Customer service was BRILLIANT… I’ve called to say that my food is always spilled when ordering from them, and would be great to not have this in the future, it just ruins everything because the food otherwise is great! I don’t know who did I talk (was not the manager) or what other influences they’ve had, but just a couple of weeks later the containers have changed!! I am soooo happy. To my taste, the food is AMAZING, tasty, always seems fresh… and the portion size is decent as well. Will definitely keep ordering, the best Chinese I’ve had in London!! Ps: don’t let the picture fool you… I was already full when I remembered to take a picture lol!

I got duck ramen with added chilles which was nice lots of meat could do with a bit more vegetables, I also got a seafood rice which has salmon prawns and squid there was no prawns only one king prawn? And one piece of squid, so very bland I can make this better myself it was really just an egg fried rice unseasoned, won’t be ordering again for here, Coborn Road is the best Chinese in Bow hands down

I used to use this place all the time when it was on Burnett Road but as it got busier it was taking too long for orders . I saw it recently on Deliveroo and decided to order . Presentation 100% as usual . chicken and black been sauce great but the basics very poor sweet and sour balls soggy soft and Luke warm , spring rolls burnt on one side and soggy on other . Both not cooked properly . Both not edible. Put these comments on Deliveroo but waste of time .

Food is nasty, the staff are very rude, whoever the woman is who answers the phones and deals with orders is ghetto and has a terrible had attitude, nobody likes her and the food hygiene rating is 2/5. Order elsewhere this place is terrible

Terrible customer experience! Don’t get me wrong the food is great but tonight’s experience was nothing short of Monty Python...a large number of items ordered via JustEat...hungry family of 5 quickly disappointed when their orders of ribs and chicken balls were missing...despite calls to Fortune Cat they offered no resolution - they clearly thought they were trying to pull the wool over their eyes as they kept insisting that their system of counting the items in an order would not lead to any mistakes...after a number of phone calls with the woefully undertrained Ivan we gave up...hopefully someone else enjoyed the chicken balls and ribs...sad to no longer be a weekly customer of (bad)Fortune Cat!

Ordered from here today we had to wait 90 mins to get delivery as they won’t let u collect and when the food arrived the driver didn’t even know our door number & was not going to give us our food 😞 The food was very cold not even warm and even though we ordered large portions they were very small and it cost us £27 for a very basic menu. Would not order from here again very disappointing

After living in the area for ten years could not find a decent Chinese but think I’ve found one now ... best Chinese food we’ve had in years really tasty 😋

Fortune cat is yum! But you have to pick the right meal as some are very average. I love the cashew and vegetables, and they give you the options to choose if you want noodles or rice and what type.

Had my first order from fortune cat after walking past and seeing the queue outside, expected delivery time was an hour but it arrived in 45 mins! I had crispy chilli beef with udon noodles, squid with vegetables and cashew nuts and special fried rice with satay, and of the food was In generous portions. The squid was cooked to perfect and one of the tastiest dishes I’ve had! The chilli beef was actually crispy which is the first time I’ve experienced it this was, very happy! The rice could have done with a little more sauce but there was definitely taste throughout the whole dish! Very satisfied, would order again!

i ordered buddist broth tofu noodle soup & stir fried tofu with spring onion, and that's exactly what I got - broth, tofu, noodlles & spring onion. It cost me £17.30 (I added £1 tip). The soup contained way too much (silken) tofu, way too much noodles, and very little else - there was a vague attempt to add what was either courgette or cucumber (couldn't tell which) - 2 or 3 pieces, but it is worth considering that vegetarians eat vegetables - that's what they eat, so merely substituting meat with a bland protein substitute is going to leave them with a bland soggy flavourless mess. The silken tofu had already fallen apart, and disintegrated into mush as soon as I started eating it, as with the noodle dish, and there was way too much of it in both dishes. You need to use marinated, fried tofu to substitute meat in order to give texture & flavour, otherwise you're just going to get what I experienced - bland slimy mushy messy watery food. The noodles also had almost no vegetables in them, and had a ridiculous amount of garlic that overpowered the dish - the tofu had disintegrated so that it looked like gone off yogurt. I paid £16 for this unpleasant experience, and any restaurant that's not ashamed to treat their customers like this, shouldn't be in business.
