Ordered food at half 1 its been on quality check for nearly an hour, utter disgrace

I attempted to place a bulk order, however, I was informed by the manager that the store was currently experiencing high levels of activity and suggested that I call back at a later time. Despite my efforts to reach them over the course of four days, I was unable to establish contact. I found this lack of responsiveness and communication to be disappointing and would appreciate a more proactive approach in addressing customer inquiries.

I eat Domino's pizza regularly but this one 🤮

Ordered 3 pizzas, yet again delivered squashed hardly any meatballs, big bubbles all over the pizza what happened to quality control has mentioned on their documentaty, their attitude when you complain is shocking, not as if it’s a cheap pizza they are expensive, less topping not ordering no more total rip off!!!

Ridiculously expensive now! Crusts that thin in places the topping soaks through. Less topping even if you've asked for extra and we got tired of the garlic bread arriving looking like a flat Yorkshire pudding with vomit and snot in the centre. Pizza is burnt (and I like well done) in areas where crust is so thin. By burnt I mean black. Even on collection we were noticing at least one pizza or garlic bread snot colder than rest of food. It's like snot because it's been rushed. Worse is the running grease which is now that bad you can taste something's off. We've agreed to not go near them or even the other place. Both have same issues.

Taste horrible was not fully cooked

Ordered minutes before closing, thought they might of cancelled the order with it being that close to closing. Arrived in 20 minutes and the food was amazing 🙌😁

Ordered my pizza they delivered the wrong pizza called them up and the manager was vey abbrubed and totally rude willnever order again from dominoes Runcorn on trident only gave 1 star as could not give zero if this is the attitude of your management then good luck

The food is amazing the Staff happy and pleasent. A pleasure to visit or order for delivery, always delivered steaming hot with a smile.

Poor quality pizza, wrong toppings

I've seen first hand how this particular dominoes really cares about it's custom, how it does it's upmost to serve you and many others, the almost unlimited combinations on offer and deliver all in the desired timeframe. This is why Dominoes really excels in serving the best pizzas. I've never had a bad pizza from here and I'm certain you won't either. Whether collection or delivery, ive always had the same great service as a customer.

Nice food, sometimes food looks thrown together an lacks taste

Ordered twice. Tonight pizza arrived and I was disappointed with my delivery. All the topping was stuck 2the lid of the box. Ur prices are expensive its frustrating . A takeaway is a treat & u look forward 2it, however it shudnt come squashed to the box

Ordered whilst on an unplanned visit to the local Urgent Care Unit for pick up. Pizzas were great and staff very friendly. No hesitation in recommending.

I usually order from domino's a lot but the other day I ordered a pizza because I didn't eat nothing all day I'm sorry I did as I got food poisoning really bad and I've been really i'll since I don't think I will be ordering anything from them again they are usually really good pizzas but lately they seem like there warm up as there really rubbery.

Always hot, and delicious, and so so fast, never let me down, the secret is knowing when to order...I don't usually order on the weekends, and I order earlier times, it's great when I'm in a rush for family dinner time as a treat.

Paid £12 for what can only be described as a cheese and tomato pizza. Absolute disgrace and will never buy a Dominos pizza again!

Hardly any toppings on the pizzas

Maybe it was because they were quiet tonight but I have to say that pizza was quality. The winter survival meal deal was spot on, tasty as and delivered within about 15 mins of ordering. Have had mixed experiences with this dominos previously but tonight was great. Thx

Runcorn Dominos is a big loss. They should change the management and chef. They can do a pizza without cheese even if you ask for an extra topping cheese or you will get a smashed nachos. They can’t cook. Skip this place, it is terrible! Guaranteed!!!

Decemt pizza and good delivery times

On hold for 8mins, then got hung up on..called back, same issue again! Customer service was shocking! Had an order for 6 people to put in too! 🤷‍♀️

Usually good... tried to order a half pepperoni half cheese and tomato. "sorry were not doing half and half" "oh.... Can you do me a pepperoni passion?" "yeah" "well can I have one of those but with all of the pepperoni on one side then please?" "no, we not doing half and half's" "OK, papa john's it is then" "OK" Nonsensical.

I ordered a pizza yesterday (29/04/20) with instructions for the driver to leave the pizza outside. Wow he was so nice and polite. Very delighted with his service

I've been to a few Dominos across the country and this one is always consistently good, you always know what you're going to get.

It's ok. They do home delivery. Domino's is always a bit pricey. We've found that the pizzas can sometimes be a bit greasy from this store. Not always though.

Messing up a type 1 diabetic's order is actually extremely dangerous

Good pizza BUT they got the order wrong and let us have a side and replacement pizza due to getting a half and half wrong. Only annoying part is they didn't let us know about having to swap the pizza so we already ate half. Just inconvenient but the pizza itself was ok?

Delicious food and quick delivery.

The pizza here is probably the best we’ve had in Runcorn. Not the best ever, but pretty good! Not thrilled that one pizza came squashed but didn’t impact the taste. The dipping sauce is great!

Good customer service. Plenty of free parking space. Can sometime take a while to receive the pizza when order online.

No delivery. Pizzas returned to store despite driver not arriving??! Asked for refund and told 3-5 working days. Ridiculous service.

Shocking service needs a change of management

Waited an hour and a half for our pizza. When we chased it it was obvious they'd forgotten our order but didn't want to admit it. Got a half hearted apology but no offer of a discount or credit or anything. Won't bother using again.

Just in town for a break, visited on a Saturday and the staff were really good and punctual, the food was as you would expect dominos standard. Would visit again.

Apart from the very 1st time I ordered from here everything has been perfect service is excellent they are quick at delivering food is always hot and drinks always cold and even when they made some mistakes when it first opened they still sent out a replacement and give us a tub of ice cream for free never had any problems since then.
