Daniel staff member (dark hair, lean and tall) at the tills was so sweet and lovely. Chatty, so positive and welcoming, got us exactly what we needed + a little extra 😉 people like him make great experiences and secure returning customers. Thank you for being amazing and efficient ❤️

chips were cold and a bit bland. burger was fine and shakes nice.

No milkshake or ketchup condiments on delivery. Must remember to order for 2 in future to best on for these inconveniences

Excellent service great food, I asked for extra mushrooms as i love mushrooms on my burger. They put plenty on and even gave me a pot of extra incase it wasn't enough. Couldn't thank them enough.

Nice guy delivering, absolutely terrible delivery time, completely misleading, said 30 mins but took an hour and 40 mins. We were so hungry and had to find other food in the meantime. I am appalled. Not good enough.

Missing a milk shake, driver passed me one bag and no milkshake so i assume he thought they crammed it in the bag with my hot food? Not hard to check for a milkshake.

This was my first ever visit to Five Guys, this was mainly due to the price point of the food. However I was blown away by the quality of the burger and fries, my burger was made as I had asked and the portion of fries was huge more than enough to share between the 4 of us. The bottomless drink was handy too. I would visit again but only as a special treat if I wanted to spend over £12 on a burger !

I have been to five guys quite a few times, but this experience wasn’t the best , the hotdog was barely warm and I added bacon on it which didn’t even come on the hotdog which you pay extra for, I also ordered a milkshake and they didn’t even have it ready so I had to ask them to do my milkshake , the store wasn’t busy either, they are my two complaints which these things normally don’t happen at other locations

Thought we would give 5 Guys another go after a previous rubbish experince. Items missing and food cold AGAIN. So disappointing, not sure we'll bother again.

Food wasnt even cooked properly. It was pink and cold on the inside of the burger patties. Will not be ordering again !

Took over 2.5 hours to arrive and when it did was just about warm !!

I asked for no knock and the door and the courier did a huge very loud knock and the milkshake was mediocre at best

Straight in the bin. 3 problems I have almost constantly from here and too many others on this app: 1) Drivers are often less than useless. 2) Quality is ALWAYS hit and miss. 3) Often way overpriced slop that far too often arrives late, cold or in shocking condition.

Food delivered over 60 minutes late. Appalling service from Just Eat. Chips arrived cold and had to reheat.

Our team was working in Sheffield over the weekend and visited the store. The food was fantastic and service was exceptional especially (Lewis) helping our team out with the needs and questions 👍

Delicious bacon cheeseburger with all fresh toppings, great chips, and you can refill your drinks. The drinks are very fizzy and icy.

100% the best burger place in Sheffield. The options are fantastic, you’ll never get board :-) Victoria is a great hostess on the till, smiling front of house and keeping the Saturday night punters happy during the rush. Daniel is the man, looking after us on fries, calling out the orders and wishing everyone a nice evening, happiest employee on shift without a doubt. Great customer service all round :-)

I went here with my friends and we ordered cheeseburgers and fries. The cheeseburger was very delicious and one of the best burger in Sheffield. It was well cooked and the vegetables were fresh . The fries were amazing with Cajun. And the staff were to friendly especially Lewis.

Seeing some of the bad reviews I was reluctant to order. But I love five guys and that’s what I fancied tonight. So I took the plunge and ordered. I was not disappointed ! Not only was it FG standards it was also delivered 15 mins before the stated time. Love that. ! Well done FG and Just eat. Spot on.

Urm, never been there, am guessing I've been Google grabbed; why is it called Five Guys, if they don't have any women there, that might be why I'm not familiar with the place; never heard of the location Sheffield Valley, has it got anything to with Meadowhall shopping centre, as it looks from the pic like it might be in the food court at Meadowhall

Shut at 4.50 in the afternoon. No note on the door and 2 staff stood at the back that couldn’t be bothered to let us know why it was closed.

Visited here before seeing Liam Gallagher at the Utilita. The service was excellent, very quick and the guy who served us was really helpful (I was a first timer!). All in all a positive and enjoyable experience 😊.

Been in a few times and always what you expect from five guys. Rang up recently as uber drivers were messing about and whoever answered was very polite and said they'd remake my order so it didn't go cold. Fantastic service very much appreciated

My daughter and I popped in for tea before going to a concert at the Utility Arena. The burgers and fries were delicious and the service was quick and friendly. A bit noisy for an oldie like me but it was very clean and tidy. A handy place to eat if you're in the area

Landed there after a frantic day out at Meadowhall. Conveniently located near Meadowhall but not subject to the same closing hours, this is a great place for a decent meal. A bit noisy but spacious enough, had a good selection of items. Veggie sandwich is a refreshing change from others by actually having fresh veggies grilled instead of slapping on a questionable patty. Parking can be difficult but plenty available within short walking distance. Staff are patient and friendly. Kid friendly atmosphere and wheelchair accessible with wide aisles.

Food was ok. Price is extremely high. £16 for what is basically a fancy McDonalds meal.

First I ordered 2 cheese burgers and the toppings weren’t correct so they made new burgers. When I started eating I noticed a hair! I really wasn’t expecting such poor hygiene from such a restaurant

I went to this five guys last week and they had the most excellent service. The staff were kind and attentive, but still had speedy service and the food was so good! The place was clean and the lady cleaning the tables was so efficient I was in awe. Would definitely recommend, I’m planning on returning next week.

Food poisoned My daughter ate here last Friday She said the food smelt off She has been in bed for 4 days now and still being violently ILL. Called doctor out tonight and confirmed its food poisoning. Disgraceful Never eating a Five guys again

Always come to this branch of Five Guys, loads of space to park, always top tier service & the staff are brilliant. Had an issue with a gift card today, but James Wood (assume onsite manager) sorted it all out. Really nice young man with a great customer service attitude. Will visit here again, very soon. Keep up the good work everyone 😌

Far tooooo much expensive for a burger, prices are outrageous and the waiting time is ridiculously long for a nearly empty place. I wouldn't recommend.

15 quid for burger and chips place empty wonder why

This was my first experience eating at five guys and I won't be rushing back. Food was below average for the cost of it, each item was sold separately so no meal deals, putting the price up. The lady serving was nice. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and are both disabled yet when our food was ready they shouted for us to come and collect it rather than a nice gesture of bringing it to our table. It was also very cold inside the restaurant, it just didn't feel welcoming. Disappointed.

Consistency. No matter which one you visit, they’re always great flavorful Pattie’s and french fries, just like in the States. I like the fact that even when their kitchen is very exposed to public, cooks are very well behaved and focused in their work. No drama, no dirty clothes spoken in front of everyone specially because of the little ones. 🙌🏽🍔👩‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳🧑🏿‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳

Our server Frank Felix at Sheffield Valley Centertainment. Was excellent as well as all staff. Our 1st time coming here. Very knowledgeable of what toppings on the burgers to have and what compliments each other better. The food was faultless. Like karens dinner but better food and service alot better 🤣🤣❤️❤️

Where do I start! I've always loved five guys and had mostly very good experiences previously. Came to this location for the first time as I was staying in a hotel nearby. After helping at a sporting event all day we just wanted some good simple food but it went so wrong. We ordered a cheeseburger with fried onions, tomato and lettuce, and also the grilled cheese sandwich. It wasn't that busy in the store so waited near the tills enjoying them making the food. A few minutes after ordering I saw a grilled cheese on the side. Figured it wasn't ours as it was too quick (I know it can take time to cook the burgers) I noticed the grilled cheese wasn't wrapped and soon after a bun appeared next to it, although it had gherkins on it (so I knew it wasn't mine as they are disgusting!) Fifteen mins later, after watching the unwrapped grilled cheese and gherkin infested bun making their way along the line they added burgers to the bun, wrapped it and then put them in a bag and called my number. Took the food back to the table and my wife opened the grilled cheese and said 'why is it cold'. I explained that I'd watched it sitting on the line for the last fifteen mins not even wrapped for most of it. I took it up to the till and explained to the girl that it wasn't hot and I explained why. She tried to tell me that's just how it comes (not hot). As I was explaining that obviously a grilled cheese sandwich should be hot, someone else came over to ask what the issue was. I explained and he immediately said that's not right she they'd make another one. I went and sat back down and opened my burger and what a surprise it was covered in gherkins! I took them off and ate the burger, but really why put things on a customers burger they didn't even order! A few mins later someone came over with a new fresh very hot grilled cheese sandwich which was much nicer. After we ate our food I ordered milkshakes to take away (which were really really good) Overall a very annoying stressful meal. The management here need to sort out their chefs (to not serve cold food or add extra unwanted items) and also their till staff who think that grilled cheese sandwiches should be served cold. Won't be visiting this location again I'm afraid

Five guys is always top tier for me, except from the other day when I went, the patties was thick and hardly pressed, the cheese was not melted at all and hanging off the burger and the bun was cold and hard, was quite disappointed this time round! Hopefully it will be better the next time I go.

Service was fast and polite, food up to the usual high standards I've come to expect. What I didn't expect as a (maybe) semi-regular customer was to be recognised by the store manager who came over for a chat while I was waiting :) A delightful lady and she elevated a routine visit for a burger and fries into a memorable evening. £53 for 3 burgers 3 fries and a milkshake, delivered cold obviously because they employ idiots that cannot even wrap a burger properly, and also cannot tell the difference between mayo and ketchup. Absolutely disgraceful for the price. Just eat useless at resolving issue. Avoid unless collecting. USELESS!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a sofa. Can confirm this restaurant is on par with 5 guys back home in America. Guy are register who took order wasn’t exactly rude but didn’t exactly come close to dazzling me with his customer service skills either.

Decide what you want on your burger from 15 add ons at no extra cost delicious 😋 wasn't sure about fries cooked in peanut oil but although kept tasting nuts were good.

Clean family environment good to park free and enjoy with family and Nandos nearby also Desert places nearby makes a day out at Centertainment Area near the Sheffield Arena
