Really fancied a burger so went to 5 guys Southby Road Enfield good parking guy at the till was pleasant enough dining room was empty ordered my burger which didn’t take long was quite tasty but for over £10 for just a burger is a complete rip-off won’t be going back unfortunately

First ever time to a Five Guys restaurant and have to say it was hyped up to be the best tasting burger in town and it didn’t disappoint. Very tasty double burger cooked perfectly and with the toppings as asked. Chips maybe not for me as I don’t have salt, but I believe they are cooked in peanut oil so maybe thats why. Very clean restaurant with plenty of seating areas and ample car park space, not forgetting the friendly young girl at counter who seemed to be doing a multitude of jobs ( give her some help Enfield branch ) Price higher than macdonalds but so much more tastier and will be my go to burger joint in future .

James really took care of us during our visit. I had a voucher code that would not load due to the wifi service, but he ensured we still enjoyed our visit.

The Best 5 guys ever, I’ve been to a lot of five guys and this was by far the best service I’d ever received from the server to the guys who handed me my meal , 5 star all the way I sure it made my meal taste better too.

Great spot to have my tea. The best part was the customer service by Yanni (the Greek guy). Very hospitable and welcoming. Will be coming back just because of him; he’s a great ambassador for the company

We got takeaway delivered, it was delivered fast and hot. I found the burger to be pretty average and nothing special. The chip were good and there was a lot of them. The price we paid I was expecting a very decent burger but unfortunately it was not. If it was not so expensive it would probably get a 4 star.

am a big fan of five guys. you guys never let me down but yesterday your team at enfield gave me thousand reason to come back. Food was amazing specially your milkshake. Service received from the team was outstanding.

We came here for a quick lunch before going to the James Bond film at Cineword,the menu is very limited if you are vegetrian,why is there no vege burger and no chicken if you dont eat beef!come on five guys,move with the times!Also no hot drinks,are you serious! The vege sandwich was soggy and disgusting,plastic cheese!a child could or a non cook could have made a better sandwich,wish I had walked up to Mcdonalds! The 1 plus side-the chips were very good!

Attempted to contact the restaurant several times at to discuss a Deliveroo order that had been messed up. My husband ordered a hamburger & they mistakenly added cheese. He has an intolerance to dairy & avoids it at all costs. Even after scraping off the cheese, there was too much residue left for him to eat it. Put in a second order straight after & attempted to contact the restaurant directly to ensure a correct order this time around. However, someone kept declining the call. It was very obvious that they were doing this manually and it was extremely frustrating that we could not speak to a real person to confirm that my husband's second order would be fine. The second order arrived and thankfully was the correct order. Awaiting a refund from Deliveroo for the first burger. Such a shame as this was his first time trying the chain after much anticipation. Huge let down and won't be ordering again.

Busy dinner but team was working really hard. Was my wife first time st five guys. I took her there for taste your five guys Enfiel. Am a regular customer and once again your guys didn’t let me down.

I ordered the double patty cheeseburger with bacon as I’d never tried a five guys burger. I found the burger to be very tasteful but I’m afraid if your gonna charge £10 quid it needs to be far bigger . I’m afraid this burger is not worth the price and are probably over priced by at least £3 in my opinion . I. Afraid Burger King beats them hands down for price and definite size as their double whopper with cheese and bacon is twice the size , tastes great and comes in at £8.....so it’s a no brainer for me. I’m sorry 5 guys but you need to re think what your doing. Either drop the price or make the burgers bigger and justify the price your charging.

First order all went well. Second order took nearly a hour to arrive and was missing items but thought this could be Deliveroo. Third order I did curbside collection over 45 minutes for the food to come out and that was after having to go inside to find out what was going on. Also missing items which wasn't noticed until I got home as it was the cheese and bacon from the burger as I didn't think to unwrap the burger to check. Really bad for a company that has been open around 1 month.
