Eastwood Fish Bar in Brentwood

Just recently my son ordered a ten piece drumette with fries regular fried, it was horrible. We have been going here for some years now and for the past few times the food has not been like years ago. The first few were fresh and hot, the rest tasted old and were not as hot as the first three on top. The fries were cold and the taste was horrible. I use to order from here at least twice a week but now, I’m not even wanting to risk paying as the prices have went up, not to have good food like before. Please go back to great food!!!!!

Worst customer service ever! Took ten minutes for them to come out from the back and then said they hadn’t put any chips on at 11:45 then said the wouldn’t serve me till 12 And as the manager has responded and said they don’t serve till 12 I would question how I was able to get inside your “ fish and chip “ shop in the first place secondly, when I went inside your “ closed” shop surely you would rather sell your product, instead what you have done is lost a local customer. Your response is nothing but an attempt to save face for a horrific customer service and below average food, trust me I will never be going to your shop again, if anyone reads this there is a much better fish and chip shop at Tarpots 5 minutes down the road
