Nice Christmas lunch with singer. But plates and food cold; Turkey seemed pre-sliced (rather roasted whole on premises). Salmon portions varied enormously. Coffee brought in a mug (no sugar or milk jugs). Singer noisy during meal and then didn’t sing between courses or at the end of the meal - strange timing. Friendly staff but seemed inexperienced. Hard to park.

The staff that served us were very friendly and really made it a nice evening, they are a credit to Feast 21! The pizzas were tasty but a little on the expensive side. The drinks were delicious and well priced.

Chanced upon this restaurant as we were escaping the nearby Travelodge. It's in a strange location, but really glad we found it. The service and food were both excellent. Recommended!

We had a lovely lunch at Feast 21 with 28 members of our swimming group. The menu was arranged before and we pre ordered our choices. Sara worked hard to ensure we all enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Well done Feast 21.

As a group of four we attended a pre-booked event. A two course meal and music from a tribute act. Despite tickets saying the event started at 7pm when we arrived for that time tables were still being set up! Venue resembles a social club more than a restaurant. Our table had two of us with backs to the stage. We had to ask for the table to be repositioned. The wait for food was excessive. The pre-booked choices were limited. Starters of Bruschetta, Bruschetta with salmon and chicken wings were all equally bad. Tough and flavourless. The main course was a meat pie, mash and salty cabbage. Without hesitation it was the worst meal my family have ever consumed. No gravy or sauces offered or seemingly available. The plates were stone cold and the food was clearly shop purchased and microwaved. The entertainment was mediocre at best. The only positive was the polite server, clearly overworked. I took time to document a written complaint to management. After chasing on several occasions a manger deigned to reply. Unbelievably defending the food and evening as “good value for money”. Numerous attempts to lay the blame at us. For example, if we wanted something we should’ve asked! No reflection of wrong doing or any apology indicating me as a valued customer. Had I experienced that meal, not having prepaid, it would have been rejected back to the kitchen and I would’ve left. I can only assume the entertainment act was charging £29.50 per head. The meal was 50p at best! I don’t complain lightly-the shoddy off hand response of the management was disgusting. Clearly profit over quality. I would be more than happy to share my emails, I don’t think the manager would say the same! Please please please don’t waste your money. This venue is a joke. Their social media doesn’t reflect their actual level of service. In all I paid over £200 for a night out for my elderly parents. Not worth £20. Far better venues in Dunmow and surrounding areas. Look elsewhere.

Firstly, don't be put off by the location or the building. The inside is like any good restaurant even though the outside looks like a typical industrial building. The service and food was first class. the menu is very Italian and the pizza's are excellent. We will definitely go back again and again. Especially as a lot of the restaurants have closed in Great Dunmow.

This night was so bad we left early. The quesadillas starter was thins with a filling and burned, had to send it back, the main course was nice although lacking in vegetables or salad. The two ladies singing sang very old country music to a backing track at a volume so loud the waitress had to write down what she was saying. The music did get turned down eventually after people complained. The meal you get is not inclusive of a dessert, that is extra. With drinks and dessert that cost a total of £90 for 2 people. Far too expensive for what was provided. I shan't be returning.

We booked on word of mouth and weren’t disappointed. Spanish/Italian menu, Feast 21 has been here a year and Im a bit embarrassed I hadn’t spotted it before but I’m allergic to social media. Easy parking, comfy dining area and occasional bands/tribute acts advertised which look fun. Good drinks menu for kids/non- alcohol and wines/beers/cocktails. One wine tasted ‘corked’ but was a screw top! Friendly staff changed for free without any fuss as it might just be the 40deg heat earlier in the week had affected it. Alternative Rioja was great. Tapas type starters all nice esp chorizo/sourdough. Pork arancini lovely. Best burger I’ve had for ages, 16 yo very happy with his pizza. Too full for pudding. £100 ish for 3, but service not added on drinks (30£ worth) which is unusual but technically correct. We’ll be back as pasta/steak/pizza/salad/tapas suits our teens and us and food and service were impressive. Would definitely come back, and it was nice to see it looking busier as we left after a fairly early family meal. Staff were absolutely excellent.

We had a family meal here and everything was great. The revamp has really paid off. The whole vibe is relaxed and inviting with a touch of elegance. The staff were very attentive without being annoying, nothing was too much trouble. This added to the warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious. We had a mix of main dishes and dishes off of their tapas menu, the spiced mango prawn from the tapas are very tasty and the pizza is probably the best in dunmow. We could not fault anything. Everything is reasonably priced. It's a hidden gem at the end of town which more people should definitely try. We will most certainly be back.

We visited Feast 21 for an evening meal with family on Tuesday evening. What a delightful place from the elegant decor to the warm and welcoming staff to the yummy food we were served. The place is spotlessly clean. The staff take an interest and offer recommendations from the extensive Mediterranean menu. Will definitely return for one of the themed evening dinners. Who wouldn’t like a bit of Dolly Parton while enjoying good food. Bravo Feast 21 Team!

Well, what an amazing transformation! Been to the old 2E****s a few times. Now it is renamed and very refreshed, much more welcoming, airy, open and bright. Then there is the new menu, homemade tapas to die for, a great choice with good deals. We were with 10 other people and we all picked the 3 course and separate items. The waitress was very welcoming and efficient. She took our orders and what seemed like minutes later, the food all arrived piping hot (and cold of course). The tapas items were explained, very attentive. All in all a very nice place to visit. Both great service, food and pricing. You have won some new customers big time👍.

Met for a belated 21st for eldest grandchild. Menu and location excellent for party ranging from ages 15 - 79 ! Would be handy to know which days were Italian menu and which were Turkish. Nevertheless, we enjoyed everything we ate and very good value.

Hey viewers. I felt compelled to write this to hopefully make you think twice before visiting this restaurant. When we visited on a Sunday, there were two young female waitresses who seemed to be a combination of overly shy and perhaps hungover. They barely said a word, didn't take our order and we had to ask, and got simple things wrong. Other first impressions: dirty glasses served, and one person on the pizza oven? I had clumsily managed to spill a drink, and after I returned from the bathroom, which was absolutely vile - completely disgusting and looking as if it had not been cleaned in a month. It was honestly foul... the kitchen roll my wife had to use to clean the spillage was still left on the table, and the drink was not replaced until we asked. These are simple things one would expect when paying to dine at a restaurant. Instead the staff had stood there and watched my wife clean up. 20+ minutes in with no food, and after seeing some of the pizzas being served at other tables, we decided to leave. The pizzas looked bland, undercooked, and generally terribly presented. The couple at the table next to us also mentioned that their food was chewy and dry, and it looked significantly worse than what you would get at a kebab shop at 3 AM, despite the expensive prices (around £16+ for some pizzas on the menu). After leaving, another lady who had apparently eaten there approached us and said how bad the food was and how disgusting the female bathroom was, which pushed me to write this review. I am baffled by the good reviews from others. Perhaps they have more experience with takeaways/deliveries where service is not a factor, or it may just depend on who's in the kitchen. To close, as a family who eats out regularly in many different locations, I would consider this restaurant to be in the top 3 of the worst establishments we've visited. Good luck if you're going, and squint if you use the toilets."

We go here every time we visit the area! The food (Bacon rolls / breakfasts) and coffees (Latte / Americano) are great and the ladies working there are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Really disappointed, we ordered 4 pizzas online and they were listed as 2 for £25, when we paid we were charged £56. The pizza was late and not very nice, plastic cheese, did ring up and left a message for a call back to explain why we were overcharged but no response. Would not return

Lovely, relaxing place to have a drink while waiting on our delayed flight. Livingstone was serving us and was absolutely great; very professional while friendly and welcoming at the same time. We’ll definitely return again
