Preciosa comida aquí de camino a Steel Pulse en el Albert Hall. Muy buen curry - comimos la recomendación de nuestro camarero Wasim y fue perfecto. Muy amable "buzzy" restaurante y Wasim era el anfitrión perfecto.

We went for lunch when we visited Manchester and were very well looked after. The staff were great and the food was really good. From the extensive pickle tray with the popadoms to the King Prawn starter and the main course of Lamb Nihari all dishes were top quality. In addition, the restaurant itself is very modern and slick looking and as someone loves Indian food I would definitely recommend this place.

Nos sentamos rápidamente y servimos aperitivos enseguida. Las bebidas eran increíble relación calidad-precio 241 happy hour era una ventaja para nosotros, ya que no sabíamos de ello! Pedimos entrantes y la red para llegar juntos y no podía fallar el servicio, toda la comida llegó dentro de un tiempo razonable, estaba todo caliente, se sirvió todo junto fue fantástico. La comida era increíble, fresco caliente y sabroso. . . Fuimos muy bien tratados y atendidos y sin duda volveremos!

Mis amigos y yo estábamos llegando tarde para el espectáculo de Peter Kay - teníamos unos 45 minutos para pedir y comer. Kay y su personal eran excepcionales - nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y entendieron nuestra situación de tiempo. Hicieron recomendaciones basadas en lo que sería más rápido, y nuestra comida llegó en cuestión de minutos. ¡Fue delicioso! Tan pronto como terminamos tenían nuestra factura lista, y nos enviaron rápidamente en nuestro camino. ¡Espero volver cuando tenga más tiempo para absorber el ambiente encantador!

We booked this for our son’s birthday meal out. We had the booking for 1pm, arrived a little earlier at 12:45. Doors shut and blacked out inside. This should have been the first red flag! Welcoming wasn’t inviting whatsoever. We were served poppadums before our drinks order was even taken. Food arrived quickly, however it was extremely poor. My butter chicken tasted like vegetable soup with some chicken thrown in - awful. My son’s chicken tikka masala resembled more of a jalfrezi. My partner ordered a “pint of cobra”, on receiving the receipt, we had been charged £9.90 (!!!!!!) for this. We didn’t bother complaining as it was so cold and awful in there we just wanted out. Never ever again. Please avoid. There was also a hair in our chips! Great!!

We recently stumbled upon their newly launches lunch meals. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing. This will definitely become a must visit for me especially when attending the Christmas markets. The food is much better in quality, taste and portions than anything being offered at the markets. Vishal helped us with the new menu and he couldn't have given a better service. Thank you - we will be back.

Iv recently been here and had a good experience. I cannot say the staff are rude as all are very respectful and do their best. However i expected the food to be amazing as it has been last few times i have been present. The chicken dish i ordered was just tasteless compared to previous and the mixer i asked for was bot what i asjed for and that was wrong… I will still return as may be it was a one off bad day for the restaurant …

Booked for my son’s birthday. Arrived early and had a drink in the lounge. Greeted with smiles as we approached our table. Service amazing, food delicious and drinks reasonably priced. Told the waiter the meal was celebrate our son’s birthday and they arranged for a little treat for him - cake with a candle accompanied by ‘it’s my birthday’ . Such a lovely touch which added to the celebrations. Husband loves the fact that the waiters suggest menu choices and have knowledge of the food on offer. The chutney/pickle tray is brill as a starter. Will definitely return. Thank you!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you from the Sarwar family to Zeeshan, Waseem and Mahboob for being such amazing individuals and going above and beyond for the family. They had made our experience so memorable that these guys need a pay raise or some sort of recognition. These guys were amazing, because of them we are all coming back and want them to serve us and treat us the way they did. You have amazing staff and they truly put all their efforts in so a big shout out to the boys.

Lovely food. Get the chutney tray, seekh kebabs, chutney tray and lamb chops to start with. Service was great. We had Zeeshan who helped us pick the courses. Lovely chap!!

Ordered chicken sashlik, not like any other chicken sash lol I have had. A few pieces of the chicken were hard and inedible and put me off the whole meal. Ordered the vegetable pilau rice and got plain rice. Won’t be going back.

As an Indian, I genuinely didn't like anything I ate from here. I ordered a chicken curry, keema rice and fried rice online. The curry was a little better but the other two tasted really bad.

We read many good reviews on Google and tripadvisor, and were looking for a good place to eat Indian, so this looked perfect. Well it was quite the opposite. Order our entree and main at the same time, our entree was brought to the table after 15 mins.. but our main took about an hour. I think they just forgot about us, since the waiter saw us, and was a bit shocked and came to us and said that he was going to check. The food wasn’t special at all, my butter chicken contained enough oil to cook another meal in.. oh and the place felt more like a club. The music was at such a loud volume, couldn’t even hear each other. All togheter: very disappointing .

Used to visit Eastzeast Princess Street often until it closed and it was always really good. Came here with some friends in December and was definitely underwhelmed. The food was average-to-good but the service and atmosphere was poor. We asked for 2 more minutes to browse the menu before ordering and waited 10-15 minutes before we next caught someones eye. Not to bang on about it but they brought us too few poppadoms then too many naan breads. The food itself was fine enough, it was just the staff that weren't very attentive that let it down. Not many smiles were cracked on the faces of the staff or the punters. I probably wouldn't return but the food was fine and if that was all the review was about then no real complaints. 3.5 / 5 in my opinion

Serendipity. There were no affordable rooms at my normal Manchester abodes and so I had to resort to the Travelodge. What fabulous staff I found there! And when I told them I planned to go over the road to East Is East, they produced a discount voucher for me. I walked in, and the place appeared empty. I asked for a table for one and was then ushered downstairs where the place was huge and totally RAMMED. It was then that I met my waiter, Russell, who was like the RoadRunner. I said to him that he moved so fast that if I owned a restaurant, I would poach him!! On a night when they were absolutely choka with Xmas parties, he kept his eye on me and my plate, and my glass never ran dry. Great place. Great food. Great people. Thank you, Russell.
