staff out with customer service training.

I don’t recommend it the staff was very rude when I asked for the bill she told me she was dealing with the customer in a rude tone when I was at my friend’s birthday dinner in 2022, I should have wrote the review last year I will not come back to that Frankie and Benny’s if the staff will continue to be rude.

Virtually nothing on the menu for Vegetarians. Menu was basic with vast majority of it burgers or pizza. Pretty much a very slightly upmarket burger joint but at ridiculous prices. I had the Lasagne and it came lukewarm. Pretty tasteless too. Also doesn't come with anything on the side. Not even a slice of garlic bread. The reason it's 2 stars is that the waitress was very friendly and helpful although couldnt really make much of a difference on her own. Do not order their tap lemonade. Tastes like Fizzy water that's had a slice of lemon passed through it. Rotten.

They've changed the garlic pizza bread which isn't the best. It's still OK, it's just not as nice as it was. I'm still mad at Frankies for stopping the mac n cheese balls. They were amazing

The food was delicious. The first thing they asked me was if I had dietary restrictions which I was happy about. They have an excellent gluten-free menu that is all prepared and cooked separately. They were knowledgeable about gluten and took measures to cater to my celiac disease. It was nice to have a good meal out and not get sick. The staff were really friendly throughout. I will be back here. Thank you for a lovely meal and experience.

I go here every once in a while. I prefer it to tgi's personally as the food is better and in all honesty cheaper. It's never too busy either so it's good to go in with the mrs and child. The staff are always attentive and make sure the wee man has something to keep him occupied whilst we wait for the food.

Yes, F&Bs is a chain so don't expect a Michelin star experience but the food is good, the service is good and it has a vibe about the place - which is no mean feat in a shopping centre location. The service is quick without being rushed so it's handy if you're heading elsewhere afterwards.

wasn’t expecting much due to it being a chain restaraunt and been before but wasn’t upto much. Pleasantly surprised by the pasta and pizza, i had the alfredo and it was delightful, creamy and al dente! Thanks frankie and bennys.

Always love a trip to F&Bs. Great for vegans with meat eaters in the party as they have a good range of both. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet the past we were there but it can get busy at the weekend.

I ordered a plain crispy chicken burger but got delivered a grilled chicken burger with BBQ sauce on it. Was unsure how to contact the restaurant to try and get it sorted.

This is a great Frankie and Bennys. Nothing is to much hassle for them. Eating out with an autistic child can be daunting but these guys are a great help. Especially Ashley

Sometimes you get the weirdest experiences in a big chain. As we entered we indicated that one of my eating companions had a gluten intolerance. We sat down and ordered drinks, and that companion ordered a simple glass of tap water. As the waitress arrived with the drinks, she realised that the gluten free diner was with me and refused to serve her the glass of tap water until she had it checked to be gluten free! A new experience for is all. Aside from that, the dining experience was pleasant. Our server (not the drinks), Ashley, was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and toilets were clean. Frankies and Benny’s have gone through some big changes recently and I haven’t forgiven them yet for taking the Calzone off the menu. It’s lost much of the whole 50’s and 60’s diner vibe that gave it character and now competes against the rest in the race to the bottom. But I can’t complain about this single restaurant. Plenty of car parking at the centre and access is great. Free wifi and when we went during the week it was very quiet. A good all round experience.

Located inside xsite at braehead. Had a reservation for 7 but they were happy to take us in half an hour earlier. Wasn't too busy when we arrived. Our server was polite and prompt. Ordered a 3 course meal a few drinks and couple of cocktails. Came to just over £75. Food was nice. Only reason I'm giving it 4 star is because I've been to the one in London just off the corner of the lyceum and the food is amazing this was just ok. Still a very nice meal out. Food didn't take long to come at all. They do offers on cocktails at certain times so always worth checking out.
