Good authentic taste, unfortunately under staffed. I think the food quality and taste is worth waiting.

The owner was very accommodating, he gave me a falafel while I waited, the shwarma was amazing, as were the fresh falafel. The price was good as well. Definitely go again.

Wether your vegan or a big meat lover like myself, do not pass the opportunity to eat at this place, I eat here every week and I have not come across another place in Stoke on Trent that serves anything anywhere near as nutritious and fresh, if you do go here for food, ask what he has on the "secret menu" 😝

This is my first time trying falafel and hummus. I only wanted to try it because I've seen so many people talking about falafel. Initially I was going to have a chicken shawarma, but decided to give falafel a go and I must say I was very impressed. And the guy was so kind to make me I piece to try it to see if I like it before ordering the wrap. So nice. Thanks

I was visiting Stoke and looking for somewhere to eat tasty and healthy vegan food - i found the right place! Everything was home made, delicious and served with love. The portions were massive! The best falafel wrap iv had in a long time (and I eat a lot!) Really enjoyed eating here and speaking to the boss if I'm ever in Stoke again il be visiting here for sure.

My new favourite place to eat in the area. Eyad the owner is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his food, making the falafel fresh in front of me, and it shows in the finished product. I had the Vegan falafel wrap on Lebanese bread and it was fresh, delicious and healthy. It just happened to be very reasonably priced too. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or just love tasty food I implore you to visit - you'll love it.

This is by far the best takeaway in Stoke-on-Trent, and the best falafels I have ever had. The food is fresh, extremely tasty and satisfying. The owner is the most lovely person who is always up for conversation and takes a genuine interest in your enjoyment of his food. We now travel back from North Wales and this is the only falafel place that we use. If still local I'm sure that we'd be in every day. Would highly recommend that everybody, vegetarian or otherwise, should try!

The best takeaway- clean, friendly owner who makes everything fresh to order and amazing value for money. We drive 25 minutes each way to Falafel crunchy and it is without a doubt our favourite takeaway. A great veggie and vegan selection too. Falafels are the best i’ve eaten and the owner really does make the experience. So friendly and has a genuine interest in your enjoyment of the food- highly highly recommend !!

The best kebab shop ever! The homemade chilli sauce which you can buy in a tub is just insane as is the falafel and the chicken schwarma and well everything. The owner is such a lovely guy too. A hidden gem in Burslem and def so much better than your average kebab shop!

Can't recommend this place enough. Warm welcome and incredible falafel. The owner was lovely to talk to and the ingredients were fresher than fresh. Already planning to return next week. Also... bonus. The owner really has a great understanding of being Vegan as he mentioned his daughter is vegan.

We were thrilled to find this place by chance when visiting Stoke on a canal boat. Having lived in Egypt, we can confirm that the falafel here are the real thing - absolutely delicious. And such a charming owner. Only pity is we don't live closer to Stoke.

What a place. I have been driving pass this place for a while and today I had some time to go in. The food is amazing. I am a vegetarian and take away food can be poor but this place was amazing. All home made dips, and sauces. Was a really nice meal and will be going again. The chap who ours its was really nice and explained everything is home made and made the whole experience really good. Can't wait to go back. Don't have a picture of the food as I eat it and forgot to take a picture. Nice one.

sent us two chicken burgers when we ordered falafel, turned up freezing cold and late, didn't answer the phone when i tried to contact to return the food and claimed that they had sent the correct order when i finally got in touch refusing to resolve the situation.

One of the best takeaways in the City

I went there yesterday, after first going a year or so ago. I should go more often! The man who cooks & serves is the nicest man ever. Very polite, very keen to know what you want. And last night he gave me a sweet mint tea - on the house! Can't recommend it enough. Get down to Falafel Crunchy!
