Only the wrong order was delivered.

Wrong order delivered. When we called they said they would send it correctly and get it out to us. Waited an hour and called back to be told they could not get a driver and that we should just cancel the order and ask for a refund. Really poor service!

probably not the restaurants fault but my order never arrived. 30 quid too and JE are pr**ks about refunds now. Probably file a charge back.

Missing half the order and the thing we received were wrong

The veggie lettuce and cheese was unexpectedly tasty and the the milkshake was delicious but indelibly the fries were nearly cold and no straw or is that a recycling issue..Robert

Awesome bacon cheeseburger with salted fries and peanut butter salted caramel milkshakes was awesome, thanks for the first time experience it was super lovely

Food was freezing on arrival, had to microwave the whole order. Order cost me almost 20 quid and i was given 4 quid back as compensation, unbelievably bad service this time.

Fries were cold took 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive

I did not receive my order!The app is saying the order was delivered at 22.45! its 22.14 at the moment. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone!!!

Shambles order 2 strawberry milkshakes and they deliver 2 shakes of complete vanilla ice cream. Just east claim each shake varies in style. Correct but there’s a difference of them being completely the wrong kind😂 shocking, next time they will be emptied out over the shop floor

Cold chips which were just thrown into the bag, cold burger with all tinfoil ripped and most of burger spilled out. Rubbish…. Was really looking forward to. A good cheese burger.

The last 3 times I’ve been they haven’t had the pump action mayonnaise out, i asked them for a tub of mayo and they tried to Pam me off with sachets and said there was a mayo shortage, I’m paying 20£ for a burger chips and a drink, I would expect to have the pump action mayo, the sachets are completely different and don’t taste the same, they have a lumpy yoghurt consistency, if there isn’t the pump action mayo the next time I go I will not be returning!!!

Fries were nowhere near what you get when dining in less than half of what you get in store. Burgers were made wrong way round one was little / one was normal but patties were wrong way round

Five guys food is always 10/10. Delivery driver was right on time, friendly and food all sealed in perfect condition.

Burger n chips were great. But my banana milkshake had multiple congealed lumps! Gave me the book!

If I'm paying premium prices for burgers I expect at least a clean restaurant to eat it in, needless to say this place is a mess grubby tables, food on floor, drink stations soaking, over flowing bins, staff need training on keeping standards high, at least the competition have clean restaurants.

Just had my first 5 guys, normal burger and small chips. The burger was just a bun and patty. No tomato, no pickle, no onion, no ketchup, no nothing 😆 Bit of a joke TBH

Drink was missing from order even though i've been charged for it. Food wasn't particularly warm eithet. Disappointing

Really slow delivery, and was quite cold. Still edible, but was an hour longer than estimated delivery time.

Glad I chose a small burger I could never have managed a normal sized one. Very tasty.

Quick preparation and tasted nice. Both coke machines were working and bathrooms were nice. They don't sell coffee but they allow people to buy coffee nearby and drink it with their meal. Lots of seating.

£40 for food and drink missing.... A joke 😤 Fries freezing cold .... Not good at all 😕

Very good burger ,milkshake was brilliant. Very fresh tasting well cooked. Only the price but you get what you pay for.

I received one of the burgers and I has only 1 patty on and I paid for two ?

Tomatoes were a bit crunchy, milkshake was amazing

The food is good. Expensive, so I wouldn't say it is good value for money given it is still just burger and fries eaten out of a paper bag.

After having my order cancelled from McDonald’s, Hats off to the people in the kitchen making this order quickly and special shout out to the delivery driver as well. Perfect collaboration 👍

Burger meat was dry and tasteless. Restaurant was basic if dining in should get a tray.

Everything you expect from a Five Guys, great burger, great milkshakes, great service and a great atmosphere and unlike China Buffet King upstairs, the toilet walls are not covered in human fecal matter.

Order came with one of the three burgers having no patties in it.

The milkshake was half full and a small cup and the “famous “ five guys chips weren’t great the biggest chip was less that an inch long and nothing like what you get when you eat in …. I won’t order from them again!

Five guys is the best fast food burger you can get. Pricey but the fact that my great grandkids will still be eating the large chips is a bonus.

This was a fabulous restaurant to dine in at, with a well decorated counter that has all the options clearly presented! The staff were friendly, sauces are readily available and service was fast. I had a scrumptious hamburger accompanied by the fries that really hit the spot and the ketchup is up to standard; this was sat comfortably at a clean table!

The driver was very nice but got lost quite a lot

Cheese burger was fantastic, as usual, and delivery was on time. However, the chips were a bit soggy but still edible and nice nonetheless.

The food was poor, the hotdog was freezing cold and tasted awful so it went in the bin. The burgers were ok but quite dry, we won’t be ordering from five guys again as they have gone downhill a lot since I last had food from them.

Food arrived late as driver couldn’t find our house but other delivery drivers can find it. Food was only lukewarm when it arrived which made it less flavourful.

We had a family dinner here, and we liked very much the food and the environment (burgers and chips are delicious), but we all thought that it was a bit expensive too.

This is a five guys. For fast food it's good but certainly not cheap. Same as any other one you've been to.

Burgers had so much ketchup and mustard on them they were inedible. So much - alot of ketchup oozed out and the entire outside of the bun was also smeared. Really poor wont be ordering again

Food is much better than your typical kfc or mcdonalds, and the price reflects that... maybe a little on the expensive side, but I've never left still hungry. I would say restaurant prices but not quite resteraunt quality food, but still great food to grab while out shopping.

Love 5 guys the food is amazing. Only thing that let's it down is the price. Nearly £50 for me and 2 young kids to have a burger and drink each and share a fries

I love American food Also if you look at the free refill machine you'll see flavours of drinks you didn't even know existed

We did not receive our drinks with our order and when looking to resolve the problem with putting them with the order of milkshakes the restaurant wasn’t compliant to do so I would like a refund on all drinks

Not cheap hence 4stars, but quality food in a clean environment. Love the way the burgers and fries are cooked here. Milkshake has real fruit in it, which I like, the Mrs not so much
