Erigmore in Perth & Kinross

We had a lovely experience at Erigmore for a celebration lunch served in the library. Denise the chef personised the menu and produced the most delicious melt in your mouth roast beef and all the trimmings plus much more. Thank you to Denise and her team. We will be back Susan Ogg

Twelve ladies celebrating an 80th birthday. Thank you Denise for the lovely lunch, home made soup, roast beef melted in the mouth and finished off with tiramasu and tea/coffee. Great service -We will be back.

My husband had the cray fish cakes salad and said it was excellent. I had the beef rocket salad and absolutely loved the salad texture. Our son had cheesy nachos and chicken burger and nachos were fab portions. Our daughter in law had prawn cocktail and fish and chips. We had a great time and staff were amazing.

Queríamos cenar después de un viaje desde el norte y nos comentaron que la cocina cerraba pronto, a las ocho. Me my partner booked this place with my son with high expectations it looked lovely reviews were all appealing and I was very excited. The first night we came for a dinner after unpacking I got a fried chicken burger and so did my partner we hadn’t ate during the day as we were travelling. The burger was very dry and rather tasteless. My partner then woke up in the morning with terrible stomach ache and vomiting. We didn’t originally think it was the restaurant but after going again tonight I’m convinced it was. I got a battered haddock and chips, nice simple dinner for our last night. However when it came wasn’t nice and crispy it was soggy and drenched in oil. I tried a bit and all I tasted was oil. Haddock is meant to flake in your mouth this was like rubber. I complained to the young man serving us, he told us he would inform the chef and apologised. I assume he was apologising for what was about to come. The chef the middle aged woman with a bandana came storming out the kitchen and came straight up to the table saying “so what’s wrong with it” I replied “it was far too oily and not to my liking” she then replied with well nobody else has complained??? It’s fine. I said I’ve had many fishes before and this was not “fine” she then tutted and stormed off. Very unprofessional and childish. The first rule of hospitality is treat the customers with respect this was the last thing I felt after leaving. She’s a manager as well apparently which baffles me as her attitude was as appalling as her fish. Do not recommend this place at all. The beautiful scenery is ruined by the disgusting and lazy attitude of the staff. I never got the refund for my fish and the youngish lady on bar seemed very clueless and didn’t take it off I didn’t realise until I already paid. So I got a receipt and I will be expecting a refund. I don’t know if it’s because we are a young couple and we shouldn’t be respected or are easy targets to pick on. Very upset and let down by what was supposed to be a fantastic get away.

4 adults went for mothers day, and we were not disappointed,the food was piping hot ,fresh and very tasty the staff were all very professional and friendly but did not annoy you whilst eating ,it was very good value for money we will be back soon for another gastronomic experience

Had table booked for 7pm and finally got food at 8pm - the place was not busy. Service not good. The specials menu was written on a sheet of A4 paper and we had to wait until another table was finished reading it before handing it to us - not professional. Meals arrived at different times - some folk had theirs half eaten by the time others received theirs. Staff could do with customer service training.

We stayed at a friend lodge and it was brilliant. The grounds were amazing and perfect for the family. We used the pool which was a great facility, went for walks all around and down to the tay. It was perfect for walking into dunkeld for lunch and dinner and also burnham.

We go for the pool and the lounge where you can get a coffee and just chill after a lovely swim. The pool is always quiet and got a nice jacuzzi and sauna. The staff are lovely and it’s a really beautiful area. Always keeps us coming back.

Recently refurbished pool area is great with only jacuzzi area still to fix Conservatory needs attention aswell Staff are friendly at the bar with good selection of drinks Not sure if food is still served But location is great and surroundings are well taken care off

Stayed here in one of the lodges which was for Valentine's this included a 3 course evening meal and full breakfast the following morning, food was delicious, staff attentive, professional and always had a smile, felt very welcomed. Definitely recommend a stay here.

The Three Trees restaurant and bar is part of the Erigmore forest lodge complex in Birnam. Situated in the original Victorian building forming part of the estate the restaurant has a limited but good quality menu. I visited with my wife during a weekend stay in the area and we were in urgent need of a good lunch. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered fish and chips. The fish was well cooked and the beer batter was light. Chips were hand-cut and the tartar sauce was home-made. This meal was one of three main meal options on the menu. Nice laid back atmosphere and quiet.

the restaurant is a facility in the main for residents using the lodges that are close to the drama of Birnam wood and the River Tay. The panelled rooms provide a great feeling of a country house. The one factor that spoils the overall effect is a horrid gaming machine. Thursday night is steak night with meal and wine for 2 @ £30.

Lovely place. Traditional best covers it. Ever heard of a Hotel with a lovely restaurant who can't produce some slices of cucumber for Hendryks gin ????? Girl behind the bar didn't offer to go to the kitchen to check it out even. Just said they had other things to add to a salad. That saying plenty of other gins on offer but as my tipple is Hendryks...................... That saying won't stop me going back. Lovely grounds and situation.

such a beautiful place hill trees River Tay the villages of Dunkeld Birnam has it all.There is nothing to dislike great walks gorgeous scenery, Erigmore has a swiming pool, restaurant, entertainment drinks license set in a beautiful country

I have visited erigmore on many occasions and have never been disappointed, the pool and leisure facilities are excellent and the staff and very helpful. The bar area is the perfect spot to dine in and relax. I love the surrounding area and erigmore offers great access to river side walks in the woodland area which is gorgeous at all times of the year. Won't not hesitate to book up for next year

Stayed 2 nights. House was absolutely immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Beds were so comfy. Well equipped. Good wee private bit at the back to sit out. Friendly staff. Only used the main house for wifi!! Quiet and peaceful. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!
