Five Guys Livingston in West Lothian

Wow these guys are good! Best experience I've ever had in any five guys! Jordan, Kyle, Scott and Robbie made me feel very welcome and we're patient when I was deciding what to have on the menu, also offering suggestions when I asked and explained everything very well to me. The food was served to me very fast! (About 3 minutes in total) and it was delicious, hot and hard to order more! The milkshake was spot on, very thick and tasty! Ill definitely be back 😄

they forgot the freaking bacon in my BACON cheese burger

took almost 2 hours for delivery when it initially said 46 minutes, food was stone cold and bacon on burger burnt to a crisp

No sauce on the burger and no straw for shake.

I had a Cheeseburger there and It was very tasty and fresh.

We had lunch here during our shopping day at Livingston Outlet in Scotland. Still one of the best burgers we've had in recent memory.

Order placed before 5pm and after a number call chasing order finally got delivered 3 hours later five guys advised they have had our order on the counter waiting to be collected for over and hour

Completely wrong food as only order milkshakes and didnt refund us after giving the food back to the driver

My first time at this store, having tried Glasgow fort a few times and being impressed. 2 bacon cheese burgers, 1 hot dog, 2 chips, 2 shakes = £54. Which would be acceptable if it was good. Burger buns were squished and the burgers tasted extremely bland. And yes I loaded them up with toppings - onion, mushrooms, Mayo, ketchup. The cheese and bacon hotdog was a cheap tasting and it was very thin. It was sliced down the middle and fried on the hot plate and served in a tiny bun, pretty greasy. The Cajun chips tasted and looked like reheats. The bag was full but more doesn’t equal good. The strawberry milkshake tasted stale, I don’t know how that’s possible. However, the chocolate milkshake was really nice. Shame they were both served 10mins before my food was ready. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. I would rather drive further for a “down the hatch” at Queensferry or “burger 7” out airdrie way. Far tastier food and much more for your money. Disappointed to say the least.

I received someone else’s order and haven’t been able to speak to someone so I am now sitting with no food and no money with no one to contact which is ridiculous

The veggie sandwich was a disgrace, almost £6 for a bap with some lettuce, onion and mayo! We were expecting some kind of veggie patty or something similar, this is really not clear on the site, don't know how you get away with it! certainly won't be ordering again!

my order did not arrive i have tried to request a refund but this has not been possible my grandson is in hospital and very disappointed.the order was £25,80

Disappointing to find out the reason your food is late is because the delivery driver had other deliveries to complete before mine … all the while my food is sitting in the back of a car getting colder and colder but charged decent amount of money for delivery … not a good service … wont use again

driver clearly did multiple deliveries watching him go from one end of the town to the other. food wasn't brought to my door in a heat bag.

Five Guys Livingston is great. Their burgers, fries and shakes are excellent.

driver was rude - couldn't find the house and blamed us for this. We had sent a message to the driver to explain where the house was also and due to the driver being late the food was cold

An order with three items shouldn't take over an hour. Delivery window said 25-40 mins when I ordered.

I ordered a cheeseburger and half the items I selected was left off of my burger. Everytime I order from here I have an issue with the order. I will no longer be ordering from her because it’s ridiculous that I have to report forgotten items each time

One of the burgers we ordered was missing all the additional ‘add ons’ despite the receipt showing them being listed - disappointed by this mistake but the other one was nice tasting. Unfortunately based on this, we not able to give higher marks for quality !

to be fair, it was a sunday afternoon. probably less drivers on. never get that issue any other day of the week, its usually Sunday's that deliveries are longer. food was still amazing though

The burger was good the hotdog wasn't, The burgers were thick and juicy whilst the hotdog was simply underwhelming for that price I was expecting a full sized sausage not something so skinny that looked like it came out of a tin .

The guy on the till was very patient and helpful, I appreciate not being rushed. The service was as usual but this standard was expected, nothing special but to the point. I got my food and drink, it was correct and tasty. Always the best fries! We only ever get a large fries between 2 people... that's more than enough!

Although the delivery was on time the burger was enabled as the amount of mayo was ridiculous, my juice was missing. Pretty poor experience this time round

I consider myself a big five guys fan. I have enjoyed five guys burgers in HongKong, Dubai, Spain all over the US and if I see one I go.... Today for the first time ever I had bad burgers and I did tell the staff, which could be bothered. I guess bad food is just a UK standard!? its not I had very good meals here. What was wrong? One thing why I consider them usually the best Burger: the meat! The guys on the grill pressed the patty today so hard like a smashed burger, so it was crispy, hard and dry... all things a burger should not be. so if this is the new standard, I see no need to visit them anymore.

Place is great, food is great, staff is great... Prices not so great

The bacon on the hamburger is always burnt until it is black... and they told me that this is normal because they were not burnt... Please, I know how to cook and it comes to me with that story.

Just received our order and the bag looked gotten into without ripping the sticker and there's barely any fries left for a regular size order

I put the order in at 12.05pm and it was due at 12.40pm the order changed so many times that it went back to 1.40pm where it was delivered at 1.45pm

For a fast food burger you are not getting much better will say sometimes the chips can be a little salty but am sure if you were to say to the staff they would help you out with that most places will
