Domino's Pizza - London - Holloway Road in Islington

DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM!!! WE got really bad food poisoning from this order. Then when we called they denied that is was from their food although it 100% was and instead of apologising, the store colleague refused to compensate us in anyway way and even hung the phone up on us!!!! Disgusting food, awful service. I will never order from Domino’s again and will continue to let everyone know how bad it really is.

Avoid at all costs. Me and my partner order from here on Saturday night and both had server food poisoning. Not only did they accuse us of lying but refused to refund.

We really enjoyed the customer service as we felt very much at a home family dinner experience.

It was a wonderful experience which enlightened my food tastes and the kindness of Gundib was incredibly wonderful I think he should become the owner .

I recently placed an order for pickup through the app, but it mistakenly used my old address. This meant the order was going to be ready at a branch 10 minutes away. I was worried about having to take a bus there and back, especially since the food might get cold. Krunal was incredibly helpful. He contacted the other branch and arranged for one of their delivery drivers to bring my order to the Holloway branch. His excellent customer service made a potentially frustrating situation much easier. Thank you, Krunal!

Can you always keep to the minutes given to your customer. Time consciousness is very important.

Absolutely rude people honestly. I ordered a collection to the wrong address which is my mistake which is fine. First I call customer service and they tell me to call the branch I call once, they hang up, I call again he mumbles and says something about online and then hangs up, I call the third time and this colleague repeatedly cuts me off, repeats the same thing 20 times and raises a voice a bit. Then I get a call back at 9pm after I raised a complaint only for me to be told the same thing and then when I try to complain I'm once again cut off, I was just to tired to deal with it so I just let him speak I understand the policy of half price refund due to the pizza already being made but the customer service is appalling. Edit: I had to come in person with all my brothers just to get good customer service thankfully the employee just dealt with it nicely

45 minutes of waiting, they took our order twice and somehow they didn't deliver it to us. Still just 2 more minutes or 5 more minutes. The pizza is amazingly good, edible, warm because it's freshly made :p

Nicely cooked pizzas and prompt delivery. Special offers such as 2 for the price of 1 make this a bountiful meal, always a few slices left over for breakfast or a snack the morning/day after, yummy 🤤. Parking is the main problem with this location.

We ordered pizza and it was cooked so well and the service provided by manager Kunal Patel was amazing. He was so softly spoken. I would definitely recommend ordering from this store.

Store manager Gukan was very unprofessional on the phone. Our order had 2 small mistakes which is fine (wong item and also missing some) - so I called to let them know about it. He proceeded to raise his voice and demanded that he will not refund these items and if I want I can return all the food then he will process a refund. :) somebody doesnt want to do their job and enjoying a power trip.

A member of staff was especially rude, refused to serve me unless I used the app whilst other customers ordered face to face. Unprofessional, unpleasant.

Went there just now to collect my order and saw a driver handling the dough in the kitchen, with his helmet and jacket on. Definitely not health and safety appropriate. Not ordering again from this place.

One of the staff asked me if I wanted to 'step outside' with him when I asked for the 50% discount that I was eligible for when collecting the pizza.

I sometimes order pizza and it's always delicious. Last June night, I asked for help when I was in danger, and all the staff were willing to keep me safe. In particular, two male staff members took me home safely and I was able to get home safely. Thanks to the two of you and the other staff, there was no big accident that day. I don't know how to repay you, so I leave a review like this. Thank you very much. It's late, but I wanted to say thank you.

Best domino’s in North London - always fresh and perfectly cut - always delicious - always fast delivery

Nobody understands English here whilst trying to place your order. Also not one member of staff wears gloves on Whilst they are preparing anyone’s order. Unhygienic, Head office needs to step in And put this place in order!!!

The staff there were really nice and friendly

Says open till 2am on the front door and 1.45am online. Refused to serve me at 1.30 after standing chatting and ignoring me. There was a customer waiting in store for their pizza. Rude and poor attitude.

Second visit thumbs up, 1beer was warm not good otherwise the food the people the restaurant....Great.

Order in the store - they forgot to make one of the pizzas and then tried to pretend they handnt. No apologies. Had to wait and extra 10 mins white first pizza was sitting there getting cold. Would have started eating the first one but it wasn’t mine. Will stop going to them in favour of local places for sure now

Don’t ever ring up for a pizza here unless you like pain a suffering trying to communicate what pizza you want . The women can’t understand English gets every order wrong with fantastic consistency everytime . Feel sorry for the delivery drivers who have to deal with disappointment customers every night .

Use another dominos the customer service at this place is horrific. The manager doesn’t understand the word customer service. They delivered our pizzas an hour late and were stone cold. The manager proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t his fault and kept calling us boss man..

It's a bit of a gamble as to what you get when you order here, but it's in a good location (if you're anywhere near Holloway Road). Domino's prices and deals, nothing different there, and the food isn't bad. They can also be quite accomodating when they want to, but it just be a thankless task working here.

Staff do not wash their hands after handling the Till, taking money. They go straight to go and start handling food.

I mostly order for collection, food is always ready on time (I use the online tracker). My pizza and sides are always perfect.

They missed the food wasn't complete and called them to asked for the rest, been told be sending right away , therefore never came.

Ordered 4 pizzas and some wedges which came to about £60 which I thought was ridiculously expensive! The worst part was we were waiting one hour and 20 minutes for delivery even though they told us 30 minutes. Will not be using this dominoes in the future and will probably not consider dominoes in the future again as there are better alternatives in Papa John's and the independent pizza joints locally!

Horrible place and horrible staff

This was the worst ever pizza i ever ordered from dominos. We normally order from highbury store which is always amazing but no no no the cheese the sauce it’s unexplainable it was vile!! We were not able to eat it. There was so much sauce it was just dripping and was so sour. My kids didn’t even eat it don’t know what else to say!

I tried to order from this place the food is usually ok, but disgusting attitude and rude staff. When asked for managers name they refused at first and then insisted which they gave the name carlmen. Really bad attitude from carlmen wouldn’t recommend.

Pizza and the chicken wings were fresh and tasty. Didn't have to wait long to order the food or for the food to be made.

I am currently renting an apartment in the hornsey area for the last two weeks. I was craving some pizza a few days ago and walked in. This is just a normal average dominoes. However the staff at this branch were super friendly and put in extra garlic sauces.

Yeah a little on the uncreative side and a tad dear prices, passive customer service...could do with a bit of value over all.

I order always pizza from domino's in Holloway but last 2 times I ordered they were disgusting the cheese wasn't good doesn't taste nothing before they use to make good pizza but now they are disgusting I had to thro them away.

Found a hair and pork in our pizza when we don't eat pork. Called to complain and get a refund and was met with accusations of lying to the extent of being threatened with sending the hair off for DNA testing! Had to laugh and told him go right ahead and have a field day. Got a refund for just the pizza in the end but the customer service was probably the worst I've experienced. Will never order from here again. We normally only ever eat Papa John's but thought try Dominos for a change but never again. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I do work in a company that use Domino's for our residents events, meetings and different social events. We have sent an email to them this morning around 9am placing a delivery order for 1pm. The usual is that they reply to you and everything is confirmed. Today this did not happen and that is completely fine, we are busy or we just simply forget to do some stuff. The main concern and big issue I had today is, when calling around 12pm to check that everything was fine with the order (no answer received), the woman that took the phone call was denying she had any order from us. While I was trying to explain the situation and how we do normally work with them, she was extremely rude: 1.- I could not finish a sentence without being interrupted several times by her, she was overlapping what I was saying. 2.- When I got tired, she got the great Idea of taking my phone number, so she could check the situation, fair enough and give me a phone call back. I am still waiting for the phone call she promised. In fact we needed to send them another email to finally receive a phone call, but unfortunately from a guy, she was pretty busy I suppose. My point is that Customer Service skills from that woman specifically need to improve and she needs to realize what her actions can do against the image of the company she is working for, for example this kind of reviews on Google.

Dominos hiring very less staff , only one person try to cook pizza , answer the phones , deal with customer and take the payment . The poor staffs who work for dominos they are like slaves.They work without even blinking their eyes till they finish work . Dominos make billions but still very greedy...

Avoid at all costs. Has to be the worst branch of Dominos. Ordered from there several times and have always been let down from either delivery times to even getting the order right to not turning up at all.

What Can I say? You can already see they have really poor reviews which are true. Ordered some food got the wrong orders, the pizza was probably the worst I've ever had in my life. Sugary horrible sauce in the middle, soggy almost dough-like bread, It is quite sad to write this but never again.

Been ordering dominoes from this branch for a while now. Made 2 mistakes on 2 different occasions. I specifically wrote on the notes don’t make a mistake on the order please and guess what they did. 3 items were missing delivered the other 2 and still awaiting the missing wedges. Customer service is really poor. Person speaking was rude and incompetent didn’t have a clue about my order. Spent just over £30 and this is the service I get provided. What a shame. Never ordering from this branch again.

They do very good pizza and have nice sauce. Mainly take away oriented but a tiny space is available for eat in.

This is the worst Domino branch out there!!! Avoid!! Staff is completely incompetent and rude. Their bracnh manager Carmen is not even worth to mention. Just a complete shame!! They messed up our orders on several occasions and customer service is none existent. Cold , dry , disgusting pizzas!!! Im genuinely surprised head office havent looked into the circus these people running there and got rid off the whole bunch yet! A shame for the company name.

Booked an order a week ahead for a kids party and reminded them 90 minutes ahead of time. The pizzas were late because "it was a big order"...... feeble.
