Wow!!!!! What a fantastic Sunday Roast! THE BEST! I just cannot thank Omar Ghalwash, Kimberley Ghalwash and their incredible team for making my birthday so unbelievably special. The food and service is simply outstanding. The love, time and creativity is at the heart of everything you do and we are so lucky to have you here in Dosthill! Your effort, hard work, dedication and commitment is so valued and appreciated. Thank you, from me and my family. Can’t wait to book in again! Thank you to the singer Tom Wilkinson! You sounded amazing!

Our first visit (for food!) at @foxinndosthill #OmarsTable didn’t disappoint, gorgeous roast & desert cooked by the man himself. We will certainly come again, he even came to greet us, check in on our meals & say goodbye. Thank you Omar & Kimberley

What a place Omar & Kim have turned this place into. Brilliant people, Great staff and all round amazing place to be. They have made us feel welcome and regulars and is great for the community in Dostill. From just going for drink or having an absolutely stunning Sunday Meal at Omar’s Kitchen I couldn’t recommend it any more. Simply must try. The restaurant Tamworth needs. My partner and I have been regulars at The Fox for a good few years and have always had great experiences in the bar & lounge but Omar’s Table has just elevated The Fox from a pub for locals to a venue worth travelling to. We treated ourselves between Christmas and New Year to a Sunday roast and this exceeded all expectations. We both started with the broccoli and Stilton soup which was so creamy and packed full of flavour and accompanied with freshly baked bread, infused with rosemary and cumin which was an absolute delight. We followed the soup with the roasts (1 chicken, 1 lamb). The lamb was cut thick, pink and tender, the red cabbage full of seasonal spices and all of the roasted veg cooked perfectly. The portions are more than generous and for those gravy lovers the extra jug offers plenty! The only problem is they are fully booked for the next few weeks so we need to wait a while for our next experience. Well done Omar, Kim and all the team for delivering a top class restaurant not just for Dosthill, but for the whole of Tamworth.

Just had Sunday lunch at Omar's Table. Wow! Unfortunately, there are no photos as we all dived in as soon as it hit the table, as it was absolutely delicious. It is the best Sunday lunch we have had for a while, and also a bit more special than 'pub grub' ! We will 100% be rebooking, but also taking friends as we can show off as now have such an excellent restaurant in Dosthill!

Had Sunday lunch at the Fox pub in Dosthill at new venture ' Omar's Table' I can only say how impressed I was- the food was absolutely excellent and the surroundings simply added to it. I will be re commending this restaurant to all my friends!

Amazing food, we had their first sitting of a Sunday roast and WOW. We would highly recommend Omar’s table. The starters were so good. The lamb was melt in the mouth and the chocolate brownie was the best chocolate brownie we’ve ever tasted. Cannot wait to come back.

The food, the service and the atmosphere at the Fox are a 10/10. Six of us went this afternoon and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our roast dinners, with all of us saying how gorgeous the mash potatoes were specifically. Waiting time for food was not too long and the place felt really welcoming and festive, there was even a live singer singing christmas songs ,aswell as others. All the staff were friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. Food at the Fox has been something the locals have wanted for a long time and Kim & Omar certainly delivered. Absolutely nailed it guys, we will definitely be returning .

Updated: OMG the food was incredible, the best Sunday lunch I have had, the red cabbage was to die for. from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcome, the atmosphere and decor is bang on the money. Omar & Kim you are both incredible people and I am so proud of how you have turned this pub around. I would recommend anyone who hasn't already booked a table, to get yourselves down there, you won't be disappointed. Decided to meet here for our monthly girls night out. Had a lovely night, lovely place, lovely outdoor seating area and inside is just as nice. Bar staff very friendly especially Kray who served me all night lovely and polite and very welcoming definitely be going back there

Love the Fox at Dosthill, service is impeccable, lovely clean pub. The food has been outstanding every time, restaurant quality food without the prices ! A must try , can highly recommend burger or curry, chips are so so good. Omar & Kim do a great job here.

What a fabulous place. We had stopped coming to The Fox a few years ago but came to try it when we found out that it was under new management. Kim and Omar have done a smashing job and The Fox is a completely different place now. The minute you walk in you are made to feel welcome, the staff are all so friendly. The Fox now has a real family feel with the bouncy castle and events held through the school holidays and at weekends. Omar's BBQ food is delicious and a definite reason to visit, we tried the loaded home cooked chips today, epic! There are lots of little quirks that make this place special, such as the blankets when it's chilly, the doggy station and event nights such as poker, quizzes and darts. This is now our new regular and we always look forward to popping in. We wish Omar and Kim masses of success, it is definitely deserved,

Omar and the team are amazing, he does a great BBQ on the weekends with a live performance every Sunday! The atmosphere is amazing full of great people, you’ll never feel out of place, quick service at a great price. Overall the Fox Inn is a 5/5 for me!

Great place to come, we have been coming here for our weekly drink for a few months now, Omar and the staff do a great job of making sure the pub is top notch also the pint is perfect ;) and the service is great and friendly, also the weekly BBQ is great food!

The Fox Inn is a great family pub for all age groups. Kim and Omar have worked really hard to return the Fox to its former glory. They are so welcoming along with all their staff, especially Kray, top lad. Best local pub in the area.

This pub is a real gem because of the owners that are running it. I was booked as an entertainer for the Sunday afternoon Live music session and I have never felt more at home with all the staff and made to feel so welcome. The people that came to enjoy the afternoon where also a great bunch of people that created a lovely atmosphere. I believe it's a true reflection of the owners and their warm presence. Highly recommend this pub its one of the warmest welcoming places to be had a real community feel from the moment I stepped in the door even as an outsider ❤️

Fantastic pub!!! Since Kim and Omar have taken over The Fox they have transformed the place into a lovely village pub and one that the area should be very proud of. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always a great atmosphere. Get down there soon folks. As they say....Use it or lose it!

Easily the nicest pub I’ve visited in Tamworth! Kim and Omar are the most welcoming Landlords, Kray and the bar staff are so helpful and friendly. There’s nothing the staff at this pub won’t do for their customers! Weekend BBQ’s and live singers on Sundays are fab too - Omar’s chicken wings, steak burgers and jumbo wild boar hot dogs are to die for! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Amazing pub, we live local and love coming to The Fox with our family or just as a couple. Since Omar and Kim the owners took the pub over it’s been transformed to one of the best pubs in town. Service is amazing, staff is very attentive and friendly. There is a brand new terrace and fantastic garden, very kids friendly and dogs friendly inside and outside. There are always events going on such a live music, karaoke, kids activities, quiz etc etc. Every weekend there is a delicious BBQ. We couldn’t ask for a better pub in Dosthill and we will continue to support Omar and Kim as there are more exciting changes to come in the future. Thank you very much for keeping our favorite pub open 🤍

I totally recommend this pub! Omar, Kim and all the staff are always very friendly, very helpful and make me welcome. Atmosphere at this pub is amazing all the time but during the euros it was such a fantastic experience and even though being in a wheelchair and disability The Fox went the extra mile to making me feel included which feels nice. I am so happy this is my local pub! Also Omar does an excellent job with the barbecues and entertainment is very good.

Great food and service. Entertainment has been really good. We have had some great weekend afternoons. Family BBQ days with bouncy castle is great for the kids. Owners are so lovely and welcoming. Great family feel to the place.

Absolutely love visiting the fox. Omar and Kim are very friendly and they have created a fun and welcoming atmosphere in the pub over the last few years. A big thing for us is being able to take our dogs to a pub and both Omar and Kim are massive dog lovers. The beer and drink selection is great and allows all to have a good choice. The bbqs on the weekend are amazing. Keep it up both! Highly recommended to all.

I first posted a review of The Fox shortly after it was taken over by Kim & Omar, at the time I was amazed how a change in management could change the entire atmosphere of a pub. Over the time since Omar & Kim have continued to breath life into the pub making it a joy to drink your time away there. They serve fantastic beer at really fair prices, they're transformed the outside into a fantastic beer garden and Omar has proved he's the BBQ king on a weekend, it's a challenge to decide between his 1/2 pound steak burger, wild boar hotdogs or his fantastic wings but it's the little extras that really ramp up the flavour, home made cheese sauce on the burgers, tahini with the wings, etc. it's amazing to see The Fox back at the heart of the community, keep up the good work. P.S. Kray does some fantastic cocktails, just ask him at bar!

Omar and Kim have absolutely transformed this pub. The staff are amazing, Omar cooks an incredible BBQ and we have never felt so welcome at a pub. This is our local moving forward and is totally worth a visit.

I have just had our sons 9th birthday here and it has been absolutely fantastic, anything that we needed was catered for, the food was superb the bbq was just the best you will get anywhere in Tamworth, the quality of the produce just shows how much the owners care for their brand, the service was absolutely top tier and anything we needed the staff sorted, the drinks again fantastic, it is quite possibly the best Guiness I have had in England and again shows how the owners care for what they serve, The staff are the most friendly and well mannered people you will ever meet and also contribute to the 5 star experience, If anyone is looking for somewhere to celebrate any occasion you should pick here it seriously is fantastic Thank you to the Fox

Amazing to see the pub revived back to its former glory! Bar staff an owners are lovely, massive new beer garden with new benches an a huge tv to enjoy the euros what more could you ask for!

Lovely community pub with a great friendly atnosphere with plenty going on. New patio and furniture in the garden looks amazing with bbq food at the moment during the euros is great. The bar staff are so friendly and give all round great service! They are due to serve more food here from the kitchen that I can’t wait to try!

Now offering BBQ food every weekend, the best burger I’ve ever had. The chicken wings with Omar’s spice mix are unbelievable, will definitely be returning! Great pub, good drinks and now unbelievable food. If I could rate more than 5*’s I would!

Popped in for a late night drink, midweek so was a bit quiet but barman was very helpful and friendly, nice cosy atmosphere. Good beer!
