Got a fry and it was pre warmed up bacon was hard sausage was only half cooked the only thing that was right was the egg so just spent £19.00 for something that look and tasted like dog food

Called today for takeaway menu. Went for 2 Open Follow Sandwiches and 2 coffees. Excellent presentation and service.. A delicious menu and use of novel ingredients.. Will be back after restrictions are lifted for so much more.. Good safety measures in place for Covid19. Well done to all the team for an awesome experience, even as takeaway..

I have been here quite a few times & find all the staff very friendly. The food is gorgeous I can highly recommend the fry & the brownies. The perfect cappuccinos also.

We have been here for coffee a few times. The coffee is very good. In fact its the bed in Ballymena, in my opinion. Have only had traybakes in here so I'm not sure what the food's like, but it looks ok. Also, the staff are very friendly which makes such a difference.

Always a good display of tray bakes, lovely coffee and served with friendly, helpful staff. The food is great, with a good selection, (even currently in the Covid-19 crisis). Safe serving and good number of seats. Highly recommend.

I was here with a friend for coffee. This was my first visit. We sat inside as it was raining. This is a lovely wee coffee shop.....with friendly staff and the coffee was very good and I'm hard to please when it comes to coffee. Will definitely be back and will maybe try the food next time.

My favourite coffee shop in Ballymena. Very glad it’s re-opened. Only niggle, but a big one, is that the coffee has changed for the worse. Maybe it’s just gone stale?

Met a couple of friends here for a catch up. It's now my new favourite place!! Great Coffee (not burnt or bitter) and great atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and good at service. Plenty of room for wheelchairs (I'm a user) and prams. I can't speak highly enough of my experience. I'll be back!!

Have been a customer since beginning. Something has happened something missing! Think maybe a strong manager with enthusiasm like Laura who ran things efficiently was on the floor to talk and welcome customers. Fergus is a welcome face but not there on a daily basis. Feel that tables and toilet not being kept as well as should be, especially given the threat of this virus, no soap in toilet today and only a few hand towels scattered near sink, still like this coffee shop and they serve good coffee, but think a bit more attention to everything could bring back something which l feel is lacking at the moment. There is much competition in town at the minute so Follow coffee please bring back the zest ☕️☕️☕️ Still a loyal customer

First time in Follow today, but will not be the last. Coffee and smoothies are great tasting. The Follow Soda is very filling and tasty, with quality bacon, sausages and fried egg.

Great coffe and excellent customer service. Very good for babies. Come here regulary, one of the best in Ballymena.

Been here lots of times mostly just have coffee so can't really comment on food. I think this is one of the best coffee shops in town.

Breakfast was lovely and staff very pleasant, especially the chap on the floor. However,have to say £16 for two breakfasts is quite expensive. Most places give a complimentary tea or coffee.

Was looking forward to lovely breakfast, however they were only serving limited menu. Disappointing. So so good always but let the side down today.

Went for lunch, lovely chicken and ham pie, with 2 salads. Offered some fantastic looking sandwiches too. It’s great that you can choose your actual food on display, instead of menu pages. Great extended times on the breakfast menu. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the way it should be! Good tray-bakes too. This is also next door to the Tower Centre for shopping, 3 mins from Fairhill also. I’ll go back.

This place never disappoints, food is all beautiful. Particularly love the homemade soup. Pleasant staff, fast and efficient. Reasonably priced.

Stopped for lunch with my husband. Staff cheerful and helpful. Great variety of meals on offer. Portion size great. Proper tea leaf tea which always tastes great. This place never disappoints.

My wife and I came here for lunch because we hadn't visited before and were interested to try somewhere different. The quiche was very tasty and was served with 2 good portions of coleslaw and couscous. My chili chicken panini was well filled and nicely spicy. We each had a cup of very good filter coffee. The service was quick and efficient.

Lovely friendly staff, it's in a great location. They have the most gorgeous caramel brownies and carrot cake is the best I've ever eaten. It's become my regular treat and every visit has been just great. Highly recommended.

Best coffee in town, sourdough bread to die for, pancake stack with Nutella is lovely. Traybakes are generous sizing and green tea is also nice.

I always would have been a big supporter of this coffee shop - the coffee is fantastic and the staff are friendly (most of the time!) I however had a bad experience recently. Ordered peach ice tea - was served what tasted like weak dilutant juice and not tea at all, luke warm and without ice. I’d rather have my tea hot or cold.. in between isn’t pleasant. Also there was a lack of communication between staff. They got my order wrong because instead of one person taking an order at once they relayed everything to a couple of other people. It was understandable that they got confused in this way. When I pointed out nicely about the wrong order the woman whilst friendly, whipped out a receipt and made me feel like I didn’t ask for that and it was my fault - when it was obviously the staffs fault. One of them younger waitresses grunted at us when we asked for some butter for our toast too which was rude. All in all I’m surprised because every other experience I had was good - maybe they were having a bad day?

I have visited follow many times. Mostly relaxed and always friendly. Lovely coffee and serving French village patisserie.can be busy during the usual peak times.

We stopped here as it's a handy coffee shop situated between the 2 shopping centres. Nice coffee and friendly waitress who served us.

Probably one of the best places to get breakfast in Ballymena if you are wanting something other than the usual fry. Their pancake stack is fresh and not too heavy and their avocado and poached egg on sourdough bread is incredible. Amazing choice of high calorie, big taste treats to get stuck into as well, especially love the carrot cake.

We called here while shopping. In a good location beside the tower shopping centre. The waitress was friendly and the coffees were lovely. Rustic and industrial style decor inside. Good for shoppers.

There are a few good coffee shops in Ballymena and Follow is one of them. Caring staff serve excellent coffee at very reasonable prices, theres also a good range of snacks too.

Popped in for coffee with a few friends. Not a huge selection, but just had to try the chorizo sausage roll. Delicious.

We had a coffee here for the first time. The coffee is good quality and the staff were friendly. The only down side is how dark it is inside and the atmosphere is not great. But it is in a handy location outside the tower centre.

Went here for breakfast whilst Christmas shopping. Thought it was very good and great value for the size of the portion. Definitely will return.

Staff in here are extremely friendly, and the food is absolutely lovely. I got a follow wrap which was dreamy. My friend has soup which she said was beautiful.

Pistachio cake is amazing but they didn't have any on my last visit. Coffee lovely. Lovely scones. Quite expensive but worth it

I recently visited Ballymena and I couldn't believe how good the coffee was!!! Better than any I have tried in London We sat upstairs it was so comfortable and welcoming It's definitely worth a visit!!!

Beautiful coffee and food. Highly recommend. Great for sitting either inside or out the front as they have a cover over the ship in the event of rain. Lovely atmosphere.

A central located cafe. Seats outside and soft armchairs inside. Nice variety of nice foods, well presented. Lovely cake and brownies. Hot food variety. Staff amazing, young and friendly. Reasonably priced and you can have loyalty card for drinks.

Best coffee and staff in Ballymena with great food and service I've tried the rest and this is the best

I went for an early lunch and had lovely gluten free sourdough bread with avocado and bacon. Was recommended a lemon and ginger tea that was great. Service is always good as well as the coffee.

Visited here for the first time for an afternoon coffee and was not disappointed. The coffee was nice. Can only vouch for the fifteens which were delicious too. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely be back.

During our first visit to Ballymena we were taken to Follow Coffee for a snack. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was served quickly and was beautiful. The place had a real buzz about it - there were singles, small groups and families with young children. This was a great find - one that we'll repeat when we go on another family visit.

I love my coffee, a friend suggested this place I tried it the first time and was overly impressed! I believe I said "best cup of coffee in the town"

Asked for a bacon toasted sandwich!! wasn't toasted only had 1 and a half pieces of bacon in it which was under cooked and almost £4.00. Never going back!!

Visited yesterday for coffee. We had a scone and piece of carrot cake divided between the two of us. The food was delicious - fresh and tasty. We had two cappuccinos which were decorated beautifully. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Follow coffee is the best coffee shop in ballymena by far, great coffee and amazing fresh goodies, my favourite is the red velvet muffin I would definitely come here if you are looking for a great atmosphere, or a quite place to work on you laptop with free wifi.

This coffee shop has an industrial feel about it with metal work and exposed brick. Yet there are lovely comfy sofas and also bar stools looking out onto the street. There is a great selection of cakes, coffees, teas and sandwiches and the staff always remember you. There is also a loyalty card which makes it great value. I just love coming here to relax and people watch in great surroundings.

Great cup of tea- some coffee shops have the tendency to make weird tea in an attempt to be cooler than all the rest but Follow have got it just right. Their muffins are to die for! I travel for 20 mins just to get their great tea and muffins- fab!

Had 3rd trip here with hubby today recommended by my teenage son did not disappoint. Contemporary inside,pleasant staff.....food excellent. Had pancake stack with bacon and maple syrup £3.95 and filter coffee delicious. Previously had French toast and slice if pistachio and rose water cake....to die for. Great find will definitely be back.

Stopped here for a cup of tea and it was beautiful and cheap. The tables and grounds are very clean and tidy. Everything was good.

Have visited a couple of times and the coffee is very good. Service also is very good. Today had a soup and the slow roast ham salad with my husband having soup and a hot dog. The descriptions did not match what was received. The salad was more like sandwich filling with shredded lettuce and very little of the promised fresh vegetables included - was 80% shredded ham, which although was well cooked and nice, after a couple of bites became really sickening as there was little fresh salad. My husband's hot dog was quite dry and unusually a beef sausage. The food has potential but I think we will only be back for coffee/ tea and a scone.

This coffee shop is undoubtly an asset to Ballymena. The staff (all of them must have been hand picked) they are the most helpful one would wish to meet. The boss Julian, and manageress Lorna set a very high standard to which every member of staff aspires. The role models should be proud of their staff and their service.

It sometimes can be very hard to get a nice cup of tea. This coffee shop does just that. The coffee shop has nice colourful mugs galore. Will be back.

A great non chain coffee shop. A great place to chill and enjoy your favourite brew with room to relax upstairs. Coffee is good and reasonably price as is the food. The brekkie roll with sausage/egg/bacon is class.

In my humble opinion Follow in Greenvale Street serves by far the best coffee in town, beans are roasted and blended to the owners spec and it works very well. There's also a selection of tray bakes and scones plus they also do light meals. Staff are friendly and understand about good coffee, well worth a visit. The interior is quite minimalist and modern but pleasant enough. My only criticism is that when the weathers nice, not a common occurrence in these parts, they keep the door open and smoke from the outside seating wafts in.

Lovely place to have a coffee at night if you don't fancy a pub. Young lad on staff had best customer service I've ever come across. Interior design is great to just sit and admire. Very chilled atmosphere. The fresh tea is the best!

Had a very enjoyable bowl of mushroom soup there, coffee was voted an success by a very fussy coffee drinker and the triple chocolate cookies are extremely good. Price was fine and I will def be back!!

Previously Java Coffee and can't comment what interior decor and change made but can say a good place to people watch! The bar like high benches and stools at the window are great to watch the world go by. Plenty of choices to sit - soft cosy seats both upstairs and down. Great selection of snacks, light meals plus deserts / buns etc. pleasant and chatty staff. Lovely mocha, can't say about the others but I'm sure as good.

Went out of our way to visit Follow Coffee based on a friend's recommendation and really glad we did. Only stopped for some takeaway coffees and they were perfect. Full bodied and rich flat whites served in the right size cup so not flooded by milk as is often the case. Service was friendly and efficient. Great looking menu and a lovely atmosphere in the cafe - would definitely call again if in the area and would hope to stay longer next time.

ordered scrambled eggs, toast and bacon asked for eggs to be lightly scrambled and was sorely disappointed obviously micro-waved and quite rubbery had to wait quite a while for it and asked for my coffee to be warmed up thinking it would be topped up instead it was heated in micro-wave all in all not a good experience.

Have visited this coffee shop many times for coffee and scones during shopping trips to Ballymena. Love the atmosphere, the coffee, the variety of scones and the friendliness of the staff. People with young children are welcomed and there is plenty of room to manipulate buggies inside, all in all a super place for everyone to eat.

When up town on Saturday i saw this relatively new coffee shop so mum and i decided to go in for coffee. The service was quite quick actually. Mum got a white chocolate and raspberry scone with a latte, and i got a white chocolate and raspberry scone with a bottle of coke. We decided to go sit upstairs on the sofa by the window, which give it a nice and homely atmosphere. Overall i would really recommend it and i will return some time in the near future.

lovely cafe very warm and welcoming nice to see as quite a few coffe shops are cold and inviting.the coffee is lovely and warm ,the staff are pleasent and very nicely presented.the wifi is extremely fast and reliable will certainly be back maybe even make this my local .

Visited here for the first time on Friday 21st November. Immediately upon entering the premises the staff greeted us and were incredibly pleasant to interact with. The server even let us sample the filter coffee of the day, how many places do that?
