I put Twice that I didn’t want jalapeños or something spicy on my wrap and it was full of jalapeños and very spicy, so disappointed.

Awwful food. Terrible. Wouldn’t even feed my dog that food. Dirty place. The burgers where overcooked and salty. The dirty chips was awful. Only a table spoon of mince with no flavour covered in cheese and not even cooked properly the potatoes.

We enjoyed the pancakes at Fatboys, they were so fluffy and tasty. The stack of pancakes with bacon and sausage was absolutely huge and we struggled to finish it. Great prices, great food and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery as well 👌

I made an order through Uber Eats (my usual American double and chilli garlic fries - which are very very good). 15 - 20 mins later I got my delivery from the driver but turns out he had given me the wrong order. I tried calling through Uber but got nowhere. I called Fatboyz and the gentleman who answered, guessing the manager, took it upon himself to rectify the mistake although the mistake was not his or Fatboyz, but the mistake of the Uber eats driver. The manager came and delivered it to my door himself and said "we look after the Fatboyz family". Now if that isn't unbelievable customer service and what makes a great local business, I don't know what does. Their chilli garlic fries are to die for by the way!

The food was amazing, tasted soo good. The service was very friendly and the customer service was on point. Seems a little pricy but when you taste the food and experience the level of service, it’s worth every Penny!! I would definitely suggest this as somewhere to eat within London area. I will be eating from here again and would recommend to others to try. I feel you won’t be disappointed. Overall extremely pleased with my visit.

Absolutely loved everything from them. Amazing customer services. We had a large order over the phone, they called us when the order was ready.

Ordered a takeaway, very delicious, fresh, nicely presented, came quick and warm. And also got a complimentary drink which was a lovely gesture !

I nearly missed out on this little gem as I had already booked a show that evening but London Underground continually tried to thwart me. So glad I got to sample their beefburger and milkshake, even if I did have to take it away. Burger meal was so big I nearly couldn't fit it in my mouth and it tasted so good. The banana milkshake was the BEST I have had in a long while, reminiscent of my American ones. It appeared to have real bananas in it. Manager was amazing, nothing seemed to phase him while all around seemed to be a bit chaotic. Will definitely try this place again and get to sit down and eat at my leisure.

Thought I’d try this place through a Groupon voucher and it not let down. First off parking around the venue is really poor. The only decent place is the queens market car park which is about a 10 minute walk away and costs £3 for 2 hours. Make sure you book if you are attending as it gets busy quick, quite often with families or groups of teens. Once there, the venue was quite cold and I didn’t take my jacket off throughout the whole meal. The venue is small and needs to expand as it could benefit from this I feel. So the food.... the chicken fillet burger was amazing, a nice spicy kick in a brioche bun so highly recommend it. The burgers in general were really good and worth a try for sure. The hotdog wasn’t great and this was because of the actual sausage meat, it wasn’t great for me. The sides were really good, different types of chips including steak, skinny and sweet potato, mac’n’cheese and onion rings. All good and great to have options regarding sides to accompany the main dish. Desserts; the Oreo milkshake and cookie dough were amazing. Good choices to pick! The staff were very polite and attentive, even thanking us as we left. The chef (the black guy) was very kind and his cooking skills were on point in the busy conditions he works in. Thank u chef.

Amazing food and a wide range to choose from. Portion sizes are pretty big. The owner was all over the place to ensure every customer is looked after. He asked for feedback too to improve if needed. A great service.

I went to Fatboyz yesterday and it was heaving so clearly they’re doing something right. I had a single cheeseburger which was fine but not great. I always think you can tell a great burger if the bap, cheese, meat and sauce mesh into one, and this didn’t really. The chilli and garlic fries I ordered as a side were fine but because they are drenched in a mayonnaise-style concoction, there’s only so many that you can eat before feeling gluttonous. My husband ordered a philly steak which he absolutely loved with some Cajun fries, which were just okay. We paid £26 for our meal which was a fair price. It was nice to see one of the owners in and the passion he clearly had for his business. He was very good at engaging with customers. My husband said he would return but I’m not sure I would.

Had the ‘dirty chips’ from this place. Taste - was good, nothing special Value for money? Not really. My cousin would go on about this place and their portion size. For £4.50 I got an average size aluminium takeaway box. When she used to get it the chips were Chucky, the chilli and cheese was lathered. I got fries that you’d get from any local chicken and chips place, a dollop of chilli - more sauce than meat and cheddar cheese grated on top melted, actual cheddar tastes better than this stuff. Disappointed to be honest. Don’t think I’ll be visiting anytime soon. Taste - trying to reconcile myself with that being the only thing I could find a positive in. Would have taken a pic, but refuse to further embarrass the place. I’m still confused why my chips were average fries! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Went for a late lunch with a friend, had a good selection and not too pricey. We were served quite quickly and didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Portion sizes were good; the burgers itself were delicious and filling. We ordered milkshakes and was surprisingly quite tasty, which we didn't expect. The diner itself is a bit small, but has a good atmosphere. Would definitely go again

Went with kids to the most delicious burger joint in East Ham. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The food is really awesome, the Sevice was quick and the prices reasonable. We will definitely go back. Great family outing. 😀

Always enjoy a burger here. Good quality food for a decent price. and the staff are friendly and its a proper friendly relaxed atmosphere. Only downside is no card payments but plenty of ATMs around
