Came here to say for coffee and cake. Atmosphere was great, really friendly staff would definitely go again

Cool concept! Super important to support. Coffee was good. The chocolate croissant has some room for improvement but hey, cant have it all. Like the atmosphere and seeing people get trained on how to do coffee. Overheard one of the coaches saying to a barista in training “think of this like it is your own cafe!” - attitude we can all learn from

What an Amazing place, fantastic food, extraordinary service and a stunning environment to spend time. I was there 2 weeks ago and had a really amazing time there. And I must say, that Chocolate and raspberry cupcakes are just 8th wonder 😍

A great cafe, with an amazing purpose. The food is great, the prices are fair. It is well lit and the mission that they have is amazing, a highly recommended place to visit.

This cafe has the best sandwiches I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. But what really moved me was their supported internship program. It’s clear they care deeply about people, not just customers but the community too. A place that feeds both your stomach and your soul. So grateful I found it.

I’m an espresso drinking and as many know, it can be hard to get a good one. The barista had it dialled in and spot on and it was banging.

I had 2 flat whites and a cinnamon bun here today. Priced sensibly and kept very cleanly. What really blew me away was that the 2 staff at the till were trying to get a 3rd person who was blind, to learn how to operate the till. In this day and age when rapacious capitalists operate a dog eat dog world, there are still a few places where such people take sanctuary. If you are reading this, please visit the guys

What a lovely place! Stumbled on this on a hot afternoon checking out a new development. I love the inclusive and supportive aspects of this and it's also beautifully presented and it was lovely to sit outside in the shade watching the world go by. The fresh mint tea was wonderful and great value. The matcha was also excellent. The service was great and very friendly. I will be adding this to my regular places when I visit London.

A quaint cafe with coffee and sweet/savory baked goods. Their mission is to give opportunities to work and empower young adults with learning disabilities. They get hands on work experience and have an opportunity to move on their after their internship and paired with forward looking employers. We loved this place! How could anyone give a bad review?!? Went multiple times to support and the food and coffee is fantastic. The staff are wholesome and so great. 🥰 Absolutely recommend checking them out. Zaki took our order yesterday, he was so sweet and lovely, keep up the great work! We will be back again during our trip here.

The Fair Shot Cafe is located near both Charing Cross and Covent Garden. The cafe features a wonderful modern design that is clean and utilises a great combination of wooden elements, adorned with photos of its graduates. The shocking statistic that 95% of people with learning disabilities are unemployed is terrible, and the mission of the cafe is admirable. This purpose resonates when you are inside the cafe and during your entire experience. However, being objective, the service is adequate, although the drinks could have arrived a bit faster. The prices for drinks are reasonable, but the desserts are somewhat overpriced for the small portions offered. The staff are welcoming and have warm, friendly smiles. The cafe is spacious with ample seating. I found the facilities to be clean and accessible. Overall, it is a nicely designed cafe that boasts a great atmosphere and a big heart dedicated to helping those with learning disabilities.

A little cafe for a tea/coffee break. Most importantly, it is supporting young people with learning difficulties to promote their working and independence skills.

Focaccia was UNREAL, so fresh and just perfect. The cafe has a calm, bright ambiance and the staff are very friendly and I just love the idea behind it. Prices are more than fair too. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely delicious sandwich 🥪. Focaccia is some of the best I've ever had. The mixture between the English peas, ricotta, and Prosciutto was great. Mocha was also delicious. Definitely a must stop while you're in the area.

I loved the cafe’s concept. It feels great to support a place that trains adults with disabilities to get a job. Concept aside, the interior of the cafe was cozy and inviting. The food and coffee selection was reasonably varied. Staff was helpful and smiley which added to the experience. Overall, this place rocks and is well worth a visit!

we got too good to go from the fair shot cafe and had a focaccia sandwich and potato salad, it was so delicious! we also really liked the mission of the cafe, employing and supporting people with learning disabilities. definitely go there if you're in the area!

Coffee was fair. However chocolate cookie was too dry and salty. There are no seats for phone charging. I asked them in advance and was guided to the seat but it doesn’t have. I wasted my money because my phone was about to die, 5% left. I had to leave there and find different cafe.

Super cute cafe that's great for remote working! They have fast Wifi, plugs, lots of seating, and excellent pastries. Their toasted Croissant with Brie and Cherry Jam is excellent!

We didn't know anything about the initiative carried out by the cafeteria until we arrived at the premises. We simply looked for it online because it was pretty and had delicious cakes, but once there we were very surprised and it seemed like a very good idea of ​​social and work integration that cannot be seen anywhere else!

It’s a café I stumbled upon by chance. The decor is cute, and there are plenty of seats inside. I ordered a Flat White with a croissant, but the croissant wasn’t warmed up, so it was a bit chewy. As for the coffee, it was decent but overall was good!

This place is wonderful. Not only is the food superb but the customer service is great and the people working there are always so welcoming and up for a chat. I highly recommend if you’re in the Covent Garden area 🥰

I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite busy, and there weren’t many seats left. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the environment was cosy and enjoyable. I ordered a cup of latte and a Winter Tomato Sandwich. The tomatoes were a bit too sour, and I preferred the Bombay Potato sandwich my friend ordered. The latte was alright. I was also glad to know that the café supports a good cause.

The place is very cute as advertised by other pictures. I personally ordered a mocha because I am a fan of coffee + chocolate and I can say I’ve tried more than 50 different coffee shops. This one deserves a 8/10 in my opinion and let me tell you why because it may be a 10/10 for you. I could taste a strong coffee flavor which I love but I am not used to in a mocha, and the chocolate at the bottom was silky so the overall combination was really nice. I would truly recommend this place if you are going to have a chat with a friend, maybe not the best place to study. Great option in Covent Garden. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It’s rare to find a place in central London that makes you feel truly relaxed, but this is definitely one of them! Everyone is super friendly and kind, the coffee and food are great - such a fantastic cause and a lovely cafe.

Really nice and welcoming spot; drinks were served quickly and portions were good considering the price. Also nice to have ice water easy to find onsite, so you can stay comfortably for quite a while. Will come again

I ordered the Cortado and I was pleasantly surprised with how well-extracted the espresso was! There was very little bitterness and a nice acidity to it. The ambience is amazing too! While I was there, I also noticed that they are a not-for-profit cafe with a mission to reduce unemployment for adults with learning disabilities and that is so impressive and inspiring.

Had some of the best coffee you will find in London. So complex and delicious and not like the mass market bitter coffee you find everywhere. Really beautiful cafe as well with a great vibe.

Overpriced, but the less busier side of Covent Garden, good location. The cakes were ok, quite dry. It’s ok here if you want to avoid the crowds but seats are first come first serve. I think the cause is great. I had the hot chocolate which was great with cream. The walnut cake not so much.

I had the most amazing service from this young man , he was really lovely and attentive.I work locally and really support this project.However I'm assuming the manager tall man beard spoke down on my server.Fair shot serves training for people with disabilities so to watch a manager being rude and abrupt really goes against your project.I wish i knew my servers name but he was amazing .I will not be returning .

Stopped by here about an hour before closing time for a quick coffee, and was really impressed! The service was excellent, and we got our coffees (which were delicious) very swiftly.

Very nice place, good food, and we loved their staff training program. Our order got messed up a bit but they recognized it and got it sorted very promptly. Highly recommend.
