No problems, just a regular experience.

Absolute joke of a takeaway establishment!! Our order was 20 minutes late & when we called to find out about or delivery all we were met with was a bad attitude, foul language, he asked us to wait another 20-25 minutes & then he hung up the phone!! If my Wife didn't need to take our Son to his organised event then we may have waited. But certainly not after the abuse we endured on the 5 minute phone call. It's safe to say that this establishment will NOT be getting our custom in future.

Food always freshly cooked and tastes amazing. Highly recommend

special fried rice was tasteless no sauce and it wasxvery dry. the amount of money spent you would think you would receive free prawn crackers but no. we will definitely not be ordering from here again

Ordered and ginen a !-!.5 hour window. App tells me the food has been delivered on the 1.5 hour mark. Wait 10 minutes and contact shop. Get a text saying sorry we are starting your order now and will be there in 15 minutes, took 50 minutes. 2.5 hours

says food has been delivered but nothing has been delivered!

Food didn’t arrive even when the app says it was delivered. No delivery means I can’t comment on food quality.

Absolutely scandalous service!! Over and hour and a half late (And 3x separate delivery times) and the restaurant had the audacity to refuse any type of refund!! Kids stayed up well past their bedtime and the food was lukewarm at best despite the claim from the restaurant that it was "Freshly made" - It had obviously been sat for a while!! Called the restaurant to try and deal directly who said "Nothing could be done" about getting some form of compensation...AVOID!! ABOUD!! AVOID!!

Ordered food worth just over £20 (so not a lot) at 1810 and after several phone calls and a request for money back, which was declined, it arrived at 2050. Almost 3 hours for delivery. Barely made it to the door I was that fatigued from starvation. On a positive note, food was fresh and tasty. Delivery time is too much of a red flag to order from here again.

food was so fresh, delivered it so fast and food was roasting! it’s amazing to receive not only the food on time BUT HOT and fresh. best chinese i’ve had, definitely my new go to. so so flavourful

Vegetable rolls and crispy shredded chicken in chilli sauce were both good. Chips arrived soggy.

we waited an hour for delivery for them to phone and tell us they couldn’t find the address so we had to order from somewhere else and they wouldn’t deliver the food. Ridiculous cannot believe we waited an hour, the woman on the phone was really cheeky and hung up twice on us when we were asking for the driver to try again!!!

First time here and would defo order again. Tasty food! Good quality aswell, not little cubes of chicken which was a bonus! Not greasy. Chips were okay. Delivered earlier. Juice was in a separate bag which is always a good thing! Nobody wants a warm tin of juice with their tea. All in all would recommend. Only thing was there wasn’t any complimentary prawn crackers, but I’ll know for next time to order them :)

Haven’t had a takeaway here for ages and it didn’t disappoint! Hot n sour soup was very tasty, as was the beef curry and rice! Early delivery too!

Part of our order was missing. When I called to tell them they sent the missing items up but it took 15/20 minutes so the rest of our food was cold. The first half of our order arrived early but the missing items were late. It was disappointing as the food didn’t taste the same being reheat.

First tune using this takeaway.....where has it been. Amazing, I knew after 2 mouthfuls I'd be doing a review. Every single thing I ordered was soooooo good, especially the onion rings. Chicken balls were lovely and not the overcooked chunks of chicken overpriced in batter that some places do. I will be making this my new Chinese from now on. Compliments to all the staff.

over 2 and 1/2 hours late and had items missing, the delivery time kept being delayed and when I phoned they said it was being prepared even though I got told that earlier. So disappointing

Best Chinese we’ve had in years! Everything was delicious and not greasy and got a free prawn crackers as well. Only thing was in the chilli chicken and beef could be a bit more meat to sauce ratio but still very tasty. Will 100% be back. Thank you :)

only ordered 3 portions of chips and curry for collection so no rush, chips were rank. undercooked and chewy. first time in a long time coming here and only reminded me of why i stopped.

The order was late but only because of how busy they were but our dinner was delicious so that made up for it. Would order again.

Very late first it said arrives between 18:05-18:20 and then was informed delayed between 18:20-18:40. It’s now 19:05 and still not here. Poor service tonight. I want my money back!

Thought I would wait 3 hours before posting. Just like we had to do to get our takeaway delivered.(having called 2 times as well) Absolutely appaulling service and well NOT worth the wait. Save your money and time and order from somewhere else.

I’m someone who is a frequent enjoyer of takeaway food but I am guilty of not normally leaving reviews. Tonight, I think I’ve found the best Chinese I’ve ever tasted and it was so good that I’m leaving this review.

Lovely food and piping hot. The onion rings and chips were brilliant. The curry was excellent along with the sweet and sour chicken balls.

Excellent meal, curry sauce is awesome. Pineapple fritters in syrup is delicious.

Absolutely disgusting. No other way to describe the food . Watery with very little meat

If you have good tastebuds, you’ll soon discover that there is little to no flavour in any of the dishes. Shame. A lot of people here seem to enjoy and my expectations weren’t high at all, but some flavour would’ve been nice. Soya sauce itself has more flavour.

Asked for chicken fried rice and got boiled rice and some bits of chicken

Usually have no complaints but garlic chicken was not good tonight, chicken tasted burnt and rest of dish was tasteless, will still use again as they are best in Kirkcaldy

I ordered food from the chippy which I really enjoyed as did the people in the group I was with. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent good value for money.

Fried rice perfect sweet and sour sauce perfect but the shredded chicken in batter was to chewie and very little chicken husband liked his chicken curry tho

The worst Chinese meal ever. special fried rice? The "meat" must have been thrown in from the top of the stairs. The rice was just stodge ,couldn't get it apart

Food was slightly later than latest times quoted. Order from here most weeks - for collection, but was disappointed tonight as it was below average. Chips were cold and undercooked, the beef had chunks of if stuck together, which was fine, apart from in the middle it was stone cold.

Food from here is excellent, have used for a while now! Delivered well within estimated time. Only disappointed no chicken maryland available tonight .

The worst meal I have ever had I order was £30 no free prawn crackers and it was vile. Special food food yung tiny prawns in it tasteless watery sauce I had to throw away. Special fried rice greasy tasteless disgusting 😑
