Nice atmosphere and nice authentic Thai food

Low-key place but WOW the Thai food packs a punch. It’s authentic and delicious. You must order the Thai classics though… Tom kha gai, Tom yum, massaman, pad Thai etc. Don’t mess around with the generic Asian stir fries. Probably the best Thai food I’ve had in London!

What made my experience enjoyable in this restaurant was definitely the sweet lady that was serving us the food. She was lovely and very polite. The food was nice and the prices were very accessible. Overall, I had a pleasant time here.

did a takeaway. Love the wokhey taste for both the fried rice and phad thai, but the meat is a little too dry. Tomyum soup was not spicy. the prawn toast is nice and good for sharing. However the packaging for the tomyum soup was bad, by the time i got back, half of the soup was out of the container in the clear wrap.

Great place to eat if you are craving Thai food! Love the pad Thai and the bento box! The staff was super friendly. Recommended

One of the best Thai restaurants in London

A lovely little authentic Thai place a few minutes away from West Kensington Underground Station. I was there for short lunchtime break and service was quick and pleasant. I had the stir fried noodles with lots of vegetables and Thai tea with grass jelly. Highly recommend if you are in the area and want to support small businesses.

It was really nice place. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great as well. The waiters were so nice and sweet. The atmosphere was overall great, I enjoyed my time there. Even though I'm not vegetarian I still noticed that they have a lot of vegetarian options. It definitely deserves 5 stars it was such a nice place!

We came here after a training course looking for something quick and easy for lunch and what a great surprise we had. Firstly you walk in and the place us lovely very smart and clean inside with nice decorations and a really relaxing feel to it. The menus have an interesting mix of food with a heavy northern Thai feel to the food. Service was brilliant sat down and extremely helpful with great advice to get a good tea to start with. Now for starters we had a mix of crab, calamari and chicken skewers which were brilliant full of flavour all came quickly and really really top quality good amount of food. For a main I had the Thai basil, chilli with pork and rice with an egg on top. This was brilliant however I must add my friend had a seafood noodle soup and if I am being honest I was jealous it looked and tasted amazing but I often want everything on the menu so was likely to always prefer something else but you can't go wrong at all. Another friend had a lunch box and thus came with spring roll, rice, a meat dish and more with a side of green tea at a great price. So yes all in all fantastic meal fantastic service on a great venue that I really do advise you check out.

I ordered in from this restaurant and the first thing I realised was the portion size which not very good to the prices. Portions are way smaller than what you think and pay. Taste of food are quite good. They were full of aroma and taste. The pictures on uber eats were very different from what we received in reality. Packaging was good and nicely done and they were very quick in preparing and sending the food. The pad Thai was mostly noodles with very few prawns. There is no noodle available on the menu as a side dish, so you either need to order a wok noodle or rice with your curries. The Sizzling SeaFood is highly recommended. Overall dishes are pricy, but not very large and taste good.

This thai has not only very rich and tasty food as a very calm environment, with a beautiful décor and a jazz chill out music. A good choice for wheelchairs because there are no steps but space is not much. Tables have enough space between them for private conversations. The regular water bottle that comes to the table is extraordinarily tasty. The service is quick and straightforward. Desserts are several versions of ice cream.

As soon as I walked in the workers made me feel so welcome and were super efficient! Food was flavourful and filling. The whole room was full of culture and I could feel the amazing atmosphere. Would Definitely recommend it👍🏾

My favourite Thai restaurant in London. I always come here since 2015. Everyone working there are very friendly. Their Green curry is absolutely the best in London. Very authentic Thai street food and their Thai Ice milk tea is a highlight.

Luckily, we stumbled upon this little gem , a Thai restaurant that exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly by the friendly staff. We were thrilled to discover that they offered an extensive selection of vegetarian options. As vegetarians, finding a restaurant that caters to our dietary needs without compromising on taste can sometimes be a challenge. However, they went above and beyond, offering a diverse range of flavorful vegetarian dishes that left us utterly satisfied. From the mouthwatering Green Curry with Tofu to the fragrant Pad Thai with an assortment of fresh vegetables, every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with authentic Thai flavors. There are many Thai restaurants in the UK, and this one located in West Kensington is near the house where Gandhi lived while studying Law. Their Tom Yum soup is delicious.

We picked up takeout take out on the way back to our flat & the service was friendly and prompt. Food was excellent, especially the lamb curry.

Really cute little Thai restaurant. The menu is huge with lots of veggie options. Basically quite a few of the dishes can be made vegetarian. Portions are pretty big and the staff are really attentive.

My favourite Thai restaurant in London. Any excuse to come here! Amazing menu and everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious. The prices are pretty great too considering the portions and quality. Sometimes it takes some effort to get the wait staff's attention but they are always lovely and helpful when you do. Always excited to come here and can't recommend enough.

Extremely authentic restaurant. Excellent food and service. Went here all the time while in London. They are very helpful for people with allergies, they know what's in their food, just ask them. No problem getting glutenfri or vegan.

Hospitality is an integral part of Thai foods. One cannot eat the foods without receiving gracious services, reflecting a 'home away from home' welcome. Eat Aroi stand out above the rest in authenticity and heartfelt hospitality. Do not judge a book by its cover. Do not judge the restaurant by the size or the type- Cafe. Eat Aroi always punch above their weight with quality of foods and services far beyond those pretentious Thai joints. Most importantly, it's 10 out of 10 on the value for money.

Ive lived in the area for 8 years and this is the most delicious, authentic, unique Asian food in the area. Really attentive staff too who seem to really care about your enjoyment of their food. 10/10 (5/5!) again!

Wow wow wow!!!! Had dinner here - 4 guests. We had 3 starters, 4 main courses and 1 desert. NOT A SINGLE DISH disappointed. Hands down the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Hands down on of the best if not *The* best Thai in London. So unpretentious and underrated I’d say, as it does not have the hype it deserves. Every time I visit and try something new I’m never disappointed. The drinks are delicious and the food always full of flavour. Such a good price for the quality and portions that they offer. 10/10 a favourite and will come again and again! Ps. The staff are always so welcoming and sweet, make you feel like a local every time.

Just ordered from here on deliveroo and the food is great. I got the kra pow and the summer rolls. The kra pow was excellent and had a good level of spice, and was a pretty big portion - enough to last me for two meals so for £12 I thought that was great. The summer rolls were a bit pricey but they were fresh and perfect. Overall the food was super delicious and reasonably priced so I’ll definitely get food from here again.

A bit overpriced for average Thai food (i had a special street food noodle a while ago, and the taste was horrible. it just reminded me of soy sauce noodle). and be aware of the spicy level! Pro: Good vibes and service.

This is the best Thai restaurant I've tried in London so far. The food is just delicious, the staff is lovely and they have a huge variety of dishes. Amazing value for money! We come here very often and can't get enough of it :)

Place was right across our Airbnb so we had to try this for take-away (although you can certainly eat inside). Got a bunch of dishes to share that came out fast -- 15min after we called our order in. 1. Corn Fritters - 4 nice ones in size, crunchy batter, but they did hide Coriander Leaves inside and I am allergic (wasn't listed on the menu). 8/10 2. Chicken Wings. - good, very crunchy thick batter with tangy sauce 7/10 3. #26 Soba Pad Pong Kari - noodles with shrimp and onions - bit different. 8/10 4. Yellow Chix Curry - nice sauce, white meat chix. Lots of rice. 8/10 5. Chicken and Pork skewers. Chix one was tender with amazing peanut sauce -- pork one a bit dry -- maybe because I ordered at 2pm after lunch hous? All in all, a solid place with a huge menu - would recommend for large portions of good Thai food.

We were looking for a place to eat close to where we were staying. This restaurant looked fairly busy and you can’t go wrong with Thai food! We were seated quickly and the food came fast when ordered. Food comes at different times so you need to eat when you get it or it gets cold. The food had a lot of flavour and was hot when arriving at the table. They don’t come by the table to check on you (water empty etc) and you will have to wave them done. Staff were all friendly and the restaurant appeared clean

I just got the takeaway Lunch. trust me it was the worst food ever. I ordered and paid for Egg fried rice and they gave simple boiled rice. Fried squid was all dry and there was no sauce to eat squid with.. food quantity was tiny for I paid for Red curry and Squid - £19 and they didn’t even give the bill. Never going back again. Pathetic Service and food.

Best place in West Kensington. If you have not come here, you seriously need to try. The food is always fresh and delicious, tasty authentic Thai food. Staff are always present and helpful, and the decor in the restaurant is great! One of my favourite restaurants, very decent prices, would recommend this to anyone.

Worst food and even worse staff. Didn’t even want to give them 1*. Everything we ordered was over cooked and overpriced. The waiter serving us was very rude and was very argumentative when we brought this to his attention. Do not go to this place if you don’t want an abysmal dining experience.

Worst thai food in London. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. The staff was very rude, I was charged extra for the food that I did not eat, charged £1 extra for going vege but the food had no vegetables, tiny portion sizes, no curry in the red curry. Worst Thai food I ever had today in the London . We were over charged for the veggies and seabass and tofu. Highly disappointing place to eat with the staff so rude that she didn't listen to us when we didn't wanted to pay extra for the dish we didn't even ordered. The food was not upto the mark as noodles were overcooked and they didn't listen to change it. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as the price was a lot high for the services and quality of food they offered.

Great experience. Lovely local Thai eatery with friendly staff and complex flavours. Ordered the deep fried crab as a starter and was suitably impressed. My better half had a green curry box and loved it, whilst I had something equally as nice but can't recall for the life of me. Will definitely go back

Worst Thai food I’ve ever had, they sprinkled white sugar all over the starters and the pad Thai was so syrupy it was inedible. Also just saw a picture of someone else finding a cockroach in their food, which made me feel almost as sick as the food itself!

One of the most authentic Thai places I've visited in London. Everything was fresh and aromatic, great service and reasonably priced.

Really poor costumer service came in around 3pm on the 4th and asked for takeaway and my son asked to eat in. He sat at the big table in the middle of the restaurant and they said no you can sit here by the mirror next to the till. They were completely empty with only 1 family eating. I said no i wont sit there thanks il have takeaway then if thats the case. They didn’t even offer all these other tables that were empty. I was so shocked at how rude they were over a table. Been here before many times with an old asian man serving us who was always so lovely. Sadly with the person taking our order I wont be coming back. I asked for prawn and rice and shockingly there was only 3 prawns inside. Their egg rice is £3 yet i was charged £10 for a bit of rice and 3 pieces of prawns. And clearly poor hygiene with cockroach in their food. Unbelievable. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bad and Bad. Aucun des plats n'était mangeable. Papaya salad que nous avons entièrement laissé tellement elle était saturée en épices. Un autre plat était gorgé de sel. Bref, nous n'avons rien mangé de nos plats si ce n'est les peak gai tod (sorte de chicken wings... mais on ne va pas au resto thai pour manger des chicken wings). Et pour les touristes, attention !! Le TIP est facturé 2 fois (une 1ère fois 10% calculé sur le montant de la commande, puis une 2ème fois 10 % calculé sur le reçu CB). Cela nous fait un service à plus de 20 % ! Honteux ! Donc, n'oubliez pas de vérifier à la fois votre facture (10% TIP) et votre reçu CB (gonflé à 20%).

I’ve never tasted such horrible Thai food in my life. Today is the hottest day and they had no AC, it was baking hot. Food looked warmed up in a microwave no taste. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this shot whole. No complaints about the service I can understand young girl working in this baking shut whole. Felt sorry for them

Such a gem! Had a selection of starters and the Masaman Lamb on a hot summer evening. Sat at the table by the open front window. Will definitely be back.

Amazing chicken soup and the best ginger and honey tea. About £2.50 and they give you ginger tea and a honey pot so you can put as much/little honey in as you like. And the decor is very classy. I also had the Thai fishcakes and they were great. Lots of flavour but not hot.

This is a great place to get a Thai meal down. Its airy and comfy. The lightening is cool but could be nicer. Doesnt help with taking great pictures at night. The meal i had was well made and tasted scrumptious. They don't get a better rating because the staff take way too long to attend to you especially once you have been served and want to pick up the bill.

This used to be a favourite. Last time I was there they gave me a fish box and I have a shellfish allergy, the waitress didn’t check with the kitchen and I reluctantly ate the next portion that I was supposed to have but it didn’t look like a different box. Cross contamination poses a major risk.. I felt sick and had to take allergy medications not long after

태국사람이 주문을 받는데 굉장히 불친절했습니다 명예백인이신지 다른 영국인들에겐 굉장히 친절하면서 우리에게만 친절하지 않았습니다 태국인에게 인종차별 당하는 기분?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말 기분 나쁜 경험이었지만 그럼에도 별 세개를 준 이유는 엄청나게 맛있기 때문입니다 태국식 고기쌀국수랑 볶음밥, 꼬치를 시켜 먹었는데 태국현지보다 맛있는 느낌이었어요
