Our pizzas last night were really nice. Had great service, I asked for siracha sauce on my pizza but they didn't have any, so they actually rang me, and asked if I wanted Frank's on it instead. Thought it was really good of them to ask, massively appreciated and the pizza was amazing. I think you should have an option on there for sauce drizzles, like chilli oil or hot sauces. Delivered super fast. Thank you

Just had a pizza delivered with chips. Both were barely warm. And we were unable to eat them. Very disappointing.

Just recieved my order tonight, last time I will be ordering from these lot, the quality that leaves them is very poor, they can't even cut the pizza properly. I wouldn't order the loaded fries, as they not even cooked properly and end up coming soggy..

Don't order dominos if you like cheese on your pizza. Regrettably I do order from here regularly hoping one day they'll put cheese on the pizza, always disappointed. The only downside :D

Food was fresh, tasty and hot, I can't really say about the atmosphere as I was in and out, but very nice food. 😋

My wife order online to be delivered and got notification to say ready to collect so got on the phone to them and so slow to sort out the delivery options but got there in the end and it only 10-15mins down the road and it delivered 35mins later than expected and he shoved it to me at the door, anyway pizza was small n very thin and not fully loaded pizza of what we asked for on the apps and slight burn and costing almost £30 so no never again at all and don't bother order from there, very disappointed and rip off!!

Had cheese&tomato pizza last night and there was virtually no tomato base on there couldn’t eat the pizza is was pure cheese and dry. I normally love dominos but this was the first time I had it since last year and was a complete let down. Learn how to put enough tomato base on so it’s not dry and just cheesy!

Can not wait for Tuesday. Two for Tuesday deals.

Didn't enjoy it at all crust was dry and hard and the pizza had an hair in it, it cost me nearly £30 for 2 7 inch pizzas to get up ill through the night very disappointing.

We ordered two vegan pizzas tonight and foods were very nice.

Unfortunately, I have been hospitalised at present and the staff have been so wonderful that I felt they needed a treat. Decided to have Dominos delivered. Waiting time was a bit longer than usual, which was not a problem, however when the driver arrived he stated he was "unable" to deliver to the ward. This meant I had to ask a member of staff to leave the unit and go out into the cold Grimsby night to collect the order. Not what I had planned so won't be using again. Make sure you check on their ts and Cs!

As ever don't believe pickup times. App states ready in 10 -15 mins.reality is a 30 minute wait.

Ordered pizza they had a deal 50% off when spending over £35. Ordered over £40 and no discount shown site said hadn't spent enough ??? Just ordered 2 medium pizza's and chicken strippers instead still £31. Food today disappointing barely warm and so much tomato on base barely edible most of it went in the bin total waste of money. Fast service and the quality of the food is always very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking here is very limited but you only need to be there to collect so isn't too bad.

A decent Domino's. Only criticism about the whole chain is their prices. Local independent Italian places are so much cheaper.

i ordered a pizza and the person took my order was really nice too me. he gave me excellent service and had my pizza ready in 15 min. the one who took my order was nice too me was name kye. excellent service, definitely recommend and will be back!

I ordered my meal at 6 05 pm and by 7pm the website still said prep. I called to see how long my food was going to be and they said that it would be 15 minutes. At 7 30 still nothing I called again and I was told the system had a fault and that the pizzas haven't even gone in to cook yet their excuse was that it was busy and then the offered me a free ice-cream. I then asked how long it was going to be and I was told it would be there within 30 minutes. The food arrived 10 minutes later WITHOUT the ice-cream I was promised. I tried to call after and they answered and declined 3 times. This is the worst service I have ever seen in the years I have been eating here. While I was on the phone the first time I suggested that they put a notice on Facebook or their website when their is a fault or it is busy. I hope that the service was better for others.

I worked for dominoes if your a new delivery driver u end up taking long distance all the time costing £25 in fuel a night drivers delivery drivers have been there a long time end up taking 3 local deliverys so new delivery drivers spent £25 a night in fuel delivery drivers who have benn working for dominoes a few years they end up spending £10 a night on fuel new drivers £25 a night and they wonder why they don't have delevery drivers

Cant believe dominos dont do half and half pizzas anymore, especially since the cost is a premium, just another way to try and squeeze more money out of the customer. A shame because the food is great

Pizza was good with fresh vegetables on topping - but had to pick up this evening as delivery unavailable. Could not order ahead either. No explanation given.

Definately the better dominoes we have locally... girl on the till was very helpful, most of all the food was lovely !!

Ordered on the app, said it was delivered when it wasn't, tried to call them and phone was ignored so payed for food which I never received

30 minutes late already and only just being prepared!! Disgusting service, why say a delivery time when you don't stick to it?

Eating the meteor pizza now and I must say it's one ov the best I've had so far I love it . All the food there is at another level from your regular pizza shop thanks guys for another great meal banging pizza 😁 oh and all the staff friendly too .

Shocking !! There was a chicken deal pinned 2 the glass on the menu and because it wasn't on the system I had 2 pay full price wasnt impressed told them 2 take it down did they listen .. no mate !!

Very disappointed this evening, walked into Bradley Cross Roads Dominos and ordered our pizzas, said 11 mins to wait so sat in the car and went back right on time to see our name on the board saying being made 9 mins wait after a few discussions including the staff saying it was because they were busy and then it was because a new member of staff took the order we had to wait another 10 minutes, went back in the store and still had to wait another 4 minutes! By the time the pizza was home our fries (done at home)were burnt and the pizzas were cold even after being in the oven did not taste good so ended up wasting nearly £50 will not be returning anytime soon especially in the evening

I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside. I went to the door and he wasn't there. Turns out he was at the wrong address. So the inevitable happed. Cold pizza and wraps. 30 quid down the drain.

Always very quick service, and they're always so busy. Good service. Impressed of the Gluten free range they offer for Coeliac customers.

Ordered a GF pizza for my partner and they delivered it with the wrong toppings. Megan took our complaint call and organised a fresh pizza to be delivered which arrived within 20 mins. Exceptional customer service

Other than being quite pricey Domino's is perhaps my favourite pizza, honestly if it didn't cost quite as much, it'd be perfect. Always fresh, delivery is fast enough and always super tasty

Waiting over 45 mins for a collection customers been told 2 hrs on delivery.was told be reasy in 20 mins

In my opinion the best pizza in Grimsby. Staff are always very helpful and quick to deliver. Now if they can only get the coleslaw right!

Handy spot and fairly quick. Bases are rather dry and over flowered though.

I ordered a pizza(and paid for it) on the domino's app aabout 40mins and it's still not here 😢😢
