Disappointed with the taste of chole bhature . They made bhatura with naan dough .its looks like poori not bhatura. Even their utensils very dirty

Got a chance to go in this resturant last night although i did not want to go...as my son insisted to try their paratha.. MY GRANDCHILDREN orded the soft canned drinks which had an expiry date of August 2023...and the prantha my wife orded had a hair in there.. Simply ignore this resturant.. The mangers attitude is so bad and rude...this feedback is of last night dated 20th July 2024..This is my old feedback.. An year old dated June 2023..Not as good as they say this resturant is very disappointed with their food and service.. The dishes very badly cooked.. Palak paneer was as bad as the palak and paneer in this dish blend.. So called malai koftas were as hard as a brick.. The rice were not freshly cooked.. Had been there for few days.. Simply ignore this place.. Not worth spending your hard earned money here.. Even the atmosphere is really depressing 😥👎😥

Delivery was very quick which I appreciated. Butter chicken was really good, spicy but flavourful. Also good value for money. Garlic bread was good, plenty of garlic. Samosas and chips were very oily though, the oil was seeping through the bags. The pulao rice was bland. I also would have appreciated some napkins/tissues in the bag.

We ordered Gobi Manchurian, palak paneer, chole batura. We received the food at around 7:10 in the evening. The quality of food was awful. Foods were not fresh at all, extremely oily. Foods were soury, seams like those were the old one. After eating some of it, threw all of those vomited several times. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I have tried the dish Chicken Noodles. It is the worst dish I have ever tasted in the U.K. The noodles are of lowest quality possible. I think they have purchased the thickest and cheapest noodles available in the market, and even the chicken is not fresh. Chicken is not washed properly. They just boiled the chicken and added as an ingredient. By the way, the restraunts atmosphere was decent.

The guys who work there don't understand English. The gol gappa I ordered, the channa and potato they gave were bitter and very cold. The pani was a very very old one. I would never go back again.

I usually come here to satisfy my cravings for good Punjabi food, and it does a pretty good job of doing that.

Great place for your punjabi food fix, highly recommended, grill was amazing, and they catered to large groups by giving us entire basement area for large group!

Best food ever and comes fast. Cheap as well with many authentic Indian and Chinese dishes to choose. Although the 2 female waiters were horrible. They were rude an d pushed me and were horrible with kids telling my 2 year old to sit down from trying to come to me. Otherwise everything is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. Thank you.

Bumped in with no choice to go..ordered meat biryani(lamb) which was priced at 8£..good quantity with handful of boneless lamb pieces...even though Briyani tasted weird, it's okay..reduced stars as there were no sides and egg provided.. guy provided ketchup for it..

This place is hideous - please don’t visit and the manager is not only dishonest but really rude. He marked up the beer which was not how it was priced on the menu to our bill. When we challenged he told us to F off. We’ve ordered before but they’ve changed the dishes, in that they don’t come out like they previously did and with less ingredients. Food has gone so down hill. We used to order all the time until the above happened.

Last saturday i went to this restaurent for dinner with my family.. this restaurent atmosphere is like vegetable market too much shouting in restsurent. NO welcome to customer third class customer service in this restaurent... food is completely rubbish i advised them when they took order make sure vegetable and dahl should be spicy. When they serve food its completely disgusting.. vegetable is not cooked properly it is still raw. They servered main meal first then starter... My advise to all family members never go to this restaurent with your families... there is no family atmosphere... Its worse restaurent in Ilford area... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is a basic dhaba style eatery where you can BYO alchohol exceot beer which is reasonably priced. The menu is good with most popular items well made and presented. The fish and veg pakora were delicious.

Donot have much experience though because we entered on a very hot day for lunch with my 7yr old son. AC was on at one corner where the tables were empty..We went to take that table, the waiters came forward thats only for staffs!! No fan no Ac for the customers!!!??? Left then and there

Ordered takeaway of Tandoori chicken and Meat Biriyani. Both were tasteless and reheated from the previous day. On top of that they took 30mins to prepare it. It seems they take their customers for granted.

Using my son’s account for the review…!! So basically we booked basement hall for only girls for my sisters birthday, agreed on everything payment and all basement gona be to ourselves .!! But when we got there owner said he can give spare tables to other families ,we totally refused obviously it was only girls party how can we allow strangers men there when everything was explained while booking..!! Agreed on different amount while booking but owner was fully drunk later and made us pay 200£ extra and this guy can not talk without touching ladies either its staff or customer..!! He definitely needs to learn how to run a business..!!he said we need to leave 11 but when we left upstairs restaurant was still full..I’ve spent 15 years of my life in this country never experienced anything like this…he doesn’t know how to keep his word.. !!…about food..!! starter was good but main course was awful..i had only two bites of main course tbh..!! Paneer taste like rubber..!! I thought give it a try because starter was nice last time..so I ordered starter..1 item was missing i called them whoever answered the phone have no idea wt to say she give ph ton someone else and he has no idea..he said to me 😹make one more order and we will send ur item with it..like really..? Food arrived late , food was not packaged correctly , resulting in liquid dish spilling over the rest of my order. Just eats also failed to contact me after launching an investigation and referring to a team leader. Poor service from Just eat.

I kept ringing the restaurant and they kept saying it will be there in 10 mins. I was ringing them for an hour and kept getting the same message repeated. The lamb curry wasnt great and the food was cold when we received it.

This place was visited on Saturday and was very busy and was mostly dined by males. I found the male customer to be well behaved however my wife didn’t feel comfortable (there were a few other women present). The food is average to good however the waiter skills need more polishing! Mainly due to the pressure of staff shortage. So do expect all your dishes coming out all at once, so order strategically; and do not be surprised of slamming plates on your table ! However the value for money is good

I’m actually going to give this restaurant a minus one star! The service in this restaurant was unacceptable. Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday, placed the starter order at 7 and main order at 8 after questioning my order at 9 they then decided to bring out my mains followed by the starters. The manager told me to pack my order to take away as the restaurant got busy! Do not go there. Awful service with tasteless food!!

If i could give 0 stars... I would... Please do rely on the reviews you see here. Customer service is poor and limited. I have never experienced a restaurant treat their possible customers in the way that i was treated today. I called the restaurant after placing an order over UberEats to ask for a small amendment as a previous staff had said they could do but i need to place order first and call back. Staff cannot communicate due to language barrier, which is a shame as I could not speak their language. I expect a good restaurant to be able to communicate well with their customers. I asked for the manager hoping to get someone who could understand me more. But the person who was handed the phone claimed to be the manager but the language barrier was even worse and he even got angry at me asking for the manager.

The person on the phone was rude, not helpful and very angry with me asking a simple enquiry. All I called to ask is whether they could make coconut rice or even throw in some peshwari naan filling into the rice to make it sweet instead of plain. I was previously told that this was possible 5 minutes before the order. The person i spoke too did not understand what i was asking and ended up shouting and getting angry to the point they hung up on me while I was talking and trying to communicate with them. I called back and the person on the phone even told me 'to not order from them, to go somewhere else'. I was calm and trying to be clear the whole time even though I was being verbally abused by staff. If you want a successful business, please they need to remember that us customers are what makes it happen. I would never come here again. Even when you ask politely for something you were not sure about, be sure to get some disgusting treatment!!!!

Ordered takeaway, loved the aloo parantha, pani puri was very average, not much flavour, lamb chops were delicious, loved the spices & cooked perfectly. Felt like a very authentic Indian taste, pure Punjabi style, home cooked food, card payment is a hassle as evident from all the other reviews, my card kept declining on their machine, so I just placed an order online and the owner adjusted it in his billing system, so extra marks for service there!

If I could’ve given a 0 stars I would’ve, where can I start! Worst customer service ever, rude attitude don’t care attitude. Food taste like if it was cooked 3 days ago. The sizzler they used the chicken tandoori smelt like fish. Paratha was rock hard aswell as the naan bread. Tandoori chicken tasted stale and it was just reheated with onions on top, approached the manager and told him that the chicken tasted off, he’s answer was if you don’t like it I can’t do anything about it (disgusting) that wasn’t what I was looking for! Finally asked to pay and why I was still charged for the tandoori chicken. Then the manager got aggravated. 😡no remorse, no apology, no alternatives. They claim it is halal food but upon looking at other reviews the certificate is fake. Im surprised trading standards are allowing them to trade also the halal commission authority.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. I gave one star but if i could i would give then any because they dont deserve even one! We ordered a chicken tandoori and the sizzler it came in spelt like fish the moment it came to our table. The chicken tasted old and stale like it was a few days old. We called the owner over and told him, and he was adamant that it was not stale and it was fresh, he claimed that he ate it in the morning and that it was fine, but all four of my family members said the same thing. The owner did not do anything about it, he just walked away unbothered. Then we went to the front and gave it to him because we could not keep it on our table and he had to do something about it. He refused to do anything about it and took our dish away. When it came to pay we went and asked if we could pay by card but the staff claimed that the card machine was not working and we had to pay by cash. We said that we dont have any cash on us and suddenly the owner said the card machine was working again (all for a 10p fee). The owner charged us full price for the stale, off tandoori chicken that we did not even eat. We asked why we where being charged full price and he said that we chose to eat there ( we didnt expect that kind of quality), he started getting very agressive and and refused to give us any discount or even an apology, telling us to pay and go and never return. We paid £32 for nothing and it just spoiled our day, daylight robbery! Im surprised there still in business and no one is doing anything about it. Do not recommend at all, stay away from this horrendous establishment.

Literally one of the best Indian meals I’ve ever had. And I’ve travelled worldwide. I had a papdi chaat, chicken biryani, lamb curry and roti. The flavours were rich and rounded, nicely spicy yet delicate and aromatic. The food was well packaged, good portions and nicely hot. I’m officially a fan - thank you! Thanks to the delivery guy for bringing it to the 10th floor. Not all can be bothered so it’s appreciated. I won’t be ordering from anywhere else from now on!

This deserves zero stars for cleanliness and customer service. I ordered a takeaway and went to the store to collect the item the lady at the counter was first of all pretty rude when she got to know i am paying a £8 bill by credit card. She vaguely attempted a card payment and said it is declined and go to the cash machine nearby. I never keep cash in my wallet but i eventually found a £10 note in my wallet on which she said why did i lie. Well long story short i paid cash came back home and found there was a hair in the food. I called them and they asked me to come to restaurant and collect new item. Instead of apologizing they started checking the food item and once they saw they hair they gave me the food. They lady at the counter interrupted when I started walking out of the restaurant as she wanted to see the hair herself and even told me off for complaining. My wife actually told me that even her last order which was over £30 she was told to withdraw cash from nearby machine and when told she’s carrying only credit card they took the payment. So they are penny savers they will make sure customers are forced to pay by cash for saving them 10p per transaction. So you have been warned if you visit this restaurant again
