We really recommend Double J’s. On a short trip to London we had to come here twice!! Lovely place with a great service and wonderful food for the price! We loved it and will definitely come back if we get back to London someday.

We stopped by for a great lunch here. The service was fantastic, with everyone being very friendly. I had the chicken kebab with chips and salad, whilst my partner had the American breakfast, and we had two lattes alongside. Both meals were delicious and relatively sizeable, as can be seen from the photos. The American breakfast was cooked nicely with tasty ingredients, and the chicken was nicely seasoned. The chicken itself wasn’t dry either, as it can be in some places. My only slight critical point is that I was told that I’d receive both chips and rice with my kebab meal, as I asked this when ordering (as I was planning to go for rice instead of salad, which is the option listed on the menu), however, I only received chips when the meal arrived. We did not complain as the meal was huge anyway but just be aware that if you want rice, it must be asked for instead of the salad. Finally, we enjoyed the latte art too. It felt as though the staff (or owners) working enjoyed what they were doing and were there to try to make the experience the best it could be, which was really nice. We will definitely return as the quality and meal sizes were spot on and the pricing was more than fair. There’s obviously a reason that they’ve got 4.8 stars from 1100 reviews (at the time of writing). If you’re in the area, give them a visit.

The whole experience at Double J's Cafe was superb, from the ease of booking a table to the extraordinary menu and impecable service. It was truly the best breakfast I think I've ever had. I don't write many reviews so it really was a 5 star experience!

It’s always a chore getting lunch when you’re in the office , it goes so quickly . I decided I wanted something delicious to eat today and tried Double J’s for the first time . I was not disappointed, it was delicious and a huge portion , all served in great time . I felt relaxed and enjoyed the friendly service and fantastic food . Highly recommend.

I've only been here twice and I have marked Double J's on my maps as a must visit every time I happen to be in London! I recently visited Double J's in London to try their English Breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Both dishes are worth trying. The standout elements of the English Breakfast were the mushrooms and bacon, which were particularly flavorful. For the Eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was a delightful surprise — it complemented the dish perfectly and was among the best I’ve had. Overall, I’d rate the experience 8.5/10.

Great customer service, the breakfast options are tasty and filling and the portions were very generous as well especially for the prices they charge. They do serve a variety of halal options so I will definitely be coming back.

This isn’t just the best cafe in London, it’s the best cafe in the country. The food is fantastic, the service is second to none and the atmosphere is always great. The portion sizes are very generous and the prices are amazing for central London. I always make sure I visit when working in London. Highly recommend the marinated chicken kebab and the omelettes. Whenever I visit London for work or pleasure, I always look for places to get a good cooked breakfast. Well, the Double J's Full English breakfast (with the addition of a black americano and a fresh pressed orange juice) honestly made my day. Great value for the money, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere (Londonish enough for a visiting foreigner like yours truly).

I’m writing this review as I’m sat In the restaurant right now eating here for the first time. Best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The beans was well seasoned and everything was cooked to perfect. Also the staff here are really kind and friendly. Walked in with no seat space but the lady at the paying desk/reception made sure I had a table. Honestly can’t wait to be back here with my son. Amazing service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were quite a large group of 14 and had reserved a lot of seats but had delays - the staff were super understanding and offered to get us drinks, while we waited for the rest of our group. The food is delicious and portions are quite large. This is my second visit and I got the marinated chicken burger, which I highly recommend. The last time I visited I got the french delight from the brunch menu and it was so good. Will definitely be coming back here to try more of the menu !

Best Full English in the area without a doubt. Top quality sausages and marvellously flavourful mushrooms. Buzzing atmosphere with fast and attentive staff. A large range of breakfast options from Traditional English to Shakshuka to American, combined with a brunch range or kebabs and burgers. You can have a tea/coffee or a beer as well! Highly recommended.

Hands down the best and freshest breakfast we’ve had in London! Honestly we’d return for the delightful team of incredibly gracious people alone from waitress to hostess to chef🫶, but the food absolutely sealed the deal. Fresh, perfectly prepared (especially their divine eggs), and enough variety to satisfy everyone in our party. 10 outta 10 easily!

It is one of the best restaurants I have tried in London, with taste, quality and service. The breakfast is excellent and the dishes are of excellent quantity and very generous, and the most important thing is that it is halal.

We came for brunch and so enjoyed it! The menu seems to cater to all tastes. We went for the BLT and Mexican omelette - both were generous and absolutely delicious. The home made chilli salsa with the omelette is simply to die for. Double J’s is a rare find - warm, efficient service, creative menu, food prepared with passion. We’ll be back!

Happen to visit this lovely place this morning for breakfast after having had afternoon coffee there yday on our short work trip to London.. Nice cafe, managed by a bunch of lovely young people.. the staff greeted all guests with lot of warmth and yes, the food was awesome & portions were large.. if you happen to be in the area, do try out this place, worth a visit!
