Fallone's Pizzeria in Belfast

Took my daughter here tonight for a “tooth fairy treat” and the woman was so kind and interested in what my daughter was saying, was so patient when listening to her and even gave her a little milkshake. My daughter will remember this for a long time. Such lovely people and I’m so happy. Was the end of the night too and even with the workers being tired they were all just so lovely!!! Thank u so much 💕

my order was left on my doorstep without the driver knocking my door. the app did not inform me that my order had been delivered, even though I refreshed the app several times so the icecream had melted all over the bag and on to the floor. very disappointed customer

Did not receive scoop of ice cream with snickers crepe and Nutella and strawberry crepe

Ordered m&m milkshake no m&ms in it just chucks of a hazelnut chocolate bar The donuts were that stale we couldnt eat it the nutella "filled" was a ring donut with chocolate sauce poured over it the boston cream was the same with fresh cream on it

everything ordered was absolutely perfect, would recommend the churros to everyone they were beautiful cant wait to try different topping, thank you for the doughnuts they were beaut

waffles says come with one scoop of ice cream but none delivered but can't claim due to the receipt only showing the waffle

Food absolutely freezing waited ages for delivery. Delivery driver delivered to a high traffic area before my address closer to the shop. Everything was rock hard and cold by the time I got it.

Ridiculous. Ordered at 22.05. the crepe is freezing, floppy and not edible to be honest. The cream with the crepe has turned to runny liquid. Churros like a soggy nappy. Really bad guys. Normally order on a frequent basis but definitely will take my custom elsewhere.

Order was okay, they forgot the milkshake and the delivery man said he will come back, they deliver man never came back , I rang the shop and they said he collected it and that was 45 min after he left my house, and he never came.

ordered 3 milkshakes took nearly 2 hrs to arrive kids fell asleep ... happened a couple time with different orders .. 15 quid down drain again.. thanks again

Food never came and whenni rang up after two hours to inquire they said it was on its way, at that point it was midnight and nowhere else was open so i waited and got my pizza late and it was cold and the girl on the phone was so rude about the whole thing when i said it was not my order.wont be back i will wait til they go out of business and purchase food when the new guys move in. Always get your order wrong not a glove in sight. bad hygiene.

Love the change from polystyrene containers to cardboard! Step in the right direction for the environment. Doughballs were nice, some were a bit hard but still delicious

Woman was lovely on the phone so was the delivery driver, but the dough balls where freezing and the milkshakes where to milky, fallones is usually the best to

Ordered Oreo dough balls due to having nut allergy so couldn’t order other flavours, however did not expect them to be covered in Nutella which was not stated when ordering.

Disgusting, slush was just water. Crepe was vile n soggy

Just arrived at 22:05, the slush puppy is pure liquid, no slush as mentioned. The shop is only 10 minutes drive from our home address. Meal now ruined

The service in here is absolutely TERRIBLE . Overhearing members of staff saying they “do not care “ if the customers food is stale after leaving it there for 2 whole hours . The lady taking our order didn’t even acknowledge us and just about took our order as we were just ignored for the first 15 mins of standing there .

Desserts were absolutely terrible the chocolate pizza was cold and the chocolate was hard. the biscof waffle came without the biscof and the Ice-Cream was just launched into the bag not be back!

Ordered a donut. Took 22 minutes. Donut was stale.

Found a metal staple in my food! Not one to leave reviews , but almost swallowed a metal staple! So dangerous and lucky it wasn’t my child’s meal!

Estimated delivery 1 hour 5 minutes after placing order. Delivery was an additional 15 minutes late with cold food.

Very u pleasantly spoken to when rang back for a second time to ask if the driver had gotten lost, because was over an hour late. Response wasn’t very good customer service and the girl that took the call need to go on a customer relations course

slush puppies were complete water by time delivered and milkshake was missing which got told it would be delivered again and wasn’t.

My 2 brothers love their Bubblegum slushy they even said the delivery driver was a nice guy.

Overall the food, service and delivery was great. Delivery was early and friendly.

Order wasn’t delivered, tried calling the shop a few times and no answer. Won’t be using again. Absolutely appalling service

The cheesecake was very good. The dough balls were very dry and stodgy, there was very little biscoff sauce, it appeared to have leaked out of the box

Desserts were amazing, but the luxury milkshake tastes like melted ice cream. Not thick at all, wouldn't order these again.

Used to love Fallones but it seems like the quality of the food has went down while the prices have went up. £6 for a slice of kinder cheesecake which turned out to be just plain vanilla cheesecake with kinder sauce squirted on top. Not bad but not worth £6.

Best pizza place in north Belfast In fact all of Belfast. Fantastic staff also.

Waited an hour for the food to eventually say on its way half an hour later said it was delivered when it wasn’t, phoned the restaurant to be told it had only left - another half an hour later and still no food when the restaurant is 10 minutes from my house. Won’t order from here again.

waited over 2 hours on a milkshake & slushie , should’ve gotten it for free seeing as when i rang back to see if it had left they told me they gave it to driver 5 mins ago and it still took over an hour.
