Service is amazing, staff members were so friendly and the food was amazing

brill service here! pizza came so quick and they gave my dog a box of treats and a water bowl too. 5 stars all round!!

The food was lovely and came very quickly, however one of my friends unfortunately got sick twice while at the restaurant. (unrelated to the meal). She alerted the staff who helped get her water and clean up, however as we were leaving our waitress approached us to ask if she was okay. Although i’m sure she was well intentioned, she asked if my friend was pregnant. For context, we are all 16-17 year old girls, and my friend is far from looking even remotely pregnant. As well as this, while asking her this, she kept repeating her questions and asked my friend if she was okay 7 times consecutively, which was quite excessive considering we were literally about to leave the restaurant and my friend responded that she was okay every time. I think although the waitress meant well and just was checking in on her, we agreed that it was quite inappropriate as we are clearly teenage girls, and we were eating at 7pm which clearly is far from ‘morning sickness’. I’ve never had a bad experience here prior to this, but we all agreed that it was quite a strange assumption, let alone bringing it up to my friend to her face.

Had a great time today at lunch at Franco Manca Southfields! Service from Viki was excellent, our pizza Margarita with mozzarella Di buffala was absolutely delicious and we even got some lunch discount for alcohol! Completely recommend and can’t wait to come again!

Badre was everything you could want as a waiter, added to our experience and made the experience wholly enjoyable. Looking forward to going again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Franco Manca Southfields. Atmosphere was lovely, brilliant food and fantastic service from our server Badre. We were even given complimentary limoncello shots! Will definitely return soon!

Amazing pizza. The tomato sauce is absolutely lovely. The dough is the perfect amount of chewy. The restaurant is great, quick service and nice staff. Wine and beer options are great. Not too expensive at all either. Highly recommend and I adore pizza, so trust me.

Franco Manca is our favorite restaurant, and we always have a fantastic experience here! Their pizzas are absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service is always excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make us feel welcome every time. One of the things we love most is how thoughtful the chefs are when it comes to children. My daughter is absolutely delighted with the special bunny-ear pizza they prepare for kids—it’s such a creative and fun touch that makes the meal even more enjoyable for her. We truly appreciate the warm atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. It’s always a pleasure to dine here, and we will definitely keep coming back!

This branch has transformed as a result of the 5 Michelin star hospitality from Badre, thr exceptional pizza made by Farouk. Simply brilliant. Chalk and cheese from his this was before!

Go there for my lunch hour more than I should. Service so fast that I am in and out within 25 minutes. Pizza arrives perfect within around 10 minutes. But it is nothing like a "fast food experience" ironically. I also have some allergies to common ingredients but the wait staff put me at ease. Would highly recommend.

El personal siempre está feliz de vernos, de vez en cuando conseguir un poco de limoncello gratis que es agradable! Muy rápido y feliz de acomodar cosas que no están específicamente en el menú.

Usamos mucho la Manca Franco en Southfields y tienen las mejores ensaladas de cualquier restaurante por una milla, recomiendo el pollo pesto de corral

Was busier than expected with a queue outside but we were seated quickly. The waitress Vicky was very nice and attentive with serving us. Note, this is a smaller Franco Manca store but still vibrant nonetheless. Great pizzas as always (no 5 and 3 pictured here)

All the people working at Franca Manca were incredibly kind and helpful and the service was brilliant as was the food! Very good value too.

I visited recently and informed the server that I cannot eat gluten as I have coeliac disease, which I was told was not a problem although 100% non-contamination could not be guaranteed. As this is common, and as I'd eaten many times at FM without issue, I continued. A few minutes after being seated, however, the manager came to the table and stated (loudly): 'I don't feel comfortable serving you'. This drew significant attention from other diners. I politely explained that there was a better way to approach the situation, and the manager apologised while stating that they were very worried about legal implications and that 'flour is literally everywhere'. I was told 'you can risk it' and, on further enquiry, the manager confirmed that no reasonable steps could be taken to provide a gluten-free meal (e.g. using a dedicated peel, dish, or pan, as I understand that these are not stocked). I left humiliated and I will not be returning. Please support your staff with necessary training to manage dietary needs sensitively, and please do not offer a gluten-free option if you cannot do so safely.

Great local Franco Manca. Having been to quite a few, this is one of my favourites. Great dough and always well finished. Very polite service.

The pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff have always been polite and courteous. I've been in many times for the dinner.

Muy decepcionados - pidieron TRES pizzas para la recolección - que apenas tenían cobertura en absoluto, así que no había sabor aparte de la base quemada. Pagó por setas adicionales y obtuvo unas 4 rodajas - sin queso y apenas tomate - pagó más de £ 10 cada una y terminó tirando.

The service at Franco Manca Southfields was truly unbelievable! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations based on our preferences. Our server checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring our drinks were filled and that we were enjoying our meal without being intrusive. What really stood out was how quickly our food arrived, piping hot and beautifully presented. The staff seemed to work seamlessly together, creating a lively yet efficient atmosphere. They even took the time to ask about our experience and if we needed anything else, which made us feel valued as customers. Overall, the exceptional service enhanced our dining experience and made our visit to Franco Manca even more memorable! Definitely the best one I’ve been to for service :)

I've always loved Franco Manca Pizza but this branch is specifically my favourite. The best Margarita around and great service, the manager Martynas is also lovely too. I told them about a charity fundraising event I was running and they donated pizzas which means more money that we raised can go to charitable causes- it also shows this is a business that cares about others and supporting the local community <3

This is the favourite branch of our favourite pizza franchise. I only wish we had one in our hometown of Camberley too! The sourdough pizzas are amazing and the prices are low compared to other chains. Everything here is deliberately basic and I love that.

I love it. The smell and the food and the overall atmosphere is top notch. It has amazing food overall. The no 8 is my personal favourite I ain't reusing the phrase it's to die for. Nothing is but it is definitely worth checking out. -Some random Local (Me)

The food is great and we didn't wait long for it, considering how busy it was. The staff is friendly and super efficient, very helpful. Decent priced pizzas and amazing tiramisu. Restaurant was clean!!

The pizzas started to get a little better lately but I can't say the same about the service, please do not hire people that can't be bothered to work, the waiter just started his shift today at 12:15 on the 19/06 and was very rude to us! Can't imagine by tonight how he'll be talking to customers!! I live locally and you lost another client. Going to olive garden, at least they treat you nicely
