Delicious pizza at a good price, and very friendly service.

I've always loved Franco Manca Pizza but this branch is specifically my favourite. The best Margarita around and great service, the manager Martynas is also lovely too. I told them about a charity fundraising event I was running and they donated pizzas which means more money that we raised can go to charitable causes- it also shows this is a business that cares about others and supporting the local community <3

Gio is so awesome! The amazing waitress who served us today was so friendly. The food is great and the pizza bases are unique. The decor is so fun and creative whilst also being in a quiet accessible area. Thankyou

Great pizza, really good service and quick. They have a kids menu with colouring pens, th kids pizza is a rabbit... so cute But for me the salads, i love the salads ... I will go out of my way for the salad!

This is the favourite branch of our favourite pizza franchise. I only wish we had one in our hometown of Camberley too! The sourdough pizzas are amazing and the prices are low compared to other chains. Everything here is deliberately basic and I love that.

I love it. The smell and the food and the overall atmosphere is top notch. It has amazing food overall. The no 8 is my personal favourite I ain't reusing the phrase it's to die for. Nothing is but it is definitely worth checking out. -Some random Local (Me)

The food is great and we didn't wait long for it, considering how busy it was. The staff is friendly and super efficient, very helpful. Decent priced pizzas and amazing tiramisu. Restaurant was clean!!

The pizzas started to get a little better lately but I can't say the same about the service, please do not hire people that can't be bothered to work, the waiter just started his shift today at 12:15 on the 19/06 and was very rude to us! Can't imagine by tonight how he'll be talking to customers!! I live locally and you lost another client. Going to olive garden, at least they treat you nicely

I recently moved back to the UK after 10 years and noticed Franco Manca everywhere. I've now been twice in two weeks, absolutely best pizzas in the UK. The Sourdough base is delicious, service always great and nice selection of drinks.

A must for spending a good evening with an extremely full stomach, the pizzas are delicious (words from Marseille) special mention to Badre for the impeccable service.

I had a soothing unique experience at this place me and my crew had lots of fun, the restaurant’s casual dining decor and open kitchen layout added to the overall ambiance. I got a pretty good service by the employees there especially had a cheerful experience with a Supervisor there Mr.Akash Patel. Amazing place good food I would definitely recommend foodies to try it.

Inedible uncooked dough. I went in for a quick lunch. I sent a pizza back and it came back unchanged. I was hungry so I ate the topping which was OK, but left most of base. Avoid this place

Arrived at a busy time on a Friday evening. Had booked in advance. Pizza very good. Shared veggie platter was OK. Busy atmosphere. Staff coped well. Glad to have tried it.

Ordered one pizza for take away, sat waiting for half an hour when the waiter had told me it would be 10-15 minutes. Saw my pizza waiting on the shelf for 10 minutes while the waiter cleaned tables while the restaurant was nearly empty. Received my pizza and it was cold with no apology for the wait. Dissapointing.

Great place for great value for a family meal! Service was great last Saturday evening - good and caring staff.

Ordered pizza, garlic bread and garlic sauce. Pizza turned up, had to ask again for bread. Still waiting for sauce when waitress went outside premises for a cigarette. Had to wait for her to come back. When I asked for bill and to make payment, the card reader was held out. There was no thank you or any comment of any sort. Will not return.

Ordered for the pizza to be cooked well done, but it wasn’t at all. Pizza arrived cold! Very average starters! Have eaten from this chain many a time and it’s average at best!

Went for lunch with my family. The manager was unhelpful and rude to my wife, when she needed help to register our loyalty card.

Karolina, our waitress, was excellent from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and accommodating for all our needs. She made aware all the offers we were entitled to as students. Pizza was also very fresh and delicious. Would recommend!

We have issues with the loyalty app every single time we visit this restaurant, it is always a struggle to check in and use the loyalty program. Tonight we tried to redeem a loyalty reward. After tyring 4 times we got told the app hasn't worked for over a month and they will give us 10% off the bill, which would be less than half of the value of the reward. They eventually ageed to just take the value of the reward off the bill. But we realised after leaving that they refused to give us the loyalty stamp for this visit (the code from the bill is invalid, error code says it was issued over 1 month ago). It isn't so much about a free pizza or a stamp, but the principal of selling a loyalty app which never works, and the attitude of the staff making it so difficult that it eventually feels like they hope the customer will just give up. This is just such a shame because the pizzas are good, and most of the service staff are friendly. This just takes away from what could otherwise be a really nice and easy meal.

I was there on Wednesday and despite to be very busy, the service was perfect. Our waiter was italian. His name was Roberto. He was very attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us perfect raccomandation and we choose the Xmas menu. Very funny and very attentive. He really made our evening 'The food was very tasty and perfect pizza. Thr best Franco manca. I phoned to order and collect 3 pizzas. The order was slightly delayed however that is not the reason for this poor review. When entering the restaurant I was faced by a surly and rude male member of staff. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no social skills.

Went in for a very late meal monday. Restaurant was happy to seat us even though it was close to closing and quiet. Food was delicious, service was quick and staff were so helpful with recommendation from the menu. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a margherita from this Franco Manca, dough was fresh and it tasted great! I was assisted by Karolina and she gave wonderful service. Would 10/10 recommend!

Placed an order via Uber Eats. Delivery driver came with the wrong order. Clearly, wrong order been given to driver by Franco Manca. When I called the restaurant, the only option given was to make the order again and wait for it to be delivered. At no point was an an apology offered for the mistake. Having waited 45 min from order to delivery I informed the restaurant this was unacceptable. Conversation continued with the manager not willing to take responsibility and hung up the phone. I called back . He hung up again citing I was shouting. At no point was I shouting, being firm with a restaurant is very different from shouting. . I called up the 3rd time, guess what he hung up again. I called back the 4th time and just asked for his name and he hung up. I genuinely was shocked that an adult of his age behaves so childish. Let alone a manager of a restaurant in the service industry. I cannot tell you how hard it was not to get frustrated at the level of incompetence and childish behaviour. It was almost like the manager was trying to get a rise out of me. I ended up driving to the restaurant so he had no option to hang up on me. I recorded the conversation also so he could not lie about me shouting . I will be forwarding the recording in an email to his head office and I’m hoping they can address this completely disgusting customer service. If I could give “0” then I would for rating. I will never be using Franco manca again. It’s a shame as I enjoyed their pizza . But I am not willing to spend my hard earned money at a business which allows this behaviour. Needless to say I will be aiming to get my friends and family to boycott the chain. All this nonsense from a mistake they made and can’t even own up to it.

Lovely place to eat in. Love the Pizzas. Martynas provides outstanding customer service , as always ! Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic service, friendly and delicious food!

Very frustrated with poor service tonight. Restaurant was half empty but we had to ask for everything we wanted from very unattentive staff- including basic things like menus, ordering drinks and meals etc. Every time we go I wonder why we bothered. This will be the last time for us. There’s better options available nearby.

Absolutely love Sour Dough Pizza.

My daughter and I ordered a delivery from Franco Manca via Just Eat. After a long wait, the food arrived. One was the wrong pizza - a few mangy bits of tuna instead of the “Franco’s Birthday Special”. Both pizzas were cold. My daughter’s anchovy “topping” consisted of cold, uncooked anchovy toosed on the pizza base. The garlic bread with cheese was missing. On ringing to complain, we were told we’d have to take back the wrong pizza if we wished it to be replaced. We’d also have to go to the cafe to obtain a refund. Lamentable food, lamentable service. Avoid.

My family and me have visited Wimbeldon and we have stopped in Franco Manca to have lunch at 16hrs. The owners were very friendly and comprehensive. Pizzas were very good and price was ok. I would go again. ☺️ The photo is the menu for children.

We was last 2 times. Before was brilliant but now the stuff is very lazy. We waited 30 for make order. Where delivery time is 15-20 minutes. If I don't told the lady about we waited I think no-one come to us. Old men who serve here is very rude also.

I tried the margarita pizza with some extra toppings. It was delicious. The menu doesn't have a lot of options, but you can ask them to customize. Garlic dip was very fresh and more than enough.

Every time they put less ingredients in their pizzas. I ordered veg special and had literally 8 little squares of aubergine, some burrata cheese and tomatoe base. That's all. Restaurant was so packed. They want to fit more people that space can allow. Was very noisy in there.

Just back from a great evening at Franco Manca Southfields. The team were great and accommodated our daughters 13th birthday - allowing her and her friends to dine independently from us and very happy for us to take our own birthday cake along. Always fab pizza and a great atmosphere.

Quick and good service, pizza was just Ok, I found it not crispy enough unfortunately.

Ordered their food on Uber. Fast delivery, great presentation. Tiramisu was obviously heated from frozen, didn't have much flavour, the coffee taste was over-powering. Ended a meal with disappointing dessert. Pizza was amazing, dough was authentic and the flavours were amazing. However, dough was slightly burnt on the bottom and the edges. Like full on charcoally parts. I didn't mind that, but it's not ideal.

Lovely place, great service and the food was delicious. Check out the specials on the board, the salad was incredible .Had the white house wine and was just perfect.

We order a delivery tonight for dinner. Unfortunately when the order come to our home one soft drink was missed and deliveroo driver confirms that this is not the first time that happened. My partner call at 23.09 and a employee of the branch told him with bad manners to make a complaint and if he wants the drink he can go and picked. After that I call back at 23.15 to let know the branch about the customer service received and this time the employee that pick up the phone was so nice and kind.

Awful pizza! Better you get from M&S around the corner cook it yourself. I don't understand why seems so hard to get a good pizza around

Really disappointed, love Franco Manca But if your a table for one you just get ignored. I obviously wasn’t going to bring them enough money so left without ordering

Went last night with my son. Very poor service. Our waiter was rude and incredibly unhelpful. He showed us to a table but it was very cramped for space so we asked if we could go to one of several unoccupied tables. He said no as more customers might come even though it was past the evening peak and not particularly busy. Two other couples arrived after us and just sat at some of the tables we would have preferred. The waiter didn’t try to move them or say anything. The waiter tried rushing us to order before we were ready. His English wasn’t very good so we had to constantly repeat what we said. He was very unfriendly and brusque. Two groups who came after us got their food before us. It’s like the restaurant is under different management. Previously it was a very nice place to eat. The service was always good with friendly, attentive waiting staff. It’s all changed for the worse.

Franco Manca used to be our favourite chain. It has completely lost it. Zero ambience, hugely over busy, 10-12 Deliveroo drivers constantly wandering in, poor waiters seemed exhausted and tired. Pizza is ok but what on earth happened to what used to be lovely neighbourhood restaurants? It’s so sad they are so completely sold out to Deliveroo

Not great really. Felt like the staff were either tired or disinterested and the service was poor....Friday 9.00 pm so not surprised that the place was empty.. poor atmosphere....need to up your game.

We enjoyed 2 pizza out of 4. One pizza with aubergine which tasted very off. Kids pizza served burned base. Service was bad. Wasn't enough cutlery on the table, table was overfilled with other duplicate condiments. Waitress did not bother to check if we have enough cutlery or some stuff couod be removed so our starters fit on the table. Would not be back with family. And do not recommend to dine in. Would order take away.
