Best food in the valley as far as I'm concerned.

Good old fashioned greasy spoon, great sized breakfasts, would like toast on a side plate though!

It's like being in a saop opera

An absolutely nice place with nice people. Their breakfast was to a very high quality and really large, it was delicious. I didn't realise it was cash only, I only had my mobile with me to pay contactless after breakfast. They told me it was fine and that I could have the breakfast on them. I walked away and luckily there was cash in my car so I could go back right away to pay. It is very nice to see good people, they made my day, this is what excellent customer service is, their other google reviews were good that's why I picked the place and I can see why. You are doing a great job, well done and thank you.

Booths are a bit to small for comfort

Thankfully i only had a regular breakfast as I saw the large and it is large but my regular was also what i would call extra large cracking place really clean darned good cuppa in a mug to help wash down the breakfast so all in all a gem of a place it was not overpriced so go and try it out just like the continual flow of people using the place.

Amazing breakfast in here today. Great price for a standard breakfast which was pretty big! Also came with a hot drink for under a fiver. Fast service and friendly staff. My only negatives are no card payments and tables are pretty small

Good food all homemade and they do the best breakfast. And very friendly staff.

Always good food but the breakfast is too big. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 toast, 2 sausages, baked beans and I think a hash brown and a tea. £4.40. Would prefer ½ that for £3.25.

Visited here for the first time today. It's a nice little cafe, found on pontyptidd road just after the zebra crossing. The food is good value and worth the money, the decor is of the welsh culture and vintage, however it was quiet in the cafe (no music or telly) but I suppose that reinforces the art of conversation between customers. Have previously also had bacon baguette takeaways from here before which were nice. It's a little treasure found in Porth I definitely recommend this place.
