Very pleasant village pub, good atmosphere and real ales. Open fireplace is lovely and a good juke box, also a bonus with the TV turned 'OFF' unless a big sporting event is on. TV kills the art of conversation and socialising. Opening hours are a tad limited but it's a sign of the times post Covid. Worth a visit.

Was there in 1994 and I had a great time. The owners at that time treated me extremely well. I am an American and enjoyed the 2 weeks I was there. Stayed with Lance Hyndman in Benwick

Went tonight as they had a bike nite on. Quite impressed, quite a few bikes there and a great atmosphere. There's burgers (beef / vegetarian) ones served with onion rings and coleslaw!!

Lovely pub, every other Thursday is bike night (it was bike night on the 6th July) and they do food then too but only for a limited time, so call if you wish to eat. Outside areas at front and rear. Pool table and dart board.

Popped in for a quick pint , ended up staying hours due to the welcoming bubbly atmosphere. Proper selection of real ales and new decor has freshened the place up. Defo going to visit again !!

This pub has improved so much over the years. It's a pleasure to see it so clean. The pint was good as well, not enough % for me though. Best approach is to go by boat and moor up.

Food was fantastic, home cooked Sunday roasts with selection of veg, only choice of beef or pork and only 2 desserts to choose from but what was on offer was tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Proper old school pub. Friendly staff and customers. Good real ales sat by the river on a sunny evening. 👌🍺

My first visit last year the food was lovely and enjoyable....but my last visit mid June wasn't the case....The dishes were bland and the sweet and sour chicken wasn't good.

this place is a gem in the Fens. Absolutely delicious food, can't praise enough. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely visit again. Gluten free options were great
