Encantadoras rosquillas pero después de viajar 2 horas a casa abrimos la caja para encontrar lo que pedimos rosquilla sabiamente no era lo que nos vendieron , muy decepcionante

Las rosquillas aquí son increíbles! Son donuts extremadamente grandes, pero recomendaría pedir uno extra para llevar a casa para más tarde. También hay cafés y bebidas disponibles. Puedo recomendar encarecidamente el limón o donuts de mermelada.

Wonderful creations. Great Doughnuts. Undervalued, cheap for what it is. 100% worth buying. Relatively short waiting times.

I went into the shop for the 1st time with my son and his girlfriend both who are 15 to treat them to a doughnut! We were served by a lovely young girl who was friendly and she asked what they would like..my son picked a big doughnut which was at the back the lady put it in the box..then a diffrent lady with a stinking attitude says to the poor girl quite abruptly "they have to have them from the front not the back" so she asks if she needs to put it back and the lady said "yes!" She then said sorry and put it back and we had to have one from the front! It was already in the box...I didn't see the harm in my son having the one he had chosen then after we had left the lady just letting the other lady no that next time to politely let the customers no they have to have from the very front! The lady was so rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers to be honest!

So I came here with a friend for a treat. I am type 1 diabetic so I have to choose my treats carefully. I ordered a doughnut to sit in and eat and asked if they had any sugar free cold drinks. The boy was extremely rude, he literally looked me up and down and prudently laughed and said "I dont think that's going to make much difference to you!". Seriously?! I tried to explain that I am type 1 diabetic but honestly have never been so embarrassed in a shop in my life! I settled on a can of water. Why be so completely rude?! I could understand if I had been horrible in any way to him but I literally asked what sugar free drinks they serve. It's a great shame because the actual doughnut was very good. I regret not getting his name and this place popped up on recommendations, I feel this lad needs a lesson in how to speak to people. It was completely unkind and uncalled for.

Visited for the first time earlier this year, always been apprehensive as i have a severe nut allergy. Since with the knowledge from the incredibly friendly staff about the precautions they take I have become a regular customer. The doughnuts never fail to impress, and whilst i’m jealous i cant try the cherry bakewell there are plenty of others to try!

Popped in at roughly 1600 and found a lot of empty shelves and only about 5 options of doughnut. Also bought 2 premium doughnuts and found they had just been placed in a brown paper carrier bag, no box etc....for a "premium" product this isn't really selling the "premium" nature of the price (£7.50) for 2 doughnuts. When we got home to eat the doughnuts after dinner (about 6pm the same day) the doughnuts were dry and unfortunately not as good as a Krispy Kreme and more expensive.

Really good doughnuts for a great price. They tasted really good, had a wide variety to choose from and had relevant information written on the glass (such as suitable for vegetarians etc). We will be visiting again.

We moved to Lincoln in May, we have been nearly every week since. They have a loyalty card so get those stamps folks! Cleanliness; I’m surprised at the 4* hygiene rating, must have had a mardy inspector. Looks very clean and the allergen controls seem great. Hospitality: always friendly and happy to help, the shop isn’t massive so they do have to manage the queue, people (as you can see from previous reviews) can get a bit precious about it. I’m glad they say something otherwise It becomes a car crash and no one can get in or out. Atmosphere: it’s proper cool, a cool concept and they sell their own merch! I need the hoody Meals: the doughnuts are amazing! They always have a different flavour every time I go in, I have my favourites but love to try the new ones! Price: not the cheapest doughnuts but 2 people can easily share one doughnut as they are so big! Highly recommend and I will be a loyal customer so long as you keep making amazing doughnuts! To those customers who come here all the time, never leave a review and the one time they get it a little wrong and you leave a crappy review, shame on you! Support local business and grab a doughnut!

I walked past this shop earlier in the day and it caught my eye. I went back and bought a millionaire chocolate doughnut. It was delicious, they are huge and you could easily share one between 2 people. It was £3.40 but as a treat I would say it was worth it. They do accept blue light cards which gives you 10%off. We didn't eat in but from what I saw it was lovely and clean.

Had a box of 6 premium doughnuts, ordered through too good to go. We were very impressed we had 3 Oreo Cookie doughnuts and 3 Galaxy Caramel Doughnuts - Had them with cups of tea in the evening. Absolutely stunning tasted soooooooo good, will definitely be back to buy another box and look at your other products Thank-You

I usually visit the Leicester store, but on todays visit i popped into the Lincoln shop, I purchased 2 chocolate and one biscoff. They look as delicious as ever but unfortunately today we found the dough itself very tight and stodgy in texture, nothing like the light airy doughnuts we have gotten before from the Leicester shop, really disappointed.

Very quick visit - just for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. For those with a 'sweet tooth' - PERFECT! Tasty and lovely looking doughnuts, and also quite a good choice. Definitely worth a try.

Less than average doughnuts, overly sweet, dry in texture & overpriced. Poor service & staff that struggle to advise which products are vegan & which aren’t. Hygiene level is 4 - seriously?! Needs to do better. Will NOT be returning.

I popped in here today and decided to have a quick look at the doughnuts in the display case before i queued up. I do appreciate we're in the middle of a pandemic so things aren't the same as usual however, i don't expect to be spoken to like i was today. It took a couple of seconds for the arrogant guy behind the counter to say "can you queue at the other end please so not to block others" admittedly, this wasn't a rude request at first and because there wasn't anyone behind me in the queue i just said i wanted a very quick look at the doughnuts before i queued, this is when the guy decided it was a good idea to say "There's a menu at the end, you can read that" This not how you speak to people spending money in your shop! I think it's safe to say i won't be going back!

Absolutely love these doughnuts! Lots of variety and all very fresh and tasty. We've had them from here on a few occasions and they've always been ridiculously good. Just yummy!

Doughnuts looked great, but my word they make it hard to order them! Visited today to have an eat-in doughnut and a coffee. Ordering online is akin to a MENSA test. The website has numbers corresponding to each doughnut. A server asks you to take a photo of the menu on a board and match the doughnut number to the correct product. You also have to go to the counter to see what the doughnut name means (and put your mask on). No option on app for decaf coffee. I'm quite tech savvy, and in the end when it asked for my phone number just to get a doughnut, I gave up. Got a takeaway doughnut for my son and gave it up as a bad job. Saved me a tenner, so not all bad!
