Incredibly slow service. 45 minutes to get a starter which was cooked pizza dough with baby plum tomatoes on top and unwashed greens, followed by a pizza arriving another 45 minutes later. We had to ask waiter to cancel dessert as we simply couldn’t wait another 45 minutes. Very strange as restaurant only had 8 customers at a time.

Great pizzas tonight. Food was excellent and our meal deal was good value. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. A really great night out. Thank you.

Extremely slow food - sat in restaurant for over an hour with no food. As said maybe set to prioritise takeaways. Won’t be coming again.

It’s a nice restaurant, but totally set up for takeaways. Took 45 mins from starter to mains whilst the restaurant was nigh on empty and a load of takeaway orders went out. Then had 8 mins to eat before film started. Think they were short staffed too, just one person cooking

Lovely family dinner, great service, delicious pizza’s and drinks. We have eaten here a few times now and have always had a great experience. We’ll be back soon, it’s perfect for combining with a cinema trip.

Booked but nobody seemed bothered. Not greeted , totally ignored on arrival as were others who came in after us. Ordered drinks, when arrived was told no ice or lemon so gin and tonic was poor for over £8 a drink! Slow to have order taken. Lovely waiter but left totally on his own. Bruschetta was cold dough with cold chopped tomatoes in garlic oil, not nice. Pizzas arrived after 45 mins from ordering, stone cold. Vegan pizza was a cold base and hadn’t been cooked, ingredients including the cheese just sat on the top, raw. Waiter and lone staff in kitchen kept disappearing out the back and after waiting 20 mins to ask for pizza to be cooked we decided to leave. We had prepaid by voucher but decided to cut our losses and leave without dessert. Very disappointing as it was a birthday gift. The most bizarre pizza restaurant experience. Wouldn’t recommend

Firstly, I would like to say that the waitress was lovely and helpful and this is not in anyway aimed at her. Not a great start as when we opened the menu, it was covered (and I mean covered and sticky) with food. We firstly ordered 2 glasses of wine and on arrival one of the glasses had a fly in but I didn't complain and just picked it out. We ordered two pasta dishes which to be honest were some of the most bland and poorly prepared meals we have ever experienced. To accompany we ordered garlic pizza bread but the centre of both garlic breads were just very greasy cheese and no dough. We then moved onto desserts and they had run out of tiramisu and salted caramel ice cream. I then asked for vanilla ice cream and they didn't even have that! We also ordered profiteroles which arrived with cream that had gone off! As if this was not enough, we had to sit and listen to one of the staff on a laptop and with her mobile phone on loudspeaker for the whole restaurant to hear. This whole experience was beyond bad. Come on Dough & Co - get your act together!!

ruined my weekend started vomitting in my hotel toom. NEVER GOING AGAIN . the garlic bread gave me hemroids.

Really great pizza and superb and quick service by Evie. Lovely environment and great food. I would really recommend this restaurant.

Don’t go. Worst pizzas. So little topping . The protein pizza was practically vegetarian! The service was terrible. Only one waitress for the whole restaurant and our pizzas came in three tranches with a gap of over 15 minutes between the first pizza arriving and the last one. Went for my husbands birthday but it definitely wasn’t a celebration. Have written to complain to them three times and heard nothing back. This was the second time we’ve been. Last time at 6.30pm on a Saturday they ran out of beer!!

Best pizza in Daventry and top class service. Came out on the spur of the moment and had the most perfect meal. Great value with one of the standard deals and the pizzas were absolutely fantastic. Could not fault them, all of the food was 5* and the service was simply amazing. We felt like genuinely valued customers and were really looked after. So tasty. Lovely setting. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back.

We booked a table for evening meal. Upon arrival there was only one other occupied table in the restaurant, so very empty. We were told by the waitress that there was a 45 min delay in food due to a lot of takeaway orders. So we ordered our food and drink. Ten minutes later the chef and waitress disappeared, which we thought was strange after being told the kitchen was so busy. After a further 20 mins of sitting in an empty restaurant, with no staff or chef anywhere to be seen, we knocked on doors and had a look round to find staff . We couldn’t see or find anyone or raise assistance, so walked out and left . Very poor service, very slow. Clearly this restaurant has issues and we won’t be returning. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get any !!
