I find it is always a delight to visit Dundonald (Secret Garden) Nurseries - well stocked, good prices on plants, and healthy plants. Plenty of 'nic-nacs' for the home at normal prices. Some nice clothing (but not much) forgot genders.

Absolutely gorgeous plants and so healthy, plus the Secret Garden Restaurant has the most delicious food all so fresh and I have to say the best food I have eaten out in a long time. Would highly recommend.

We went to the secret garden at Dundonald nursery today. Such a treat. We opted for afternoon tea. It was delicious. Great food excellent service and so much food. The price was excellent. The choice of afternoon tea was great. You got to choose your sandwich filling so you liked everything. We will definitely be back.

very nice staff and very helpful we went back the next night and brought our family who are visiting us we all enjoyed our time and bought some lovely xmas decorations they also had a handmade section down stairs such a friendly place we will be back again

Great improvements at these premises. Staff are fantastic and very friendly. David one of the gardeners was a great ambassador for their premises and my wife and I were in awe of his knowledge concerning some of the plants in his care. Well worth a visit. Great improvements to the parking by the way.

Busy but had all I wanted. Lots on display floriferous plants promises of spring/summer flowering. Yellow daffodils pointing to Easter.

Here today and visited the restaurant which was very pleasant...food was good but we were with a very elderly friend in a wheelchair who was refused a kids meal. This friend has the appetite of a bird and ended up having just a scone and coffee. It would have been very thoughtful if they could have been a bit more flexible.

This nursery is small enough to have a family feel but big & varied enough to be interesting. Lovely cafe/ restaurant. Well worth a visit!

A lovely place to visit and purchase. The staff are very helpful and there is plenty of choice. Finish off with a lovely lunch or evening dining in the Secret Garden, so lovely.

One of my favourite nurseries and garden centre. I go there first. They are plants people which some garden centres are not Also a nice cup of coffee outside ( if seats are available) from the Secret Garden

Best scampi I have had for years and years.! Very clean and very good seating arrangements. Friendly and caring staff. We got lasagne, chicken and scampi lunches and all were well served and large, very large.! Would recommend to anyone.

Good parking, great variety of plants on offer with a lovely gift shop. Restaurant now open with a good chose of menu and good social distancing both in the restaurant and gift shop.

Excellent staff where great and plenty of bargains

Went during lockdown needed some garden therapy now the set up one way system is good but I think more spacing between plants could have been applied bit wick the way if person in front stops to look at plants your stuck good the way you get hand sanitizer on entering friendly staff at checkouts and forklift driver friendly and helpful with heavy loads and takes trolleys away my visit was pleasant until I was leaving I asked staff to get me compost I thought I asked and paid for 3 bags no just two an elderly woman member of staff kept trying to explain ..no you only paid for 2 not my mistake she then proceeded to look at my receipt and argued with the forklift driver made me feel like I was stealing I gave her an extra 5 quid to pay for the bag I needed will I be back no I spent money there today buying plants and compost will stick to my usual garden centre from now on ....

This is the most amazing garden centre. Fantastic service - so cheerful and helpful, and really quick delivery. I would unreservedly recommend - they are knowledgeable and provide really helpful info about plants, without rushing you, and just so friendly. And their plants are great quality.

Nice lunch and then a little shopping in Secret Garden Dundonald on a Saturday afternoon.

My wife and I have visited the secret garden for food a few times excellent menu, service and food highly recommend

I called into the Nursery today and received the best of customer care from Liz who helped me choose the most suitable plants for this time of year for my pots. She also assisted me with picking out a gift for a difficult to buy for friend. It was a pleasure to shop where the customer is given such personal and friendly attention.

Customer care requires more attention than their plants do. Disappointing experience. One star is too much
