My friend and I recently visited your Romanian restaurant in Leicester and wanted to share my thoughts. I’m from the Philippines, and as an Asian, I truly appreciated the flavors of your dishes—especially the dessert and the soup, which were absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. However, I feel the atmosphere could use a little improvement to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, more advertisement, such as through Instagram, could help attract more customers and showcase your amazing food to a wider audience. I am a regular customer at this Romanian restaurant, and everything they make is always very tasty! Their soup is well-seasoned, flavorful, and has that perfect texture; the potatoes are golden and delicious, the schnitzels are crispy and juicy, and the papanași are a true culinary treat with that authentic Romanian taste from home. They have much more on the menu, and I still have more to try! The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant experience at Food Fantasy, a Romanian restaurant in Leicester, where I went last Saturday. The prices are fair and the service is quick, which is always a plus. My kids were delighted with the chicken schnitzel which was cooked perfectly and they really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy a delicious belly soup and a portion of papanasi. I confidently recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Romanian food.

Taste like home! Lovely and affordable food in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere created by the staff who were very friendly and attentive. It really made us feel like home! There are plenty options to choose from. The menu offers mainly traditional Romanian recipes, but not only, also the chef is happy to accommodate any requests whenever able to. Considering its business size, these guys are doing a great job! I highly recommend and will definitely keep going there!

What a great treat it was not just eat fabulous food but the people were warm, caring and they made sure I was to have a lovely meet and great entertainment. I will definitely come and eat again .

I ordered a menu for 2 people with grill and natural potatoes to take home. Extremely good potatoes, there was some meat left even though we ate in 2, but we couldn't stop eating potatoes. Papanasi... I have no words! It is one of my favorite desserts and obviously I want them to be very good. They far exceeded my expectations, aromatic, fluffy, made with passion. Even if you think that there are "only 2 papanasi", I tell you with my hand on my heart that I barely managed to finish one. F satiated. To the joy of my husband, who "doesn't like sweets, but he didn't even devour the packaging. You have definitely won me over as a customer. The price-quality ratio is unexpectedly good, I regret that I didn't order a soup too, but I hardly managed to give it in 2 the grill plate is ready, of which, to our shame, there is still some left.

Our experience at Foof Fantasy was a very good one. We definitely recommend! I went with my family out of pure curiosity and with a great appetite for Papanasi! They were amazing!!! Very delicious! But it smelled like wire!! So I tried them !!! The husband...pretentious of sorts...licked the plate! The kids wanted the snitches! And they got a huge portion! But the most important! Everything fresh! I waited a little longer for the sausages and the schnitzels made on the spot! People are amazing! Some warm and welcoming people! At Fâtșit I had a shock at the bill! It is a restaurant with extremely low prices! We recommend, we recommend! Of course we will return!

Good place to eat traditional dishes and international. For food and service 5* ,for atmosphere just 3*. Could be little more wormer. But I'm pretty sure in to the next future this will be sorted out. Anyway...really really small prices (cheaper than home). Keep going and grow daily 🤗🤗🤗

Cauți o ciorbă bună și bogată, sarmale cu mămăliguță făcute că la mama acasă, sau o tochitură moldovenească gustoasă, ori mici suculenți lângă o bere: vin-o aici cu încredere, e probat, toate sunt și ieftine! Am mâncat pe saturate! Deserturile nu au mai încăput. Dacă nu ești un fițos ci vrei sa pleci sătul, ăsta e locul. Mergi și te convinge!

Personalul foarte amabil si mancarea cu gustul care trebuie, ca acasa! Domnul patron foarte serviabil si flexibil, deschis la sugestii si face tuturor pe plac, astfel incat sa multumeasca pe fiecare in parte. Portiile generoase iar preturile de bun simt. Recomand! 5*

E un loc frumos si primitor,admosfera e foarte placuta,si ma doare sa vad cum anumite persoane sunt atat frustrate si vor sa faca rau la niste oamenii linistiti si ospitalieri. Mancarea este foarte buna,vasele nu put si cand nu iti place ceva nu mananci,te ridici si pleci. Eu zis asa,fiecare sa isi vada de treaba lui si sa nu mai vada gunoaia altuia din ochii,sa o vada pe alui,daca ceva nu iti place mai bine spui conducerii restaurantului nemultumirea ta , si incercati ra remediati problema ,si nu sa aruncam cu noroi in niste oamnenii care chiar muncesc si nu pacalesc pe nimeni. Eu recomand cu drag acest restaorant si ma voi duce acolo de fiecare data sa mananc cu placere.

Mancare foarte proasta ! Farfuriile miros urat, nu sunt spalate cum trebuie, asa zisa tochitura miroase oribil, ciorbele rele, sarmalele sunt bunicele, aluatul clatitelor pare facut doar cu apa. Servirea in schimb este buna, oamenii foarte amabili, preturile mici... dar te obosesc cu manelele... Nu toti ne dorim sa ascultam manele cand mergem sa mancam. Sfatul meu este sa angajeze pe cineva care chiar stie sa gateasca in acea bucatarie !

Într-un cuvânt: Superb . Am avut un eveniment acest weekend și a fost totul perfect , mâncare foarte bună, bautura la preturi mici (ținute la rece și la cald după placul clientului ).Patroni niște oameni minunati care au avut grija ca evenimentul nostru sa fie perfect !

Felicitari! Recomand din suflet! Un meniu diversificat, cu parfumul retetrlor traditionale romanesti, dar si din bucataria mediteraneana. Nu ezitati sa va bucurati de o masa delicioasa!

Mia plăcut ciorba de burta țuică vinul a fost superși am fost tratați superb. Stafful foarte amabil, locația foarte bine organizata.

Servirea a fost excelenta, mancarea proaspata gustoasa si sa mentionez ca pretul e unul foarte accesibil,jos palaria cu siguranta voi reveni!

I've been there today with my Romanian boyfriend and our friends and the food was amazing! We tried bruschetta as a starter,then sharing grill platter(fries included) plus pickled veggies. It taste so similar to origin romanian food(i was there,so i can compare). Prices are very nice(for dinner for 4 with starters and drinks we paid 53£ and we've been full),but it's not only this make you come back. People and atmosphere is brilliant and long time i didn't feel that welcome in any restaurant. Highly recommended.
