Lovely decaf coffee and incredible prices for central London!

I stumbled across this place of happiness! Tucked away in the heart of Covent Garden, the cafe is exactly what you would want: Delicious coffee, tasty food and most important awesome staff. To round it all off, the mission of getting young adults with learning disabilities into employment is such a fabulous initiative! 💙

We're in love with this wonderful place that we accidentally walked into and found out they are hiring people with SEN 😍 Such a positive experience, together with good coffee and welcoming service. Focaccia was UNREAL, so fresh and just perfect. The cafe has a calm, bright ambiance and the staff are very friendly and I just love the idea behind it. Prices are more than fair too. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely delicious sandwich 🥪. Focaccia is some of the best I've ever had. The mixture between the English peas, ricotta, and Prosciutto was great. Mocha was also delicious. Definitely a must stop while you're in the area.

I loved the cafe’s concept. It feels great to support a place that trains adults with disabilities to get a job. Concept aside, the interior of the cafe was cozy and inviting. The food and coffee selection was reasonably varied. Staff was helpful and smiley which added to the experience. Overall, this place rocks and is well worth a visit!

we got too good to go from the fair shot cafe and had a focaccia sandwich and potato salad, it was so delicious! we also really liked the mission of the cafe, employing and supporting people with learning disabilities. definitely go there if you're in the area!

Coffee with a cause - delicious pastries and coffee in a light airy setting. And all funding a fantastic cause!

Coffee was fair. However chocolate cookie was too dry and salty. There are no seats for phone charging. I asked them in advance and was guided to the seat but it doesn’t have. I wasted my money because my phone was about to die, 5% left. I had to leave there and find different cafe.

Super cute cafe that's great for remote working! They have fast Wifi, plugs, lots of seating, and excellent pastries. Their toasted Croissant with Brie and Cherry Jam is excellent!

We didn't know anything about the initiative carried out by the cafeteria until we arrived at the premises. We simply looked for it online because it was pretty and had delicious cakes, but once there we were very surprised and it seemed like a very good idea of ​​social and work integration that cannot be seen anywhere else!

It’s a café I stumbled upon by chance. The decor is cute, and there are plenty of seats inside. I ordered a Flat White with a croissant, but the croissant wasn’t warmed up, so it was a bit chewy. As for the coffee, it was decent but overall was good!

This place is wonderful. Not only is the food superb but the customer service is great and the people working there are always so welcoming and up for a chat. I highly recommend if you’re in the Covent Garden area 🥰

This cafe is such a great idea - there should be more places like this in the world. The staff were lovely and friendly, the atmosphere was good and they make really good coffee and hot chocolate. We will definitely be coming back here.

I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. It was quite busy, and there weren’t many seats left. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the environment was cosy and enjoyable. I ordered a cup of latte and a Winter Tomato Sandwich. The tomatoes were a bit too sour, and I preferred the Bombay Potato sandwich my friend ordered. The latte was alright. I was also glad to know that the café supports a good cause.

Incredible initiative. Lovely warm and welcoming staff. It seemed very busy all day but staff try and find you somewhere to sit. Coffee also really good and great service.

The place is very cute as advertised by other pictures. I personally ordered a mocha because I am a fan of coffee + chocolate and I can say I’ve tried more than 50 different coffee shops. This one deserves a 8/10 in my opinion and let me tell you why because it may be a 10/10 for you. I could taste a strong coffee flavor which I love but I am not used to in a mocha, and the chocolate at the bottom was silky so the overall combination was really nice. I would truly recommend this place if you are going to have a chat with a friend, maybe not the best place to study. Great option in Covent Garden. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It’s rare to find a place in central London that makes you feel truly relaxed, but this is definitely one of them! Everyone is super friendly and kind, the coffee and food are great - such a fantastic cause and a lovely cafe.

Staff were friendly and all had a smile on their face. The coffee was lovely and tasted so fresh. The place was busy but was a calm environment. Love the concept of the whole idea behind it, would recommend. Even tho I live 2 hours away i will definitely be returning!

Really nice and welcoming spot; drinks were served quickly and portions were good considering the price. Also nice to have ice water easy to find onsite, so you can stay comfortably for quite a while. Will come again

Lovely atmosphere, friendly service!

I ordered the Cortado and I was pleasantly surprised with how well-extracted the espresso was! There was very little bitterness and a nice acidity to it. The ambience is amazing too! While I was there, I also noticed that they are a not-for-profit cafe with a mission to reduce unemployment for adults with learning disabilities and that is so impressive and inspiring.

Had some of the best coffee you will find in London. So complex and delicious and not like the mass market bitter coffee you find everywhere. Really beautiful cafe as well with a great vibe.

I had the most amazing service from this young man , he was really lovely and attentive.I work locally and really support this project.However I'm assuming the manager tall man beard spoke down on my server.Fair shot serves training for people with disabilities so to watch a manager being rude and abrupt really goes against your project.I wish i knew my servers name but he was amazing .I will not be returning .

Overpriced, but the less busier side of Covent Garden, good location. The cakes were ok, quite dry. It’s ok here if you want to avoid the crowds but seats are first come first serve. I think the cause is great. I had the hot chocolate which was great with cream. The walnut cake not so much.

Stopped by here about an hour before closing time for a quick coffee, and was really impressed! The service was excellent, and we got our coffees (which were delicious) very swiftly.

Very nice place, good food, and we loved their staff training program. Our order got messed up a bit but they recognized it and got it sorted very promptly. Highly recommend.

Came across this cafe in London and love the concept. They're a non-profit cafe so you can enjoy great coffee here while supporting a good cause. I loved the selection of pastries they had. I was impressed with the number of vegan pastries they had including an almond croissant! I got an oatmilk latte, almond croissant and a raspberry tea cake which were delicious. Highly recommend coming here for the excellent pastry selection especially if you're vegan as you'll be amazed by the choices.

Order: 1- Americano 2- Cheese toastie with chili infused honey Seated outside as the indoors seating was full, good coffee and food. Good location being on Slingsby place.

Me and my friend stumbled upon this cafe near Covent garden and was blown away by it interior so beautifully decorated and inviting. We sat at a well set out table by the window and I enjoyed a delicious chocolate brownie my friend had the pistachio crossiant ( I wish I'd ordered that we had 2 Americans they were spot on and the price marched the quality of service and rhetoric decor. Would highly recommend 👌

The quality of food and coffee and atmosphere both excellent. Had a smoked salmon, radish, dill sauce, crème fraiche bab (absolutely delicious) and pumpkin cake. Had to wait a little while for the coffee but all tasted excellent.

Service was so slow and the place was not busy with customers. ABSOLUTELY the worst cortado I have had ever. The coffee had grinds in it was so bitter. This is my last visit. Sorry to be so harsh but you have to really try hard to mess up coffee

My favourite spot in London! The flat white is delicious, and bakery is always fresh and tasty! In addition to it is the mission of this place, buying a coffee you are helping people with learning disabilities to adapt in working environment. Lovely atmosphere and personal service. The tea portion is really generous in a big glass pot which is unique in London. Only improvement I would say is lighting particularly for table 8 which has a spotlight on it. Great experience overall.

Coffee was good. Space was large but peaceful. Toilets were excellent and clean.

Looking online for somewhere to meet in the area for coffee and cake, we chose Fair Shot partly because of it's ethical organisation, but on arrival we loved the atmosphere. The oat flat whites we had were great and the cakes delicious. Will return if in the area again.

Our first visit was really lovely and we decided to come back again - the staff were really friendly but we were met with a much larger crowd and coffee that did not meet our expectations.

Have been 3 times in the last month, such a great social enterprise, offering 15 young adults each year an internship, so you do need to be patient but when the food arrives its absolutely delicious (my sister said the best cheese toastie she had ever eaten 🧀🍞) and I am going with some friends again tomorrow - highly reccommend...

I stopped by this place for a coffee and would definitely go back next time I'm in the area. The coffee was really great quality, the staff were friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere.

Food was ok. Staff member was rude and abrupt towards us, as she thought we had brought in drinks from a different cafe. We actually just had empty takeaway cups on our table because there was no bin outside! Plus we had purchased food from here. Wouldn’t go back.

A cafeteria where its strong point is inclusion, the coffee and pastries were also very good.

This cafe was awesome. The interior was very inviting and warm. I didn’t know the matcha came with cinnamon and when I asked about it, they refunded me for my drink and gave me a new one for free. The worker was so kind and made sure I had a good experience in this cafe. By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

We had here the first breakfast of our journey and we ended up in coming all the morning of our stay in London. The food is delicious, both sweet and savoury offers, there are plenty of beverages to choose and several tables to enjoy the breakfast inside. The staff is so nice, it was a cuddle to come back and be recognized and welcomed. So happy to don't feel strangers. Highly recommended.
