Came in a week ago today. Had amazing service from manageress Kate. Came back today to find out she no longer works there. What a loss too Emily’s wount be returning

Was really looking forward to this, booked weeks ago as I thought it would be packed only to turn up and we was the only ones there, and no wonder! I had read the reviews and seen the pictures but what you see is not what you get. I booked for 3 adults and a child, we was greeted by someone who didn't seem to have a clue told to sit anywhere we wanted as there was no one else in. I had to go up and ask for the drinks only to be told the coffee wasn't ready and to help myself to cakes. When the drinks finally came I had to ask for more milk as he gave us the smallest jug of milk I had ever seen between 4 of us and when I asked for sugar for my tea which I was charged extra for was told they didn't have any white sugar only brown and no sweetener. The cakes wasn't anything like advertised either, there was a few pastries, chocolate cake, Victoria sponge and some éclairs. Nothing like on the photos I had seen. The toilet seat was broke and my granddaughter fell off only to slip on the wet floor. 😑 The offer of bottomless coffee and cake for £5 is amazing but turned out to be a huge disappointment, it seems all the good reviews are for the evening.

Today was my first time at emilys for they had an international women's day on providing BOTTOMLESS; ☆tea/coffee ☆pizza (Any pizza as many as u can handle) ☆cake For just £10 (extra for other drinks or cappuccino) Cake with my best friend (my soul sister) and my biological sister who is a mum to 3 and really needed a good day out and this place was the perfect way to spend today. The experience was absolutely outstanding, freshly made pizzas and cakes. They all exceeded my expectations honestly ill definitely, happily go there again. We all had a cocktail and tried about 4 different pizzas 😍 which were soo good we even persuaded 2 women who only came in for coffee as they had already eaten to buy one to go. (Carbonara pizza don't knock it till you try it 😉) We had about 5 pizzas 🤭 2 bbq rib, sausage and onion, moltagona (I think it's called) and a carbonara. Every single one omg 🤯 Needles to say they both wished they knew about today and went to emilys instead. The woman who served us kate bless her she had so much patience with me (she'll know who I am from that comment) 🙈 just from me not going out much and being mind blown with the variety in the menu I was the fussy one as I didn't know what to expect, especially how fresh and well prepared the pizzas would be needless to say it took me a while to choose. But Kate was amazing and very calm in my anxious state as I was feeling a bit pressured at first but she reassured me with how calm she was and I was able to make a decision ♥ The vibe was lovely and the waitor/bar man was really pleasant aswell. He and Kate made it feel very welcoming and Kate even chose great playlist that was dedicated to women and really took me back to my youth some of the songs. Such a wonderful way to spend international women's day for me and I would happily pay it again if they did this next year. ☺ Cheap and more than cheerful. Great place for a coffee and cake afternoon with a friends or family as they have a deal 12pm-5pm bottomless coffee/tea and cake for £5 can't go wrong. You could get one of each cake and order some of the bites appetisers or pizza (obviously pay for these) and make a wonderful afternoon of it for lunch. 10 stars in my book 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I will happily spread the word on this place.

Waiter managed to dump a full cocktail bottle vet me. No offer to pay for my dry cleaning - full Dirty banana over a cordrouy jacket. Had to cut the night short as my jeans are sopping.

Genuine amazing service from a lovely lady here! I went with my friend for a cappuccino whilst waiting for a suit fitting for my friend's wedding. Upon hearing us talking about this she said if that is what you are here for these drinks are on the house! How often do you get that these days! I should have taken her name but will return for somebody who showed genuine interest in her customers. Warm and welcoming coffee shop.

Ordered the meal deal for 1 which was excellent value Insalata Di Burrata Con Pomodorini - Lovely and had came with a full sized garlic bread The Pepperoni pizza was superb, finally a good example of a Neopolitan pizza in Warrington, The only negative was the Piccante Fries, you got a lot of them but they were really just fries with a few bits of chillis, not much seasoning. Still this is my new go to Pizza place :-)

I've just tried my first Emily's experience and it wasn't great. Cooking time and delivery time were fine. Pizzas arrive in the basic boxes everyone in town uses. No labels or anything holding the boxes down so food doesn't accidentally fall out or possibly get tampered with. I opened the boxes up and the pizzas look great, exactly as they do on the online menu. I tried my first pizza the BBQ Rib it wasn't bad but extremely sweet , I got to my last piece and found two pieces of sharp bone and cartlidge in my mouth. The second pizza I tried was the Di parma? This was a nicer pizza but nothing spectacular. I forgot to mention also the crust was very chewy. Overall not a great first impression especially spending 26.50. Deliveroo delivery #5636

This was about 10th order, we have never been disappointed by Emily's - always a fantastic pizza, proper dough, always on time or early and delivered still hot. Looking forward to my birthday dinner next week!

Delivery was ok. But the food really wasn’t great, the pizzas all had soggy bases that made the toppings slide off into a sloppy pile in the box. They weren’t cut either so attempting to cut a soggy pizza just made a huge mess. Ended up throwing most of it away. Won’t order again.

the pizza was delivered damaged, the driver took it and said he would bring a new one, unfortunately he did not bring a new one and I did not receive any information. the application shows that the order has been delivered.

Unfortunately the pizzas were very cold and also burnt.

Not great experience this time - always enjoyed the pizzas but the meat feast pizza this time just wasn’t great. The chips were lovely though and so was the bbq ribs pizza - that was decent.

Just had a takeaway from Emily's and WOW highly recommend lovely food definitely will go back in the new year 👌

Delivery was on time but the driver (i guess he was new) left the food in the communal area instead of delivering on my floor as usual and almost got taken by someone else

These were terrible pizzas, possibly made a poor choice with duck&hoi sin but was curious. Pizza was so soggy all toppings just slid straight off and was left with a soggy pizza base and pile of greasy toppings, Di Parma was not much better, Won't beordering again.

First few orders were spectacular. Was the best pizza we had eaten. But tonight. Wow. A normal families weekly shop is what we spent on pizza and chips. And it was all horrendous. The chips really don't travel well .one of the pizzas was burnt and the other two were underdone. Pizza dough was heavy and chewy You need to send a load of pizzas and othe menu items to your friends and family so you understand how your food travels. And why don't you cut the pizza properly? It's never cut in the crusts. That's our last time, now looking for a decent pizza place in Warrington. Uber order number was #1BDF8

Fantastic Lunch for £9.95 - Great Neapolitan Style Pizza, Coffee and a Dessert! Came here with some work colleagues for lunch, usually we goto Mr. Lau's (also great lunch) but decided to try here instead. It's right below Mr. Lau's.

The cheeses garlic pizza I think it was called Aglio E Formaggio Became really rubbery. We ate about 2 slices of it most of it was wasted and thrown away. It wasn’t a great food experience. The other pizza was good and will probably order again.

Garlic bread had no garlic on it. Lovely base and cheese but no garlic… £35 for a meal and it was only ok… il go to don quatro next time me thinks

Really tasty food. Great to have somewhere in Warrington that sells burrata. Would be good if there was the option to add toppings. Would have loved nduja on the pep pizza.

They are scammers. We found int heir social media that £5 pizza is all of August. When we went to dine in, they said the menu has been updated and no longer deal applies. I would rather pay more to a different place because of their lack of integrity. Avoid!!!!

Overall a really good place to go, however the music was a little bit to loud. You had to shout during your conversation.

The pizza is delicious! The service was also fast, friendly, and helpful- it was a very nice experience.

We had our baby shower here, Pamela was absolutely amazing at helping us out with this and so were the staff. The cold buffet really exceeded my expectations, it was gorgeous food and the presentation was beautiful too! The staff were able to help us move the furniture round so the place comfortably accommodated everyone. Decorations weren’t needed much as Emily’s Bar is a gorgeous within itself. If we were to host another event, I would definitely contact Pamela again, very helpful and lovely to deal with.

I would give 0 star if I could. Poor service. Waited an hour for 2 drinks and the manger refused a refund. Staff were rude about it and no apology. I would not recommend to come here unless you order 10 drinks at a time!!!!!!

We did my friends hen party at Emily’s and the staff amazing, nothing was to much trouble, The manager Irena went above and beyond to make the day perfect and the guy who was working (sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he was so much help! The buffet food from Mrs laus was delicious and there was so much of it!😍 the room looked beautiful as always and the staff was so accommodating with the balloon set up and decor! They ensured everything went smoothly from start to Finnish. Thank you so much to all the staff at Emily’s. Xx

Only visited at lunch, so was quiet, but lovely place, and the young lady in charge was very chatty and friendly. Did go back.

Terrible experience. Only care about the takings not customer service or comfort. We were a party of 6 that got seated basically in a walk way. The manager came over to say we were in the way and was then shocked to hear her own staff seated us that way. The venue is very small but the customers continued to enter even though there was obviously no room. Profit over safety! Also very slow service. Once we got our drinks we drank them very quickly and left due to the uncomfortable position we were put in by Emily’s staff.

If I could give it zero stars I would, terrible service they got you in then made it so awkward for your party and people around you I seen 6 people sat around 2 seating table. Not valued and disgusting service avoid at all costs.

The cakes are divine, the venue stunning and the staff are very welcoming and warm especially, Niomi who served us. Definitely, Definitely recommend as it is brilliant both day time and night time

We had a wonderful, warm welcome. We had Victoria Sponge, millionaires biscuit, cappuccino and hot chocolate which were all absolutely delicious. We loved it so much, we stayed for several gins which were recommended to us and again delicious. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

Always have a great time here. Cocktails are amazing and reasonably priced considering the quality. Staff are always friendly and chatty. Great atmosphere and nice touch of complementary sweets at the table.

I worked there last week for two days only and manly due to my artistic job, it meant I could no longer work the shift I was put down for. Shame cause I absolutely loved the place and the staff. I would certainly remain in good terms with the owners as they are down to Hearth and very friendly, and of course continue to be a loyal customer of the cocktail Bar and Restaurant.

Me and my friends went to Emilys this weekend and just the girls who served us were so nice and efficient, they brought us blankets, popcorn, always checked up on us to see if we were okay - just really loved the service and experience and would 100% recommend it! thanks girls and the staff (who made the aperols)

Lovely place however after ordering drink were told very nicely that next time we should wear shoes not trainers. Came back later in the night and welcomed with open arms even though we were still in trainers and even remembered our drinks order which was nice. Across the room the the same guy who asked us to wear shoes happily sat at a table with a ‘friends’ wearing flip flops. If you have dress code stick to it. Won’t be going again. Most pretentious establishment I’ve ever visited.

The 3 stars are for the actual place, decor etc. Everything else gets no stars. Staff really unwelcoming and 25 minutes after ordering drinks we had to ask where they were. We were told they were just making them. If you're advertising table service then it should be good or don't bother. Let customers go to the bar themselves. We walked out because there wasn't even an apology or explanation. Out of the 4 odfus this was the third bad experience. Shame but none of us will go back

To walk in to a bar to be taken outside to look at a sign saying shoes only .., just walked out of a restaurant after paying over £100 for a meal for two and your member of staff says yes I recognise you...great job ruining our date night

I really like this place, but unfortunately every time I go back there’s always something that’s just a little off about my experience as a customer. If you look young (but are of a legal age to drink and have a valid ID) be prepared to receive some reluctance to be served. The cocktails are lovely, and when the place first opened the staff were really nice and would bring out complimentary snacks and you really felt like you were getting a good service but now the place has been open for a while I don’t feel that you receive a very warm reception, it’s honestly like you’re made to feel a nuisance for coming. I would recommend for the drinks as they are probably the nicest cocktails you can get in Warrington but I can never tell if I’m going to have a good experience when I go.

We were having a lovely afternoon with friends, we were a small group of middle age ladies, some had never been to Warrington and we went into this bar to be told after an hour that the manager said not to serve us as we had drank enough! We were in no way drunk we weren't being loud just sat chatting. We asked to speak to the manager the manager wouldnt come over eventually a staff member said it was actually the owner who had told them not to serve us not the manager finally we got to speak to the lady owner who was extremely rude. Not one of us have ever been refused service in all our lives. Never ever will we return to this bar.

Had an amazing night tonight with family and friends, spent a lot of money and then to be told that they couldn’t serve one of our friends in the party as she was too drunk, so annoyed about this as she clearly wasn’t. Why let us spend a silly amount of money and then tell us this. When questioned no one could give us a straight answer, except the manager has said so?? We’re was the manager ??? We was celebrating a birthday and spent at least 2 hour plus in there. What makes me so sick is there are people fighting in pubs and causing problems and we never once showed any kind of unappropiate behaviour. I’m astounded with it all
