The chicken was raw even after I came back to them.

I went into grill n crispy or Felix chicken in Peterborough town and went back to college with it I got 2 pieces of chicken and chips and when I took a bite of my chicken it was pink I mean chicken shouldn’t be pink !! I’m never eating there again disgusting!!!

PLEASE!!! It has changed it name to fellas chicken. Still avoid. 1st time visiting...Chicken was okay but chips were awful. Service was okay. 2nd time...Burger was good, chips bad again. Service average. 3rd time...Food had to be substituted as wings not available, which was fine as was stated before ordering. After paying, was told even that was not possible as were closing soon (Over an hour before closing time stated on google and on shop front). Offered refund but then couldn't refund by card as manager clearly couldn't be bothered to come out from back. Offered cash refund but then did not have enough change to give me full refund so I just accepted less cash than what I had been charged for by card. So left out of pocket with nothing to show/eat. Honestly, walk another 30 seconds to 5 minutes and find multiple much better and quicker takeaways. I gave this place multiple chances as it's just round the corner, just not worth it.

We all ordered chicken and a kids meal. All food was very spicy. We didn’t get a refund, or even they didn’t ask if we would like another food. So just left all the food on the table and left this space. Is it just a horrible....

We stop there after shoping. We want order something fast, well we were waiting a bit long . This is fast food ? Forget !!! Staff not realy friendly, food was very very very bad ! I can write and write, but i will just loose the time. In one word: is very bed food and very bad service. The taste of food was horrible, the chicken smell full of burn oil .

My son ordered a takeaway on Friday 10th August. When it arrived the chicken was bright pink. He rang them and they said they’d investigate and sort him out a refund. STILL AWAITING REFUND Have rang the shop a few times and the manager is never there. The lady who answers the phone says she will pass on my message for him to ring me but nothing. There is no landline number for the business just a mobile. Also worryingly the lady didn’t know which complaint i was referring to as they seem to have a lot! AVOID!!!

I ordered a 6 piece bucket meal and the chicken appeared to be fine until I bit into it; the inside clearly revealed the food to be uncooked in comparison to other pieces which seemed fine. Around 50% of the chicken was uncooked and it has begun to make me feel ill... I phoned to request a full refund and at first the staff member told me the manager would call me back. After a long wait I called again demanding to speak to a manager about the chicken to which the staff member laughed and said he would call later. Uncooked chicken is a serious health hazard and is a direct breech of the food standard agencys requirement for cooked foods. I am still waiting for a call/ refund and I wanted to make everyone aware to steer clear of “Felix Chicken”.

I found Felix chicken on Just Eat app. Decided I wanted KFC but couldn't be bothered to drive there. So I gambled and went for Felix Chicken... I was pleasantly surprised!! The chicken tasted good the batter was solid and crunchy. I've ordered from here a few times since. Cheaper than KFC too!

My wife swore by this place and the Greek salad and amazing chicken. I love chicken and bought some of their wings....they were blobby and pink in the middle. For two quid I just threw them away but this is an accident waiting to happen. You can’t mess around with chicken 🍗

Often pop in there if I'm hungry and in a hurry. Pretty good selection for a fast food outlet and everything seems to be cooked to order. Can't ever remember being disappointed with anything but I generally stick to a roller or chicken fillets. Some of the staff can come across as being a bit disinterested, but I'll most probably call in if Alissa is working, she's been there since it opened and certainly knows how to provide good customer service.

Not been in there since my wings were cold. Chef probed the temperature which read 42c and he said that’s the legal holding temperature, I corrected him stating it was 63c but he really didn’t get it. Really surprised someone hasn’t been ill eating from here! Avoid at all costs

I'm not too sure why the other comments weren't possitive, however I ordered some food and a "Mega Lion Crusher" and it was perfect. The staff are always friendly, delivery is quick and the food has always been on par. I would highly recommend the Mega Lion Crusher though, every order i get a couple! Amazing.

Where do I start! Took 1hr and 20mins for luke warm food to arrive. The free drink that was promised on orders over £20 didn't materialise. The cold drink I did order was warm. The coating on the chicken was bland and overbearing, there was certainly more coating than actual chicken. 3 pieces of chicken were still slightly pink in the middle. I rang hungry house to raise the issue they rang the "restaurant" which apologised and offered 25% off my next order!! NEXT ORDER!!! You have got to be joking. Only nice thing from the place was the coleslaw. The whole experience cost us £25. £25 better spent elsewhere. Avoid.

Where do I start? Terrible food, terrible music, terrible staff, terrible promotion, so overall terrible. Having ordered our food and paid the full price we waited a while, which left me optimistic that our food would be fresh and hot. How wrong was I? The chicken was cold and I didn't think it was safe to eat, we returned this and was given replacements, The chips were soggy, limp and warm and really not very pleasant. They had run out of coleslaw as a side dish so we had the choice of salad (we arrived not long after 1pm). Whilst eating we notice the promotion on the window, had we used this promotion our meal would have been £6 cheaper but we were not informed about the promotion and there was no other leaflet, display or other type of point of sale to inform us of the promotion. The music playing rather loudly was obscene in places and I am sure it would have come with a Parental Advisory warning stuck to it. On a plus the bottle of Tango was cold. The establishment was display a 5* rating for hygiene, I question this not only due to the fact of the temperature of the chicken but the gentleman cooking in the kitchen wasn't wearing a hat and the server cleaned tables then handled food without washing her hands 1st.
