Enzo's Fish & Chips Pizzeria in Renfrewshire

Going downhill rapidly. Rude manager. Staff can't even get order right and their pizzas are getting worse. Not sure if they're using cheaper ingredients to cut costs but they're definitely not as good as they used to be.

£19.60 for a large pizza? What planet are we on here? At least Dominos has the courtesy to run constant deals to mask their massively overinflated prices. That’ll do for me.

Don't know what the negative reviews are about. Been working up here for a couple weeks and finally got to try this place out got small fish and chips and the meal for 1 special with a pizza and chips. Place was spotless with a really easy to understand menu. Food was cooked fresh. Staff were friendly. Not too pricey The food was delicious we really enjoyed it and will be visiting again before we leave at the weekend

Fabulous food as usual, but the team in Dargavel managed the high demand during the storm and power cuts with great humour enthusiasm and efficiency.

Ordered and phoned Enzo’s straight away as I always get the haddock in batter rather than breadcrumbs but it’s not on the menu. Every other time it’s not been an issue till tonight where some lassie on the phone couldn’t sound any more annoyed at me for phoning. Kept saying how busy they were, I get that, but if u keep up that customer service use won’t be busy for long. Cancelled my order anyway, will be ordering from somewhere that appreciates their customers. Don’t think i asked for much lol

Ordered haddock but asked for batter instead of breadcrumbs, wasn’t a problem. Was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and fresh.

Food was really amazing enjoyed it all the only thing I would be negative about was the chips were really cold but apart from that all was super 👌 thank you

Chips were a bit soggy - A age 11. Pizza was really nice - M age 9. It was hot and nice - G age 73. Slightly soggy scampi but everything was fine. - D age 71

Ordered a Pizza to collect,on tasting it the base was chewy and not pleasant,hardly any tomato on the base too which made it dry and chewy,toppings were very scarce and tasteless.Not a pleasant experience lm afraid.Being of ltalian origin l know a good pizza when l taste one,but this is unacceptable for the price,won't be back.

Still not ready after 50 mins despite just eat claiming it’s ready for collection

Order from here usually once a week but portion sizes are getting smaller. Ordered chips cheese and gravy, and the cheese and gravy is only on half of the portion of chips

Expected delivery time (55-70 minutes) was very underestimated and food actually arrived 105 minutes after ordering. When I called to ask where it was I was told it was with the driver but I still waited another 15 minutes. Food wasn’t that warm.

Normally charged 50p for collection and last night charged £2.49 service charge when collecting. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering through Just Eat for our local takeaway again, and no contact number to be found to contact Just Eat.

It's never ready when they tell you but it's worth the wait.

First time I’ve had Fish and Chips in a long time. Have to say it was delicious! Roasting hot and delivery was really quick!

Fancied fish supper tonight Service at counter absolutely no smile barely made eye contact. Seems to be the way now Order wrong 1 fish supper 1 single mince pie and mushy peas We actually got cold peas .Unable to eat No single pie but two portions of luke warm chips. Fish was ok to be fair . Extremely disappointed. All in bin Won't be back We have had hit or miss several occasions prior . As local business and want to support . Unfortunately, after a few marginal meals No alternative. You have been warned .

I guess we must have been at the end of a long delivery as the food was tepid. Curry sauce on the chips was congealed & put me off. I re-heated the pizza & nuggets in the oven & they were ok. Obviously not the same as fresh, though.

Two orders placed now both have been incorrect, first forgot a bottle of Juice plus curry sauce over everything second ordered pizza tonight and they forgot that! Finally turned up after half an hour freezing cold won't bother again!!!

Usually good service. unfortunately on this occasion the delivery was late and the 2 sauces we ordered were missed from the delivery.

Great service from Enzos tonight. They made a wee mistake on my order but corrected it straight away absolutely no hassle. The food was delicious!

Tried the chilli chicken strips, awesome. Not too hot but packed with flavour. Recommended.

I popped into shop ordered a portion of fritters and a single black pudding. Service was fairly quick as everything was cooked already. Fritter portion consisted of 2 soggy slices of potatoes and was luke warm by the time I got home. Black pudding was also tepid, no amount of salt and vinegar would be able to break through the crispy batter. To add further insult the cost excluding delivery on Just Eat £7.40 but if you turn up in person its £7.50. This will be the last they see of my money! Shameful!

Usually I rave about enzos not being greesy and great quality....however, tonight explains itself, special fish supper box full of grease. Then I find what appears to be a small stone in my chips which Crunched between my teeth!! Very disappointing!

chips were cold, and chewy, chicken nuggets soggy and greasy.

Delivery was spot on however the chips had to be thrown out, they where like reheats, could not get our teeth through them and slot where black, only 5 decent chips in the super. Haggis was good. Pasta was tasteless and dry, no sauce on it. Really disappointing as we have had deliveries in the past and food has always been great.

Recently moved to the area and can safely say this is the best chippy i’ve had! Will definitely be back.

Pizza had slid to the back of the box resulting in the toppings all off half of the pizza, which didn't surprise me after watching the delivery driver trying to squeeze himself and two pizza boxes (16") out the drivers side of the car disappointed to sY the least.

Pretty disappointed at the quality of the pizza crunchy supper and chips tonight. Usually leave a lovely review about enzos but the pizza was overcooked to the stage it just tasted of dough and overcooked batter, the topping was tasteless. The chips were no where near the crispy fluffy chips we have had previously. Fish batter was pretty soggy too but over cooked, the batter was dark brown rather than golden, it wasn’t inedible just not great

Fish in Panko breadcrumbs is usually spot-on but it was disappointing tonight. All breadcrumbs and little fish. Sausages in batter were nice though but chips were under-done. Have come to expect much better from the Enzos team.

Portion sizes of chips cheese and curry/chips cheese and gravy was terrible for price and next to no cheese. Mozerella sticks were rock hard Mia casa pasta smelled off in whatever cream sauce it was cooked in

excellant. only problem was the delivery driver or the app doesn't have my correct mobile phone number,as he tried to call me at the door.

Placed a telephone order for collection and was told it would be 15 minutes, so 15 minutes later I arrived to collect my order only to be told that it wasn't ready, the reason it wasn't ready is because they don't start preparing orders for collection until the customer arrives. Kind of takes away any point of placing an order for collection. Really poor customer service.

Pizza topping was scarce , not value for amount spent, chips aren't as good as they used to be , were delivered cold.

Our food was delivered almost an hour and 50 minutes from the order being accepted. Having called the shop 25 minutes prior to delivery, I know that the food was ready at that point as I was told they were just waiting on their delivery driver. Unsurprisingly the food was almost cold when it arrived. I appreciate they were busy, but we had no communication to say there was a delay until I called them. Have requested a refund.

Second time I’ve had the same issue and there won’t be a third! Cold chips , specifically asked for extra salt and vinegar and again there’s no salt and vinegar, tasteless chips and cold total waste of money

So good! My husband loves the artisan pizzas. I'm not a pizza fan & usually have steak or my own pasta at the w/e. Tonight I had the spaghetti ragu. I loved it! Delivered on time by a lovely driver. We're happy! :)

Call to order in advance for them to tell you don't don't start making it till you are in the chippy anyway, what's the point in that? Don't put enough sauce on anything and the staff are dour face weapons. Overpriced, even for a chippy

Quite oily/greasy food. The chips were soggy too. However, they all tasted great.

Ordered Fish and chips,home delivery,fish was disgusting dry and tasteless,batter was hard and chewy not a pleasant experience.E.mailed them stating fact,didn't have the decency to reply.Steer clear.£25.00 down the drain.

It was very busy so maybe that had an impact. Several staff serving all ignored my presence I stood for several minutes at which point I said I had a text to say my order was ready. A more mature member of staff intervened and collected my order he was friendly. I live 5 minutes from enzo’s and when I arrived home the pizza was very disappointing it had a poor amount of toppings, sauce and cheese, it was dry and cold.

Waited half an hour after getting a text saying it was ready. Wasn’t busy either

Could have been 5* but they gave me a ham and pineapple pizza instead of ham and mushroom...I mean, what kind of monster has pineapple on a pizza? Wasn't happy that I had to sit and pick it all off. It was tasty after though

Chips were very greasy and not the usual quality, really disappointed! When I order chips I want chips not wee crispy bits of over cooked potato. The tomato sauce used on Pizza was very salty. Shame really because the last few orders we have got have been great.

The best takeaway in the area, we quickly became frequent customers. Highly recommend the salt and chilli chicken strips

Just moved into the area so want to support local business. Past 2 orders were below average thought I would give them one last go. It will be the last. I ordered for delivery at 5 pm thinking I would get fresh as they just opened. Honestly the chips were cold and I am sure the fritters were from yesterday. The batter they use is terrible. The mince pie was OK. Chips and Fritters went in the bin.
