I only attended here for a day seminar so can't comment on the rooms. The car parking is horrendous. Seminar room was fine. Toilets clean and well stocked. Bar was a bit expensive but then that's usual with hotels.

Hotel is conveniently located right next door the airport. You could walk. We had many bags so we chose to take the shuttle. You do have to pay for the shuttle. At first I questioned why would a hotel charge for a shuttle but they said it's done by a third party. Nice bar area with decent food options. My room was ok. Could use some updating. There was some stains on my towels. My room didn't have a walk in shower, I don't like tubs and prefer walk in showers. My top door latch was broken. But for 1 night it was ok.

The rooms are ok but you can hear all the noise from the corridor. Annoying when youve got people catching early flights being loud. Staff in the restaurant in the evening are rude, dont know if its just because they are italian but honestly need some people skills.. the breakfast is awful .. sausages taste like the cheapest meat, and the hashbrown scraps are literally that .. burnt scraps ..chef needs a new pan for the omelette because boy they come off looking like crap!! Youre better off walking to crown plaza to have breakfast there. Its so much better!

The location was great for a quick trip to the airport for an early morning flight. The room was nice with comfy beds and plush pillows. Would have liked an additional blanket. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Asked about locally eateries and they wouldn't give a recommendation because it takes money away from their on site restaurant.

Perfect for those needing to be at the airport early the next morning!! - the beds are comfortable and the room has majority of the necessities you need too. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was good and a great start to our holiday

It’s a really good hotel good location. From the hotel you do have to walk across a rather busy street while there are crosswalks they really inconvenient but you can run across the street go right into the train station/bus station of the airport and walk to your terminal. They do offer a shuttle. I think it was either five or 10 pounds to use it per person. Therefore, I recommend just walking into the station at the airport. The restaurant at the hotels is fine. Breakfast is good. Dinner is fine. The service is also quite good. The rooms are all clean. Well kept maintenance is clearly done on time. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you have any questions on how to get into the airport or get around if you’re just visiting, they seem very knowledgeable and willing to assist.

Worst experience ever and that's even before my stay. I made booking directly on their website and was charged 3 times for my booking, I contacted their head office and was transferred to several people and no one was able to help and asked my to call them back, I then tried the reception, they acknowledged the mistake but was very rude, asked for a call back from the manager and no one contacted me, I then called a few more times and eventually got hold of the manager who was even more rude and did nothing to address my concerns and just fuelled my anger. I will not be using this hotel again or the Hilton group again, they don't care about customer service!

I'm giving the hotel three stars, because a really good hotel provides a memorable breakfast, the key difference for me is whether smoked salmon is provided, but they only had the usual cold meats. Lunch too was a tasteless, dismal affair. I tried ironing my crumpled suit trousers but the iron wouldn't get hot enough, so I asked houseeping for another, but the replacement had the same problem. This airport hotel is right next the train station, so the location is good.

My stay was spoilt by the shuttle service at the hotel. It was very poor. They didn't turn up on my return journey and there's no way to contact them to enquire why? Or even if they're on their way? They left my family, including a heavily pregnant wife, and two year old on the terminal pickup point scratching our heads on a cold January morning after a twelve hour flight. Thanks CPP Shuttles! This service used to be free but now you have to pay for it. Which is bizarre considering they are an airport hotel. You don't stop there for the nightlife, to go shopping or watch a sports game. You stop there as it's close to the airport. Shame on you for profiteering on a service every guest will need Doubletree and for dealing with these cowboys at CPP Shuttles.

Chambre basic un peu cher . Early checking payant et le tarif est un peu élevé pour un hotel d'aéroport. Bien insonorisé mais confort minimum, même pas un sèche cheveux et le WiFi en supplément sachant que vous avez besoin de scanner des QR Code pour tout et n'importe quoi. Notre plateau de room service est resté toute la nuit devant la porte jusqu a notre départ certe très matinal mais ça dénote. Dommage

The welcome at the hotel was pleasant and room clean, we spent some time at the bar where the staff were also helpful and polite. However booked in for dinner at the restaurant- we waited 25 mins to be asked if we wanted a drink. We then chased the food twice and after being told it would be out soon after an hour and a half it eventually came out. The starters were good but the ox pie had never seen an ox cheek and the steaks were absolutely awful so overcooked. We did highlight at the time but nothing was suggested to resolve. Poor food overall and would recommend staying at the hotel but eating elsewhere.

Thank you so much to Sarika to welcome us even late at night and make sure we were comfortable. She patiently gave us ample time to go through the menu before we ordered. It’s the second time we’ve been here and we definitely coming back again.

Staff not reactive to who waiting to be served. Very ageist. Too busy serving people they knew. Lots of staff roaming around doing nothing instead of serving. Won't be going back. Overpriced crap! It's just lucky it's beside the tram stop. Good for rainy days n that's about it
